  I have two questions on the mail Panel to win 8.

  It is syncing with my hotmail. And I watch occasionally, but preferred to go to Outlook to make my e-mail activity.

  However, I notice the removal items have reached 137 and do not appear to perform any cleanup auto.

  2 questions:

  1. is there a way I can put the deleted items that you want to delete after X number of days?

  2. can I remove these deleted items like a big (more than one)?

  The only way I know how to remove these elements highlights 1 per item and clicking on Ctrl-D.

  When you access your Hotmail account from Windows 8 start screen (screen of tiles that gives you access to the application of various) and right-click right deleted under folders, it should give you four empty option Folder(along with other 3 options,For this folder,New subfolder,Mark all as read)

  They are not deleted.  While in the Inbox: see tab | Message Filter button. Check to show all Messages, not Hide the Read Messages.

I'm a little unclear on your exact configuration; you have several accounts e-mail with the same provider, several accounts e-mail with several suppliers, access to one or more of the accounts of several devices, or a combination of the above? In general, the biggest difference between IMAP and POP is that IMAP leaves everything on the server for messaging (such as a message board), while POP download mail directly on your computer (more like the post office, which is where he gets his name: Post Office Protocol). This means that if you have two different devices set up to access the same email via POP account, they can only get some emails and Miss others, just as two different people, go get the mail of a real postal letter box.

  Some e-mail providers may allow POP accounts to leave mail on the server, but sometimes only for a limited time, after it was recovered initially.   Deleted items is probably damaged. On the off chance that you want messages to be saved in deleted items, (a garbage can), move them to a local folder, you create and then follow these steps.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the DBX file for deleted items and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  Yes, but you should use IMAP or Exchange account. Looks like you are using a POP3 e-mail account. If you tell us who is your email provider, we can help you with the settings.
