Background color of window in HTML help

I can't find how to set the background color of HTML Help window. For WinHelp, it's pretty simple, through project - settings Windows. But when you use it for HTML Help, nothing happens.
Someone at - it an idea? Thank you!

Hello
I have a suggestion for you, what I do to add a background to my help files:
Source unique updates page (Project tab), right click on your first layout and choose "Properties". There, click on 'Next' until you have a dialog box displayed with a frame 'watermark background. " Navigate to an image you have already created with the color you want (I have an 8-bit image) and check "image scrolls with the text", save and compile. If your subjects are on several pages, I would like to make a large image based on your screen resolution and ideally a multiple of it to cover multiple pages. If your image is clear and of a single color, you can use a 1024 x 768 image, otherwise, if she has designs or logos, then make his size to a multiple of your resolution.
I hope this helps.

  • Change the background color on Windows Explorer

    Hello.  One of our users who has recently turned to the Windows 7 operating system has problems with eye fatigue due to the fact that its Windows Explorer background color is white (default).  Is there a way to change this color to something darker and easier on the eyes?  She said she did it in Windows XP (doesn't remember how she did), but cannot find a way in Windows 7.

    I checked on some blogs after a search on google and it said to go to:

    Control Panel / all settings control panel skin customization elements, widow colours / advanced

    I went there but could not find anything specifically for the background of Windows Explorer.  I tried the substance of the request, but that it has not changed for Windows Explorer.

    Any help would be appreciately greatly.

    I came across this little gem that seems to be the safest way to accomplish the task,

    How to get the background color of the screen to change.  I went through the customization of themes and custom colors that changed some screens, but not all.  I've recently updated to XP and I find it frustrating.  For example, when you use ITunes, my desktop background is white which is difficult to focus on for long periods of time.  On my XP machine, I was able to change the background of a light gray.  Help, please.

    In fact it's not Windows, it's iTunes.  The latest version is very white (and very hard on the eyes).  It seems just as bad on XP, you probably just the previous version of iTunes before you upgrade.  Unfortunately, Apple is the only one who can change - it program iTunes, and they do not meet the standard rules of "respect the choice of the users!

  • Acrobat DC - background color of window

    I just installed DC and the new interface looks great, but I would like to be able to change the background color of the white window without having to switch to full screen mode. It is gray in other versions of Acrobat.

    At present, it is very difficult to see what is the size of the page, when it is a blank page on a white background.

    Hi Josh, all,.

    Update Acrobat DC published today (May 10, 2016) introduced a new darker theme. Please open Acrobat DC application and select help > check for updates to apply the latest update (2015.016.20039).

    Then go to view > screen theme > dark grey and restart Acrobat.

  • Ignored css background color?

    Hello.

    I understand the provision a new site, but for some reason, on my footer background color is ignored by browsers.

    I checked in firebug and it does not even appear in the window of style as having a background color property, but certainly has my CSS file.

    The site is http://www.hwaassociates.co.uk/home.html

    I am attaching the css file to this post.

    Basically, it's the footertop and footer divs in the html page that are not bringing the background colors through.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Background color TestStand UI SequenceView controls

    Hello

    (I use LabVIEW 2013 SP1, Teststand 2014)

    I would like to change the Visual properties of the TestStand UI SequenceView control. (and more specifically the background color)

    I found this help page - http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370052N-01/tsuiref/infotopics/seqview_proppage_font_color/

    Indeed, what right click on the control and select SequenceView > properties I am able to access certain properties of the control in edit mode.

    I have also set the property ApplicationMgr.UseStepListConfigurations to False as suggested so properties apply in run Mode.

    What works -

    When I removed some columns, change remains also in run mode,

    What doesn't work - no

    When I change the color of background (in blue in the attached VI), it applies only in the edit mode. In run mode, it returns to the default gray color

    Please open the attached VI and see that if you run it, the number of columns is 2 (Run mode), and when you set the property ApplicationMgr.UseStepListConfigurations to True, the number of columns (in run mode) is 4.

    Questions-

    Do you know how to make the background color applied in runtime as well?

    Can I access the properties of the control programmatically?

    Amitai.

    Ciao Amitai,.

    attached you will find your vi with the changes that I applied.

    I placed the property BackColor in the while loop just to show that the color changes in edit mode.

    The strange thing is that the U32 to the background color is formatted differently than RGB: If you take the RGB color function you get a specific color; If you apply this color to BackColor, you get color with B and G opposite.

    This is why you will see in the VI that I traded values of B and G.

    I hope this helps.

    See you soon,.

  • Add background color to an input field

    Hello

    I am trying to enter the CSS, HTML to brighten up my forms etc and I'm on apex.oracle

    I want to change the background color of a group of controls in a form.

    Just to see how it works, I added the intro of the class in the CSS of a page inline.

    . Intro

    {

    background-color: yellow;

    }

    Then in a field, I entered "intro" (without the quotes) in the

    CSS Form HTML element classes.

    I use Firebug for the field get

    . Intro

    {

    background-color: yellow;

    { } as HTML internal.

    and

    < input id = "P400_MY_FIELD" name = "p_t13" class = "number_field intro" value = "0" size = "3" maxlength = "3" style = "" text-align: right "type ="text">"

    as the external HTML.

    And yet the field does not change color, so what I am doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Leckraj

    You create a CSS rule that will have a value of specificity superior to that provided by the default APEX css.  A good explanation of the specificity of CSS is Details on CSS specificity. CSS-Tricks

    In your example, I changed the CSS inline to

    . Intro

    TO

    table.FormLayout td input.text_field.intro

    In your original post, you will need to change to

    table.FormLayout td input.number_field.intro

  • Change the background color of the scene with ACE

    We I have a preloader who plays behind my clip of transparent film and I want to change the scene in the dark
    When I go to full screen. What I found most use a black box, but which are resized to FS.
    So does anyone have an alternative to change the background color with AS it would help a lot.

    Bell W.

    To resize a box mc-background to the size of the stage, you can use the following script:

    lsnr var = new Object();

    lsnr.onResize = function () {}

    _root.boxMc._width = Stage.width;

    _root.boxMc._height = Stage.height;

    }

    Stage.addListener (lsnr);

    This assumes that your background-box is named boxMc and is located in the root timeline, and the film is in mode to noscale.

    EDIT: Another option is just to make the huge background mc, so it will always cover the entire screen.

  • Just upgraded to 42.0 Firefox and background color setting doesn't work anymore - an empty window is always white.

    I just upgraded to Firefox 42.0 and, unlike previous versions, the setting of background color in 'Content' no longer works. In the settings page, the indicator 'Background colour' changes the color I choose (not white) in the choice of color theme, but each time I open an empty window background color is always white. Then, when I return to the Setup page to verify that the indicator still shows the color that I chose. And I have check the box 'Use the system color' or not there are tick, the result remains the same: the background color of an empty window is always white.

    It is a problem I've never met before. I would like to know why.

    Thanks for any help.

    You can make only one rule:

    @-moz-document url(about:blank), url(about:newtab){ html,body {background-color: #ccc !important } }

    How can I change the color of the background of the window? When I create a new document in indesign sometimes the blackground is white, sometimes black or grey and I move forward without knowing why. Thanks for help.

    Ah.

    I've never thought about changing the default is gray for preview, but you can set a different color for the background in preview mode by going into the Guides and pasteboard section of downtown and choose another color from the menu drop-down history. As most of the prefs, if you do this with a file is open, it affects only the current file (and change a file that has a different color, you will need to do one at a time), if you do not open files it will be the default for all new files.

  • Stop the background color printing on e-mail using Windows Mail

    I have asked this question before and was advised. [When I tried to find the answer, I got:' bughttps://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=683139 683139]-using the ' high contrast black ""Accessibility Option"Win XP results in the colors of the screen printing", I discovered there was no such bug by this number. Now I think that somewhere in Mozilla there is a simple and complete answer that would solve the problem that I, and several others are apparently seen. So, here is again - when I get and want to print it, the background color that I have on my Windows Mail page prints also. That I don't want. I want to email to print with no background color to everything to save on color ink. It is not flattering that I get an email from my background color is printed when I print the email. So, I need to know how to prevent that from happening?

    Another thread is here - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/912736 - why did you mark it as resolved and then start another thread?

    https://Bugzilla.Mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=683139

    This bug exists and a fix we talked until the discussion has been hijacked. Not yet fixed, so turn off the high contrast in Windows text looks like the way to avoid this issue for now. Or use another browser to print from Windows Mail for now.
