  drizzt09 is correct... you are out of luck... and lucky to get any service at all. Looking to contact the seller, and if they are reputable, they may resolve the situation. Only the registered owner of the BB on the prior carrier can release the ANKLE... no one else can. Unfortunately, because the camera is on the list and that they don't react, my guess is that they are not reputable and the stolen report is true. In this case, you are, unfortunately, no luck.

  Good idea! They are known as QR codes, by the way.

  In your case, you can easily do this by using a screen capture software to capture an image of your QRcode on the screen, then sending an e-mail to yourself.

  Just to tell you that I managed to solve the problem, I have basically I had to connect with my Blackberry account before you assign it my e-mail account on the phone. Once it is I started to receive my emails again.

  It turns out that I gave the uninstallation and reinstallation of the downloaded software, one more try, and it worked. my dvd drives are back and usable.  what I discovered on the web, the media software they use can sometimes do exactly what he does if installed right or sometimes it does so without reason.  I think they use the software roxio for the part of their software media.  It (roxio or whatever the brand that they have integrated) is known to cause this problem in standalone versions.  Thank you for your help my pc works fine now and my phone works great!
