  If you use my photos in Photos to Mac workflow, you will automatically download all the new photos in your library for my photo stream as well.

  However, you could work with two libraries of Photos - a library that you use iCloud wist and where you download your iPhone and iPad photos and a second, where you keep your RAW files.  Only, you will need to transfer the photos from your library of photo stream for your main library manually.

  No, the files are not automatically sent to the creative cloud when you import them into Lightroom. In order to have images in the cloud of Adobe creative, it must create a collection in Lightroom, choose the images you want to share via Lightroom online or via Lightroom Mobile. You will have to consciously choose to share this collection before sending them to the cloud.   You must ensure that you have selected 'upload dependent files"when you
  'put' files to the remote control.

  Using DW8? and you have IE7 installed, then you must upgrade to 8.02
  that solves this problem.

  If I'm not wrong, you want to disable automatic downloads (the feature that automatically downloads all content you purchase all your devices), right? If this is the case, there are different ways to disable depending on the device that you are using:

  • For iOS: go to settings-> iTunes and App Store (or App Store), then disable everything under "automatic downloads.
  • For PC and Mac: open iTunes, go to Preferences (in the iTunes menu on a Mac) or edit on a PC-> Store menu and disable everything under "automatic downloads.
