    As you like, the themes of APEX 4.0 use certain (complex techniques of CSS above). This includes the use of background + images + on several elements to provide what you think as long as the borders and background colors. It will be difficult to replace with your limited knowledge. Suggest you start with something more simple: see + {message identifier: = 10403264} +.

    What is this area to be used for? What will contain? You want to keep + all + of the structure and appearance of the existing model?

    And as is said in almost every thread on the themes of the visuals for form/templates/CSS layout + creation of an example of the problem on apex.oracle.com is a much more effective way to get assistance as writing screeds about it here.

  • Background color in a region

    Hi all.

    Currently I have 5 areas on a single page and would like to create Visual queues by adding a background color of each region.

    There are examples available for me to implement something like this?

    Your guideance is much appreciated

    Thank you

    For use on a single page, the simplest approach is:

  • Add a unique static region ID to each region should be shaded, for example the region 1, region-2 etc. (try to be more significant than that!).

  • Ensure the region templates used for each region to use the substitution string #REGION_STATIC_ID # .

  • Create an internal style sheet in HTML Headerpage, with the static region ID used as ID selectors:

  • Setting the background color to a region

    Hi all

    I need to set the background color for the regions on page apex.

    Am trying to do this using the following html tag in the header part of the region, but not able to succeed.

    Can someone help me in this?

    Use APEX 3.2

    Thank you and best regards,
    Santini.

    Change the region-> region attributes, put more css

    // should put backgound-color:red with-in quotes
    style=background-color:red;

    Note: You should have #REGION_ATTRIBUTES # reference in the model of your region.

    See http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_background-color.asp for tips of css.

  • Change the background color of a region, I can only change the box with text

    Hello. First of all, sorry for my English.

    I created a new model of the region in my application and I want to change the entire background to silver color.
    After reading the forum, I tried this:

    body = background-color: Silver;

    in "attributes in Table form.

    It works, but only the area with text are silver. I want the entire region with a background silver, (like a scratch on the screen, with black labels).

    My region are copied from the region of breadcrump and there the next CEB code:

    < div class = 'wire of Ariane-region' id = "' #REGION_STATIC_ID # ' #REGION_ATTRIBUTES # > #BODY # < / div >"

    I also tried putting < body bgcolor = "gray" > in several places, but never with the same results.

    Another question. I created a theme in my themes of the workspace to play with it, but... where are the files of ccs? they are not in "/ i/themes"... .and as part of the apex I don't see a way to change the footer, and an other things I want to do.

    Well, I think I have more visual changes now... (God thank you...)

    Good.

    But I want to learn more about the themes...
    I would like to change the theme 4, "Topaz".
    As you say, I created a copy of the file ' i/themes/theme_4"as"i/themes/my_theme_4 ".

    I have said "+ are not... create new files there as these can be changed by future updates APEX. Create your own theme folder. + ", i.e. to use a different physical location, which is referenced by another virtual folder (depending on the architecture of the Web server used).

    Then I created a new theme based on theme4 in my workspace as "my"Topaz". "" My Topaz"" theme is now available in the repository of the theme in "custom themes.
    Now I can change the templates, etc., but the css files what, image files, etc., are My_Topaz to help? Are ¿where?.
    Guess as you say I need to link "" My Topaz"" theme in the my_theme_4 folder, by assigning files in the models of the apex, how can I I do this?

    The definition of header for each page template in the theme contains elements of binding that reference the URL of the CSS as style sheets:

    These must be changed to refer to the new URL CSS files:

    Notice that the page templates use conditional comments to provide additional style sheets with CSS hacks and fixes for broken Microsoft browsers.

    Some other models can also reference image etc. of localities in theme files (although this is less common in the APEX 4.0 + themes).

  • How to change the background color of conditional region

    Hi gurus
    I have a region and you want to change the background color based on a value of element.
    How can I do?

    Thanks in advance
    Oscar

    Oscar,

    I didn't test the code. I modified the code to find all the tags and change the background color.

    1. In the HTML Region header create a div tag <div id ="REP_BGCOLOR_1"> and in HTML Region footer just close this div tag </div>
    2. Put the following javascript in the HTML header of the page.
    <script type="text/javascript">
    </script>

    3. Now call this GetDOMTag function to change the background color.GetDOMTag(document.getElementById('REP_BGCOLOR_1'));

  • Change the background color of a region with CSS

    Hi guys,.

    I have never tried to use CSS in any form before, and even less in the APEX, but I have a region that I need to change the white color and I discovered that you can do it in CSS.

    My region is called Login. Where I would place the CSS code and how I would write?

    Thanks for your help
    -Mark

    OK, while you're trying to change the background of the box connection stock? Took me awhile to understand without changing the model of connection.

    In the Source region of the region of Login, add this (if there is nothing in the source, just put this at the top).

    I'm changing the background color of my region to yellow.

    I tried many things

    I gave my region one identifier called WARN

    Put css in a region on the page zero

    < style type = "text/css" >

    . Warning {}

    background-color: yellow;

    < / style >

    In my region of attributes: class = 'WARNING '.

    This has no effect.

    In my css inline page header section

    {#WARN}

    This puts a yellow border around my area

    I also tried to add style = "" background-color: yellow; "to my model of the region."

    Not good either

    Any help appreciated

    Gus

    Copy the model of the area and change the rc-content-principal class to be:

    RC-content-main1

    Use this model in the region.

    Add the css in the CSS / Inline section of your page:

    . RC-content-main1 {}

    background: yellow! important;

    overflow: hidden;

    padding: 10px 10px 2px;

    }

  • Exchange of dynamic region background color

    I've seen a few posts about this, but they do not work for me. I'm changing the background color of a form region that is based on the value of an element from the selection list.

    I have 2 regions on a page

    The first region is the item selection list.

    The second region is based on a table.

    What value is depending on the selection in the first region list item, I want the background color to change to the second region.

    For example: If the select list item is 'A' then I want the second region to have a red background color

    If the select list item is 'B', then, I want the second area to have a yellow background color

    If the select list item is 'C' then I want the second area to have a blue background color

    Thank you

    Ashok

    And one more thing:

    Change the line in swesley_perth :

    $('p42_region').css('background-color',colour);

    By (including the #):

    $('#p42_region').css('background-color',colour);

    It will work.

  • addition of the background color or image to apex application

    Dear friends

    I'm developing an apex 4.1 application that has 4 pages.

    Now, I want to add the background or a background image on my pages.

    Is it possible to do this if so please tell me

    Concerning
    Paul

    When you change the definition template > header locate the line that looks like

    You put the background / bgclor in the body, before or after the #ONLOAD tag #, don't forget to leave a space before and after your code.

    If you want to put the color/image specific to a page then you the bgcolor or background =... =... in the field attribute Page HTML Body of the Page.

    However, it depends on the model you use as well. You may need to use the CSS Style for this, e.g.

    The above will make the green background color. In addition, your regions can block the color/image of a large part of the page...

    Kind regards

  • Change the background color in the template

    I am new to using DW and ran into my first problem. After I created a page I that is a model for multiple pages. I chose my sidebar and the content of the boxes on the models. I am in a model and you want to change the background color in the sidevar and it won't let me. Now I can add content in the sidebar. Why it won't let me change the background since the sidebar color is an editable? How can I change the color? The default value is a tan color and I want to change it to white.

    As Jim mentioned, is that you try to change in the CSS to your page; It is not in the HTML code in your editable region. You must put the CSS code in an editable region to customize the background color for .sidebar1.

    To do this, go to your template file, locate the part of the code that contains the CSS for .sidebar1 (probably in the)somewhere) and make an editable region. Then, save the model again and update the page you are trying to edit.

  • change the background color of the interactive reports

    Hi all

    I'm trying to change the background color of the interactive report. Is there anyway where I could change the background color of report? My all other reports are using custom background color, but in the case of report interactive, I couldn't manage change its default background color.

    Thank you
    Manish

    Hello

    Sorry, you said custom background color, so I thought you had that. The color I put here is just white, so you may have to adjust to match your custom color

    Probably the easiest way is to create an HTML region without a model to 0 in the position after the page header. Can use it as the source of the region

    You can also put in the page template or an external CSS file.

    If your has begun on CSS I suggest that you spend an hour or two reading this site [http://www.w3schools.com/css/], it will save you hours more later any web development environment you use

    When I turn on my iPhone 6 screen shows only the background color, the icon usage and the reception icon.

    The iPhone's battery is fully charged?  Otherwise, load it, and then try again.

    If it is busy, go in recovery mode as explained here.  You may need to try to get into the mode of recovery once more to succeed.

    If you are unable to update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple supports

  • New update feature Logic-rod of color of the region

    I deal with as a result of the projects on a daily basis. And I would be DELIGHTED If logical offered a feature for bounce comes from the color of the region.

    Currently, I have all parts of color according to the stem. Yellow = brass, Brown = string, Orange = Perc Low, etc.. I select a region, Ctrl + C to select all regions of same color, Ctrl + S for all selected regions in solo. Go to an empty bar at the beginning of the project to clear the cache of any release of the bonded sample, enable cycle and rebound. Wait 10 minutes for it to bounce. Repeat 12 times more.

    I'd like a command that tells, rebound derives from the color of the region. So logic would automatically create these rods and automate this process, so I can go off and do something else, back in 120 minutes and did everything instead of custody of her.

    Please make sense! Thank you!!

    Basically, you export titles as the stems.  It's already easy enough to do.  In addition, this is not the place to request new features, as it won't do anything good.   There is a feedback page that Apple does actually read and follow.  In the Logic Pro X menu, select the option to return.
