Backup Flash memory

I made an application that stores information in flash memory. Is it possible to save the Flash for BB. Because if I install an update of the software of the device, flash memory is Wiped and I lose my information.

Hello!

While I'm not a developer (they all spend time in another section of these forums - http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/?category.id=BlackBerryDevelopment), I think that your application will need to make the backup of its volatile data in the memory of the device or on the press card. I'm sure it's possible - BBMessenger allows backup of the BBM contacts to the media card - I have simply no idea how do it, but I'm sure it's a function of the application to perform the backup of its own data in that area of memory.

See you soon!

  • Satellite A60-392, problem of flash memory

    Hello world
I just installed Win XP Pro on my laptop A60-392. I have a Sony Microvault 128 MB of flash memory. I plugged the memory stick into a usb port. The device drivers have been installed correctly, but then the memory stick looks like it's empty. I checked with the other pc and it works perfectly. I also checked the slot usb with a mouse or other usb camera devices, and both work properly. Any ideas on that?
    Thanks in advance

    Hello

Please check if you have any "mapped manully" devices that could collide with the Windows dynamic drive mappings.
F.ex. If you have a network folder that you have written or manually set on E: and the PC has a C: (hard drive), and a D: (CD/DVD) then the next card reader would be E:. Windows is not 100% good to discover you already manually or by other means mapped your network to E: folder so he's trying to map your USB drive to E: - then it will be not visible in Explorer and so on.
Solution: Map the USB device or mmanually device mapped to a different drive letter.

    > Then I try to install via a PEN drive bootable with integrated... XP but when I go into the BIOS I n I find USB Boot option... :-(

Connect the USB flash memory key to the laptop, now switch on and press F12.
The start menu should appear where you could see all the possible boot devices.

Do you see the USB boot option in the start menu?
If this isn't the case, then you will not be able to boot from USB flash memory.

    > Then I remove my main hard drive and put it in another laptop and install the XP, its work in this laptop, but unfortunately when I put the new HARD drive the Qosmio his departure gives the XP logo but in 5-10 sec its judgment and give a blue screen message then then restart automatically...

I guess that this is because the RAID drivers was not included!
Qosmio G20 supports the RAID controller and you add the RAID driver (located on the Toshiba UE driver page) in order to recognize the HARD drive.
But I put t know if you could do so using another computer I guess that's not possible.

Maybe you can try to disable RAID in BIOS

  • Toshiba 40SL733g - how do I play video files from USB flash memory

When I plug my USB key into the USB port, menu Media Player comes with two options: Photos and settings.

How can I make my TV recognize and play video files from USB flash memory?
    Flash is on FAT32.

I tried to play avi, mp4 and mkv files, but nothing happens. It seems that flash is empty.

Could you please help me solve this problem.
    Thank you!

bzunic, have you updated the firmware your model?

With my own game, (32RL900A), the notice said that some of the buttons of the remote control are "unused", however, after the first update of the firmware, the "unused" buttons have been used, (in our case, record, Time Shift and so on).

Is the reason why I talk about this, these features became available after an update of the firmware and not included in the manual of the user, in our case, and a subsequent download of the instruction manual for our model actually gave instructions for the use of these features, which have been presented as 'not available '. in the manual original instructions supplied with the TV, but became available after the update of the firmware.

Let us know how it works...

I searched these forums and cannot find an answer defintive on the fate of the driver for Vista 32 bit Flash memory. Anyone know or have any information on this driver?

    Thank you very much

PCI flash memory can be the Robson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Turbo_Memory) module but as your machine doesn't have any installed turbomemory module flashcard reader.

In this case, check www.google.com for 'Texas Instruments Flash card reader driver' and download the latest Vista driver for the 6-in-1 Flash card reader.

Have you installed the operating system with the recovery CD?
Usually, if you retrieve the BONES with the CD recovery all devices should be recognized correctly and all drivers must be installed.
Did you check the download page of the Toshiba driver for other drivers?

  • How to clean the flash memory?

A window continues my flash memory is full as my boot drive. As I save all my files in the cloud, im, you wonder how gain space in the storage/boot flash drive.

    Thank you for helping.

If by cloud using iCloud and iCloud drive, all the data in iCloud is copied to your computer.  To increase the amount of space available on the computer, you must remove the data from the hard drive.  Personally, I store all my media on a 2 TB external.

OS X El Capitan: increase the disk space

  • Size of flash memory in the NI PCIe-7851R

    Hello

How can I know the size of available onboard flash memory in the device of PCIe-7851R?

    Thank you

    Neville

    Hey Neville,

I need to make a correction to my previous post. The 128 kb of memory is volatile RAM. There are actually 2 MB memory non-volatile Flash bits of files stored on. The following knowledge base article describes it.

    http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/allkb/03A50BB86120E930862572F40005ED5C?OpenDocument

That is why you are able to put your file of 1000 Ko bit on this R-series card flash memory.

    Kind regards

  • Cheetah SPI for FLASH Memory W25Q32

Make all body use a Cheetah SPI to write in a Flash W25Q32?

the Cheetah ( http://www.totalphase.com/ ) have the LabView live, but there is no example how to write all of the Flash memory, it's just sticks and instructions.

Have you tried to use the instrument of Cheetah total Phase Driver?

Total Phase Cheetah SPI Host Adapter - Driver instruments - National Instruments:

    http://sine.NI.com/apps/UTF8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=15792

This instrument Driver already includes SPI examples, I recommend that you change the example instead of starting from scratch.

Please keep me upward with your progress, best regards.
