  I suggest you record an action, but Illustrator can record only. Best you can do is to open each file and click on the right leaders and replace thumb. You can then paste your Clipboard and remove to be able to save the file.

  I character animation in another program, then go to Flash CS6 to shade and draw little touch ups on the animation.

  With symbols, I am able to change the opacity (which is the alpha) and I can 'multiply' during the animation to create simple shadows.

  I can't use Flash to save my life, honestly it's the simplest thing I can do. Is it nothing to do with each brush stroke, so automatically I draw a symbol?

• Acrobat can automatically convert excel files to the opening?

  I have a lot of PDFs and they keep coming so I'll try to automate the process of conversion Excel that then goes into MS Access. Is there something I can do so that when the file is placed in the folder, what a batch file it opens in Acrobat and then I code something in there to convert the file to Excel with me having to do something? Overall what I'm trying to do, is have a program that takes each PDF in a file and converts it into an excel spreadsheet. Manually, the conversion is good and in the format I need. I just want to know if this can be done before I start and learn that this is impossible.

  Yes, you can certainly write a program using the Acrobat SDK kit to automate our conversion to Excel.

• Automatic resizing of the pop-ups of sizing does not correctly after you convert the project RH9 RH10 until.  Any ideas?

  We went just at RH10 (upgrade came with the Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 upgrade).  We have successfully converted four projects that had come from RH9 to RH10.  I think my only problem is that all my popups that have been configured to open it in the topic as "display in the sizing Auto popup" are open as if they were under "default page" (see image map screen below):

  

  We run IE9 and Windows 7 ops system browser.  These pop-up windows worked well and is size so that we can click out of them and go back to the main topic before we converted the project.  ANY IDEAS?

  P.S. I tried already to remove the option of automatic resizing of popup display, then by saving the topic, then change back and nothing happened.  I do not change my css or the master page that popups were assigned and that worked before the conversion.

  Thank you!!  I wonder if I'll have to redo any mapping of the image to each of the popups in order to get the autosizing popups to work.  Please notify.

  I found this automatic resizing (or custom also) pop-ups in image maps have been works well in Rh9 and broken in Rh10 in the Topic Previewer (glasses icon) BUT NOT in the real WebHelp output.

  Yes, DHCopeland, are statement that you see in the viewer section, or have tried to generate and display in actual production?

  I always test if there is no improvement after installing 10.0.1 HR patch. So far, it seems that the patch does not address this bug. I'll try another machine.

• iMovie imported my clips but did not convert the

  Hi all.

  Recently, I imported a whole bunch of my GoPro clips in iMovie. They seemed imported ok, but when I drag them from the event in the project and then decide I want to make adjustments of speed in clip adjustments, it is said that the clip was not converted - see attached screenshot.

  In addition, displaying some of the clips, some of them do not see smooth, the video will be trolling heavily but audio will continue. This will be resolved once that I convert the clip but it's a bit frustrating when I have to drag the item from the window of the event in the project window and then convert it just to see if I want to use it or not.

  The clips can be converted singularly but takes a while. I was wondering if there was a way to conversion in bulk the clips so that I could just let it run all night and she'll do all clips at once. I have searched through the toolbars, but found nothing. It is mostly just then preview or watch clips or if I want to make adjustments of speed/run the clip towards reverse.

  I made a video in iMovie earlier in the year with images of the GoPro (from the GoPro even) and had no problems with the conversion of import or clip.

  Any help anyone could give me would be much appreciated.

  PS if possible, I don't want to reimport them since I already moved half the clips I want in my project.

  There are many reports on these forums that suggest that worm iMovie 8 and 9 are not compatible with El Capitan.OK on previous operating systems

  The recommendation, if you have problems with the 8 CBS NVA, is to download iMovie ver 10 from the App Store.

  It is not free for users of version 8 it is for users of version 9.

  Version 10 is quite different from 8 and 9 so a bit of a learning curve.

  Only two options I know in tiara 2012 are:

  (1) give and make a meaningful string instead of an implicit string and let conversions of unit of the tiara to manage all

  (2) manage your implicit channels separately and re-create them whenever there is a change of unit - but you have to manage the offset and the conversion factor

  For the linear unit conversions as degC to degF, I could imagine DIAdem running automatically on the offset values and factor of the implicit channel, BUT not all unit conversions are linear, and there must be able to operate on the values of the channels - you can not apply a non-linear conversion to a y = mx + b equation and get another y = I x + b' equation.

  I am busy doing a control/reading program for pumps of ISCO.

  Right now I'm in trouble with to send orders for PUMPS in HEXADECIMAL. When I use a CONTROL to the STRING in HEX display, everything works fine (when I manually write down the command in the control of the chain).

  Exist it a couple of pieces order: string Destination, length, ordering, Checksum. I'm doing a sup - screw that automatically calculates the checksum (modulo 256) and adds it to the string. Everything is going well: first of all, I shared the ascii bytes command and I calculate the checksum and add as ASCII HEXADECIMAL value to the chain of command. Also a CR (= 0d) is added. Now the whole string must be converted to hex. The string contains the right nummers HEX, but they are in ASCII format. Here was I feel worth it, I don't know how to do it!

  So to summarize:

  I have an ascii string that contains the values HEX (for example 315230303652454D4F544531420D) and it must be converted to a HEX string (for instance 3152 3030 3652 454 4531 420 4F54) for the pump of the ISCO can understand the command.

  I'm going to relase multiple filebundles to take in charge several OS (thanks to the ads BB 'simplified' requirement). My question is like this:

  I have created 4 filebundles for operating system specific (4.5, 4.6, 5.0, 6.0) and select all the devices for each filebundles. AppWorld detects the device OS and that it points to the related filebundles or it will automatically direct the device at the lowest that the device operating system supported?

  IE Bold9000 OS 5.0 - Download 4.5? or 5.0?

  Why I asked because, as Bold900, there are some with OS5 and others with OS4.6. If both my filebundles 4.6 and 5.0 have Bold9000 selected which one it will be downloaded? Based on the device on the operating system, or the lowest BONE, the device can support?

  App World will serve as the correct version based on the operating system device. For example "BOLD" with OS 5.0 will receive version 5.0, "BOLD" with OS4.6 will receive the 4.6 version.

  create new user with the username, userid, e-mail, etc. and the strength to change password to true by default. and the implimentation of security as capital letters, Lowwercase, number, at least one special character. There is no need of plu username. just something random.

  One possibility would be to find a TIFF image to PNG utility (you can find some with a Google search), then use the PNG2LOG utility. There is no use for PDF to FAP. A similar (though more complicated) approach could work to convert PDF files. You must find a utility to convert PDF to TIFF and then convert TIFF PNG, then use the PNG2LOG utility. If the PDF file contains multiple pages, you will need to have a separate PNG for each page (so that PDF and TIFF files are supported on several pages, PNG and LOG files are not). Finally, you must write a tool to create an APF file that references the LOG file. FAP file format information can be found here.
