Background color does not appear in Dreamweaver.
I have been using Dreamweaver 8 for about 3 years now. Today I opened again to create a new web page. I went to the properties of the page to apply a color of gray background, but in fashion design, the page has remained white. I view it in IE and it was gray. Why is this happening? It is the first time that I had a problem to display a color of background in design mode. Another thing I noticed is that the bottom half of the Properties menu (the part that displays the background color, image of bg, etc.) will appear not on the bottom of my design view either.
I thought it was something that I am overlooking so I opened web sites of previous projects with environments and when they appear in a specific color in the design view, they now appear by default white. Can someone please please help me? This problem just started today. Accidentally disable certain critical design in design mode feature. I even uninstalled the program and reinstalled and the problem persists.
Please help if you can.
Another thing to check:
See Menu > Style made > display Styles.

CSS does not appear in dreamweaver
All my css does not appear in Dreamweaver... maybe because I've upgraded a security fix today for OS 10.4.11. The css is great, works in all browsers, but dreamweaver CS does not appear in design view. I checked all my other sites and it does the same thing. When I select a style element, the dialogue of current Style says there are governed no selected for the item. He's in all of my previous sites, that I worked on. I think it's maybe a library item corrupted. Anyone has any ideas, or how to proceed?Thanks, I must have hit a quick key. Your suggestion did the trick

Background image does not appear
I worked on my Web site recently, and in order to personalize it a bit more I added some background images to the cells. The problem is that the image does not appear in my browser. I tested background images of page too and nothing. It makes no sense. I select the cell, go to the properties panel, and then find a background image. Once I have select this one appears in dreamweaver, looking the way it is supposed to. After I downloaded the page, however, I check in my browsers, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, and the image is not there. All this shows is the background color of the cell or of the page, depending on the question of whether I make the background color of the transparent cell. I asked a few friends to view the page too to see if it is for them and they tell me that it is not for them either. Anyone know why this is happening? Oh I should mention I publish as an html file and I tried both .jpeg and .png file types. In addition, it's all in Dreamweaver 8. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Background ="... /... / move background2.jpg

Header background color does not work
Hello
I'd do it stay change the color background of the header element, , but it does not work as I have thought
First of all, here's the HTML code:
<body> <div id="wraper"> <header> <h1><span>Pacific</span> Coastal Highway</h1> <nav> <ul> <li>Home</li> <li>Big Sur</li> <li>Pfeiffer Beach</li> <li>Elephant Seals</li> <li>Morro Bay</li> </ul> </nav> </header> // ... some other HTML elements & content ... </body>
, Within the < header > element we have < h1 > and < nav > elements, and in this < nav > element there is a list that is actually menu.
Here it CSS code referring to these elements:
#wraper { width: 1200px; background-color: #FFFFFF; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; margin-top: 0px; border-right: 1px solid #000000; border-left: 1px solid #000000; } body { margin: 0; background-color: #CBD2FB; font-family: "OpenSans Regular", "Gill Sans MT", Arial, "Times New Roman", sans-serif; color: #202020; background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 11.91%,rgba(232,238,245,1.00) 25.91%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%,rgba(0,0,0,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(138,169,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%); background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 11.91%,rgba(232,238,245,1.00) 25.91%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%,rgba(0,0,0,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(138,169,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%); background-image: -o-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 11.91%,rgba(232,238,245,1.00) 25.91%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%,rgba(0,0,0,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(138,169,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%); background-image: linear-gradient(180deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 11.91%,rgba(232,238,245,1.00) 25.91%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%,rgba(0,0,0,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(138,169,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 100%,rgba(202,212,220,1.00) 100%); } h1 { margin-top: 0px; font-size: 48px; text-shadow: 1px 1px 2px #969696; padding-top: 32px; } h1, h2, h3 { font-family: "Prociono Regular", "OpenSans Regular", "Gill Sans MT", "Times New Roman", Arial; color: #507AAD; text-align: center; } h1 span { position: relative; top: -37px; left: 35px; font-family: GoodDog, Arial, "Times New Roman", "Gill Sans MT", sans-serif; font-size: 47px; } header nav ul { margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; list-style-type: none; padding-left: 0px; width: 705px; /* [disabled]margin-bottom: 10px; */ } nav ul li { float: left; padding: 10px; display: block; width: 110px; text-align: center; background-color: #A9A3FF; border-right: 1px solid #FFFFFF; border-radius: 23px; background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 60.11%); background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 60.11%); background-image: -o-linear-gradient(270deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 60.11%); background-image: linear-gradient(180deg,rgba(135,167,207,1.00) 0%,rgba(204,217,234,1.00) 60.11%); margin: 18px 5px; }
And, finally, this is what it looks like:
Now, I would change the background of the < header > element (to display than whites behind this < h1 > menu in a different color) and so I just added the background of the < header > element in CSS:
header { background-color: #FF2D31; }
But here's what it looks like now:
As you can see, Although the element < nav > list (menu) is IN the < header > element - the background color of the header of <>is right behind the element < h1 >.
You know why This is the case and what would be the best way of fix ce problem?
Thank you in advance.
Try
header { background-color: #FF2D31; overflow: hidden; }

Hi all
I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.4.
My scenario is I have a jspx with several < af:inputtext > it will show different colors in the texts.
But after add the disabled in < af:inputtext > property it shows not all colors in IE 8. (working fine in Chrome and Firefox).
My Jspx:
< af:inputText value = 'Check the Style' disabled = "true" label = "Colors" id = "it1" > < / af:inputText >
My CSS:
AF | inputText::content
{
text-align: right;
color: Red;
}
It is a bug in IE 8? or a bug in the ADF?
Thank you
David...
Hello

Grey color does not appear in photoshop
When I use Photoshop, it does not display the gray color correctly. Usually, when I use the eyedropper color tool, it shows different shades of gray color on the left side. But now, even though I entered the code color explicitly as #757575, it displays a color that is more Brown than antracite. I have no idea what could cause this problem. Same problem also occurred in illustrator. I use the RGB color mode.
I really hope someone knows the answer.
Link to photo http://royallimusiin.ee/dumb/picture.png
Your problem has to do with the correction of the color on the monitor. If you add a little red to gray, you will get brown. Using a standard color it will generate a file that will correct the difference. It also will tell you how to set the parameters of monitors as well. In that manually adjust you the setting of the menu screen. Then the corrected file corrects difference from that. It also will consider your ambient lighting in your room, which will affect the colors you see on the gray screen in particular.
So for about $100 or more, you can get the correct colors on your monitor.
Tip: when your done use the same software on a laptop and set up your TV. It will not use the corrected file, but it will be useful to manually adjust the RGB the TV controls.
My experience is with the Eye 1 by X-rite.

The toolbar of the Document does not appear in Dreamweaver CC
You should be able to see in the image below, the toolbar of the document does not make me unable to change between mode live view, code view, and split view.
I don't know how it happened, because I use the program on a computer at school with several classes with her in front of me.
If anyone knows how to recover the document, I would greatly appreciate your help. I tried to reset the layout of the workspace but that did nothing.
Thank you.
Go to the menu view > toolbars > put a check mark by Document

Video on the background layer does not appear behind the query graph.
Hello experts first,
I use 6 first on the Windows machine and in the last days, I created a graph of motion which has an alpha channel for transparency of the background and placed on the video track 2 and it works when I put a static image under it... that is, it shows the background behind my motion properly chart image in preview and video rendering.
But now, I put in an AVI video file behind my chart of movement and I have tried to put this AVI file on the video track 1A and 1B and made my film, but I'm only get my graphic movement of movement on a black background in the preview and rendering film... no video of my 1 track video or 1 b appears in the graphic background of my movement... but when I put a static image, such as a JPEG or a PSD behind my chart of the motion, which appears in the preview and in the final film.
Video should not be able to be seen behind a chart of the movement?
Thanks for any help,

I noticed you said on my Murray design, making the stretching of the site due to funny content in the background of the image being degraded. So I changed it to a solid color, a simple gray. But now it will not correspond to the top of the image for the image and I'll have a particular problem with the image of main_right.jpg regarding the color change. I can't even select it.
Here is my link to see what I mean:

And I'm posting the link I noticed that the right side is even more fucked up! Man am I frustrated!
Thank you
Matt
Congratulations! The only problem now is that you erased the black 3px border 1px - replace and vertical expansion will be visually homogeneous.

Changed a file .jpg with MSPaint, edit does not appear in Dreamweaver. ?
In my folder images for my site are several .jpg files. I edited the .jpg file in MS Paint. I added some blue pixels stand out. Then I have opened Dreamweaver MX in local mode, watched the .jpg with preview in browser/Firefox, and there is no blue pixels. I assume that the image must be permanently cached somewhere on my computer that I can not change. Download the file didn't help. Reload of dreamweaver did not help. Windows XP, Dreamweaver MX. This just started a few days ago.
I posted this on another of these adobe forums, but then I saw that nothing had been written on the forum in 2 months and I was one of the most active participants, and I am fairly new.
What is the path to the REAL local directory?
What is the path to the local directory specified in DW for this site?
If these two are the same, so you see exactly what is in the local directory.

My body background does not appear on all of my Web pages?
www.hunterstables.co.UK
I changed my body to have a clear grey color but it shows only on a few pages - why is it please. The color does not appear on the product page or one of the drop-down list of the menus under products, not the gallery page.
Kind regards
Karen
