  I use FM8 Tech Comm suite 1 in an XP environment.

  Looks like you have changed the default structure applications (or created your own custom applications) to get to this format? Note that in FM8 DITA, the book's release is controlled by the application of 'Book' and the formatting in the design view is controlled by the application of the "topic". Have you done of the parallel changes to the application that you have made to the application of the section?

  The format of your example tab.txt file in do you need?

  If not, I do not consider using a format such as LabVIEW Config File VI or a common standard such as XML.

  If you don't need the exact format in the example, then you will need to write your own parser for him.

  I'm trying to add data at the end of the last 4 lines of the text file attached with the ' table to add.  4 rows (422.5800 entry), I would add the first entry of the 'Array to add' entry, on the 5th line to add the second entry of the 'Add picture' and so on.  How can I do this?

• Scaling to fit the specific dimensions of the .swf files

  Does it matter what size a flash file is defined as once the .swf is exported and placed on a web page (for example)? I just did a test and it worked fine-scale to fit in a smaller area, but I was wondering if it is a good practice or if the .swf files are always scalable (which is great!).

• Page numbering does not properly in the book file.

  Hi, I was hitting my head on the wall for a few days trying to understand this. I put all the documents to AutoNumber (times of the previous document). Setting in the section numbering in the preferences. The first 2 chapters of the book fly area of work and links to create consecutive page numbers. The remaining chapters are not. I opened another book that I did recently to see if it was something with InDesign. It opened very well, all pages consecutively. However, if I do an update all numbers, they turn into what I have here. So confused any help would be greatly appreciated. I searched the forums, online, called friends, everyone is puzzled.

  It seems that if you start with a page facing left (inside the Cove page?). Therefore, the puzzle for ForwardSpread. I didn't need to do it once, this week. Uncheck the allow pages to Shuffle (counterintuitive to me) and drag the icons page if he course your view.

• Fix for crashing the book file?

  I have a book of frame that hangs when I try to PDF.  I use Frame 8 with the full version of Acrobat is installed properly.  Other books in the same folder that I use are PDF'ing very well.  I tried to restart my machine, and that did not work.  It is also not working recovery files.

  How can I fix?

  The fact that other people work & it didn't is not you would lead to believe that something is damaged in this book. You can try to PDF files individual FM to see if one of them is the cause. The other thing I would try would be to open all files (use SHIFT-open in the menu files) & update of the book. If you have any files open, FM is an open silencers & not report to any issues it finds. A third thing would be to export it to MIF and then bring in FM - that sometimes cleans the docs 'bad '.
