  I have exact same features and same upgrades in the last days. My devices do not produce keyboards when trying to answer or data entry. Also, I got a brand new 6 iPhone + a month ago to replace the iPhone 6 + I bought a year ago because the screen is dead to my contact, answer spaces would get a gray band, you cannot type on, iSight replacement was necessary.   Problem posted in another thread to improved Performance.  Long story short - a repair settled with Vista DVD.   He fixed the problem of services, but the problem of Windows Update is back.
