  at the same time. Have a single load at the same time as even the remains of one can cause a lot

• Laptop freezes on Windows startup screen (start)

  Freezes my laptop Envy15-3000 starting up.  It makes only to the Windows startup screen and then icons Microsoft stop moving.  This has happened since Tuesday (8/12).  I ran checks and the memory and hard drive (quick and full) test came back positive - i.e. without problems.  I finally decided to reformat yesterday (8/14).  He gets throughout the process of reformating until he wants to start the system for the "first time" (I guess this will be the last time it restarts in the recovery process) and always freezes on Windows startup screen.  If I try to hard cock off and try any other start up option I can think (Safe Mode, etc.), it says failed to retrieve and asks me to try again, get the details or Save Log.  When I try again, it goes back to freezing.  Therefore, I am now in an endless loop of another attempt of the retrieve to access the windows screen start freezing.

  All I want to do is wipe the hard drive and reload everything.  I'm not interested to recover the old data I backed everything up.  I have had no error messages on my sleeve it, memory, tests etc, so I'm at a loss on how to proceed.  Help, please!  Thank you.

  Assuming that it's just a problem with the recovery media, here's another solution, you can try.

  Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

• My computer guard direct me to the Windows Startup Repair loop. Is this a virus? If this is not the case, what should I do?

  OK, here's a little history:
  When was surfing the Internet (using Mozilla Firefox), he froze and said that he "did not." Then I left the computer alone for a good 15 minutes, but to realize that nothing happened. From there, I decided to disconnect the computer to see if I can re - open Firefox. But when I tried to connect it back, the computer take me on the desk.   When I turned it back on, a black screen appears that gives you the ability to boot your system with a repair on your computer, or start normally. I chose "start normally. After that, it took me a blue screen with a window that says "Startup Repair". He began to scan the computer saying «attempted repairs...» "When I saw this, I turned immediately shut down the computer, thinking it was some sort of virus that pretends to fix the computer. Nevertheless, I decided to turn it on for the second time. Of course, it's the same thing. But this time, I allow the scanning process to complete. When it was over, he said that the system could not be repaired and advised me to contact Microsoft, with my "contact information." I took this as a red flag, and click Cancel. I suspected it was an attempt to identity theft. (Though, I could be wrong, of course.)

  Honestly, I don't know if if there is indeed something wrong with the computer or if it's a virus.

  I tried to find out by going online and looking for solutions. From there, I tried a method where you press F8 several times until the Advanced Boot Options go up and selected "Last known Configuration" that did not work. I also heard on the "chkdsk" method, but I don't know how to do and there is no guarantee this will work.

  After that, I did more research and realized there were several ways to solve this problem. But when I went through the tutorials, the steps have been very confusing to me. I felt like most of these tutorials aimed computer technicians or people who knew in fixing computers. The steps were so confused until I found myself referring more questions than real answers!

  So now I'm reaching out to help, and I really need! It would be greatly appreciated! I really don't want to format all my data.

  Please keep in mind that I am a lover of computers operating. The two programs I normally use are Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Word. So please don't be assuming that I know my way in and out of a computer. I'm no where near, in every sense of the term, an 'Expert '.   You can perform a scan of the SFC (System File Checker). It lists all the issues and will also retrieve all files if necessary. Follow the steps below to perform a Scan SFC -

  a. click Start, click programs, on Accessoriesprincipally made, right click guestand then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
  b. type the following command and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.
  c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.
  d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".
  e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

  Would you try to install the driver from the HP site and not the BOF the ATI Mobility site.

  Here is the link to the drivers PC laptop G62-b18SA, for the recommended drivers for your system.

  When I look at the spécifciations for your system, if shows that you have an Intel graphics card. HP G62-b18SA Notebook PC product specifications

  Once the page is displayed. Click on graphics and download and install the driver Intel.

  Failure then I suggest you do a recovery to factory.   Performing a recovery of system HP (Windows 7)

  You will receive a prompt during this process, to back up your personal files to avoid data loss. If you did not recently, I suggest you only do one now.

  My laptop is stuck on the screen whenever I turn it on. I tried to run in the vault makes it incapable of doing, I ran several restorations system and repairs to the system each which say 'not found no problem' or say a reboot is required, and then it gets stuck on the screen start up again. The windows symbol fades in and out, but the loading icon does not appear.

  The laptop was working fine until recently, when I downloaded the free windows 10 update from the previous windows 7 OS. He said he would download in the background, but part-way through install my computer crashed. Since back on this problem has occurred.

  I have two PC's that have essentially the same Intel motherboard, but with different form factors. The smallest has a less powerful CPU and a slower hard drive. Still more has a significant delay between displaying the logon screen and Windows startup. Between the two, the display shows a cursor that cannot be moved through the mouse for 30 seconds or more, while on the smaller than the slider shows only for about a second.

All drives are SATA and BIOS is set to AHCI.

  5. I would like to install and run Autoruns to check what is in the startup process

  7. Remove Programs/applications from starting unless I really need to start
