  You need not install older versions in order to get the last update enabled.  During the CS4 activation process, you can specify the eligible previous version (choose the oldest among a list, then enter its serial number).  Choose any one you had just before CS4.

• Problem with DW CC 20141 and the BC add on

  Hi all

  I had this problem on my computers that I have Dreamweaver CC 20141 installed on both.

  I used the program for a while, but all of a sudden on open it I am unable to connect to Vancouver to download a new site and start working on it using Site/site management in the top menu.

  Instead I get redirected to a page to download the BC add on. When I connect to download it, I said I already have and not give me a link to download.

  Measures to address this are:

  1. conclusion of DW

  2. go to Creative Cloud (figure 8) and open it.

  3 make sure you sync files option is enabled

  4. download the Add on Manager.

  5. start add on Manager and make the round in circles for some time using add it manager to uninstall, and the Web page to download the app to BC to uninstall and reinstall the application.

  6. start and leave off DW while doing these steps (sorry, I couldn't work on a logical sequence of things to do in steps 5 and 6)

  7. Finally, DW CC 20141 will BC app and you will be able to connect to BC and download site you want to work on

  However once this is done, when I worked in CC DW the preview for the template I worked on had an error 404 for the model, so I couldn't split view in DW how looked at the page on the site.

  If I had to go back to Adobe Creative Cloud app and disable the synchronization of file to see how the page is in split view.

  I think that there is something wrong with DW CC 20141 and synchronization of files in the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

• Conflicts between FF 37.0.2 and the Greasemonkey add-on extension disables certain built-in functions of Netflix. Is a fix in the works?

  After seeing that mouseover Netflix video descriptions were does more after the FF 37.0.2 update, I was able to isolate the problem (thanks to a suggestion by jscher2000 here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1059050 ). Even if my installed userscripts were functioning normally, have Greasemonkey enabled in FF 37.0.2 disabled built-in Netflix mouseover descriptions. Before the update, everything was fine. This issue is not present in Chrome or IE.

  Deactivation of Greasemonkey solved my problem of Netflix - but then all my userscripts are useless. I rely on Greasemonkey to enhance and customize my web experience. I can only assume some other issues posted the Mozilla Support that 37.0.2 creates problems with a number of modules and extensions. Is there a fix in the works, or should I downgrade to an earlier version of FF?

  The changes from 37.0.1 to 37.0.2 are pretty minor (Release Notes), but some changes are related to compatibility with card/chipset graphic driver software, which could affect the display of overlapping information. Since the display works normally when Greasemonkey is disabled, I don't think it's likely to be the problem.

  I suggest the reactivation of Greasemonkey and investigate scripts.

  While on Netflix, click on the small triangle of drop down next to the monkey button in the toolbar and look for the check marks indicating that a particular script is running on the page. Try to turn off scripts to see if you can follow the show down to an individual. I think you should reload the page between changes.

  Can you trace the problem to any particular script?

• Windows 7 - I'm tagging my photos and the option 'Add a tag' disappeared! This is the last Friday. Help!

  Working on an application in CS6, and when I saw the content on my iPad all content looks like crystal clear except interactive images. Any interactive image, whether a scrolling text box or a drawer, was released as a bitmap, any vector content (most of the time text). He looks terrible.   The vector control was introduced in v23. Open the properties of Folio and check the version number of the spectator. It should be v23 or later version. If you update the version of folio Viewer, update the article as well, and should no longer be pixelated.

  So I'm punting like tech support in my office and do not use TB myself. What happens at startup, a Bing settings and the TB add-ons page are loading in tabs in addition to the Inbox tab.

  X'ing the tabs individually does not remove them, but I need to stop loading at startup for the sanity of this old man.

  Because the Dell order number is lost, there is no way that you or Dell can prove any guarantee. Without evidence, Dell will only guarantee the monitor for 3 years based on the serial number.  This sounds like infringing material in not usa or EBAY or something other than Dell.

  I have a problem with the computer hardware. I got a Qosmio G20-117 and you have a problem with the cdrom and the screen. Got bad pixels on the screen, and cdrom does not work. I live in the United Kingdom, so I tried signing up to them to choose the computer before the computer is out of warranty.

  Whenever I register, it says sorry, an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later. I have tried at least 20 times since yesterday and it doesn't seem to work. I have them even called and they told me, the service is stopped and will be fixed this morning but yet nothing works.
