Backup Windows not pretend "enough space".

Backup Windows refuses to create a new Image system because it claims that the goal to drive (the drive on which the image will be placed) doesn't have the space available. It is an incorrect Windows evaluation, as the System Image is ~ 32 GB, and the target drive has about 360 GB of available. The full error message is the following: "Windows Backup skipped backup system image because one of the critical volumes is not having enough free space. Free up space by deleting unnecessary files and try again. "Error code: 0 x 81000033 as there are a few grammatical mistakes in this error message (for example,"is not having enough"should read 'don't have enough', which indicates a person who does not speak English natively wrote the message), I suspect that there may be an intrusion to blame (polite way of saying"foul play"), but Microsoft Security Essentials , or Malwarebytes detects no virus or other.

How to fix error code: 0 x 81000033

    Hi Timo,

Thank you very much for answering. It is due to the Version of the JDK. It used to work fine on Windows 7.
However, on Windows 8 I face this question.

    Solution that worked is
    (1) download - jdk-6u45-windows - x 64 .exe and install it.
    (2) after the installation it creates the folder C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45
    (3) necessary to update this path in the two files.
    (a)jdev.conf(\jdeveloper\jdev\bin)
    for example. C:\Oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper\jdev\bin
    #SetJavaHome C:\Oracle\Middleware\jdk160_24

    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45 SetJavaHome

    (b)setDomainEnv(C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.7.40.64.93\DefaultDomain\bin)

  • WebLogic 11.1.1.7 could not reserve enough space for lots of things

This message is for weblogic startup after installing soa suite/weblogic.  When you start Weblogic it fails immediately and you get this message (if you are using windows, the just command window dies, then open a prompt back, cd to the directory of your startWebLogic.cmd and run it from the command line).

    The generated error will be:

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for lots of things

    Update:
The first time I tried this I was in every way because I didn't know which configurations would work. This time, I did only these values, and it worked fine.

    in the setDomainEnv.cmd file

    Changed
    Set XMS_SUN_64BIT = 256
    Set XMS_SUN_32BIT = 256
    Set XMX_SUN_64BIT = 512
    Set XMX_SUN_32BIT = 512
    etc...

    Changed to
    Set XMS_SUN_64BIT = 512
    Set XMS_SUN_32BIT = 512
    Set XMX_SUN_64BIT = 1024
    Set XMX_SUN_32BIT = 1024
    Set XMS_JROCKIT_64BIT = 512
    Set XMS_JROCKIT_32BIT = 512
    Set XMX_JROCKIT_64BIT = 1024
    Set XMX_JROCKIT_32BIT = 1024

I also commented on the section rolling too these values under section USER_MEM_ARGS

    @REMif is NOT () "% USER_MEM_ARGS %"is.

    @REM set MEM_ARGS = % USER_MEM_ARGS %

    @REM)

    Original post___
I just installed soa suite 11.1.1.7, but downloaded from the OSB page, if it is different from the SOA download page. I'm on a windows 7 64-bit machine, but installed the 32-bit version.

I couldn't start weblogic with the setDomainEnv.cmd original settings and found this post Heap Size for weblogic Server

    My original settings where
    Set XMS_SUN_64BIT = 256
    Set XMS_SUN_32BIT = 256
    Set XMX_SUN_64BIT = 512
    Set XMX_SUN_32BIT = 512
    etc...

That position suggested upping the parameters to 2048. He has not worked for me. Instead, when I finally reduced values to 1024 it worked. (I wasn't clear what parameters must be defined on anything, so I put almost all 1024, although the permsize I read somewhere should be half the other parameters.)

I was kind of all over the place because there were so many different xmx or xms values, so

If you make these changes, but when to start weblogic, they do not appear on the first part, then look at commenting on article that refers to USER_MEM_ARGS, which go up the settings too much you can do.

Here's the result when you run weblogic at Xms2048m-Xmx2048m - XX: CompileThreshold = 8000 - XX: PermSize = 512 m (which didn't work - she also did not work with the original settings).

    Hi Stuart,

You may be using hardware 32 bit or a 32-bit JDK and therefore the error occurred during initialization of VM
ERROR: "could not reserve enough space for lots of things.

If you use a 32-bit with WLS JDK and try to allocate more than 2 GB (or according to the limitations of the operating system: for certain combinations of OS/FMV is greater or less than 2 GB) memory for the java process, allocating memory fails and throws the exception specified.

If you use a 32-bit JDK, then the following OS limitations exist:

    Windows OS
    32-bit: address space of 4 GB (232-1)
For the core 2G + 2G for space Application
1.5 G Max heap size (remaining natives + battery)
    64-bit: address space 16 terabytes
No limit on the size of the heap

    For all other UNIX machines:
    Linux OS:
    32-bit: address space of 4 GB (232-1)
    1.3 G for nucleus + 2.7 G for space Application
2.0 G max heap size (remaining natives + battery)
    64-bit: address space 16 terabytes
No limit on the size of the heap

    SOLARIS:
    32-bit: address space of 4 GB (232-1)
    2.0 g per core + 2.0 G of Application space
1.5 G Max heap size (remaining natives + battery)
    64-bit: address space 16 terabytes
No limit on the size of the heap

    AIX:
    32-bit: address space of 4 GB (232-1)
    1.0 G for nucleus + 3.0 G of Application space
2.4 G max heap size (remaining natives + battery)
    64-bit: address space 16 terabytes
No limit on the size of the heap

    HP - UX:
    32-bit: address space of 4 GB (232-1)
    0.2 G core + 3.8 G for space Application
3.0 G max heap size (remaining natives + battery)
    64-bit: address space 16 terabytes
No limit on the size of the heap

Also check the available physical memory on the computer. Cannot set the segment size to more than 75% of the available physical memory.

Here is the Solution to your problem

Upgrade to a 64 bit JDK.

    OR

If you cannot upgrade to hardware 64-bit and a 64-bit JDK *, and then set the maximum segment size to one of the following based on the operating system:

    Windows: 1.5 G
    Linux: 2.0 G
    Solaris: 1.5 G
    AIX: 2.4 G
    HP - UX: 3.0 G

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you

I have an Apple Mac computer (about 2 years) and on many occasions I tried to install Service Pack 3 and every time it does not have enough space whne the system has a large empty space

    Hello

Take a look in your Applications folder to install Mac OS X El Capitan.app. If you find move him to the trash, then empty/remove it. Another thing you could try is to go to Launchpad and look an article with the 'X' Mac OS X logo on it,

Click and hold on it until it wiggles, and then click the little 'x' and then delete.

Restart the Mac, relaunch the App Store and see if you can download now El Capitan.

Another thing you can do, when the download is complete and what is important before you begin the installation process, do a copy to install Mac OS X El Capitan.app and keep them safe, to an external drive or USB key, the original in the Application folder item is deleted once the installation is complete. It is snack and practice have this spare copy so that you can install on other Macs if you want you will need to re - install the system should anything go wrong in the future.

And always, always make a backup before making major changes to your system.

Have you tried a soft-reset/reboot? Press and hold buttons sleep and home for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the "slide to power off" if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear and it should restart.

    Hello everyone,

I am trying to install Windows 7 on my Macbook pro mid-2012 running on El Capitan.
I want to do with a USB key, I bought a 16 GB nine one. Try to create the USB bootable with Bootcamp, I get the error that the USB device is too small. I don't know why that it is 16 GB.

Then I tried to format using disk utility, but I get an error.

I tried to use the command line to do with diskutil, always get an error: impossible to disassemble the drive.

Using diskutil I can see the USB key:

I tried to erase the part EFI using gdisk, everything is ok in gdisk, I can just erase and write to the disk. But the problem is that when I unplug and re-plug the USB nothing has changed...

Try to use under Windows (via VirtualBox) I see only a 200 Mb USB Drive.

I don't really understand everything first:

-Why bootcamp with the new USB has not been able to make a USB bootable for windows.
    Second:

-Why can't I erase this USB key.

Thanks for reading. I hope you can help me or tell me at least!

You must delete and format the USB stick in the form of FAT. What is a USB2 flash drive? A GPT with a FAT partition will not work.

Please see Re: Please format the USB key as a single partition FAT.? on how to do to erase/format the USB.

I write in the name of the customer. The customer is having trouble downloading the 28 pages of manual and would like to know if a laptop hard drive will work if he have no sufficient space left.

  • Not enough space on disk for the Partition: Windows Bootcamp

iMac (retina 4K, 21.5 inches, end of 2015)

Processor: Intel Core i5 to 3.1 GHz

    Memory: 6 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics card: Intel Pro Iris Graphics 6200 1536 MB

    The OSX Version: 10.11.4

I tried to download windows for my iMac. I bought the full version via USB for it. I followed these instructions: create an ISO image for Windows - Apple Support installation media Boot Camp to create my own ISO image. I did, and I ejected from disk image Windows "10" as he told me too.

When I go to download the support software and partition it, he will get after downloading the Windows Support software, then to halfway in partition the drive, it will say "disk does not of enough space to be partitioned. (PS) The "BOOTCAMP" image will appear on the desktop until it says the message and then will disappear and the message will occur.

I fixed the disc and it defragmented. It's a lot I put 300 concerts for the Partition. I don't know what is happening.

I've also entered the recovery disc and repaired this way.

I'm on the forums before I decided to call Apple.

    Thank you.

  • Windows 7 backup does not not on my new external HDD

I have a HP Pavilion dv4-1435dx laptop with Windows 7 above. I just bought a new external hardrive, ST905004EXA101-RK Seagate Expansion Portable 500 GB.

I tried to back up my computer to the ext hd using windows 7, but whenever I do, I get this message:

"Windows backup could not create a zip file. This could be because the drive on which Windows is installed does not have enough space or it could be a temporary error. Make sure you have at least 400 MB of free space and try again. »

This has happened at least 5 times now, and he always says that he has not supported my computer successfully. This means - there is sometihng wrong with the hd position? If there is, I don't think it's a question of size as the troubleshooting of the message suggests, since the hd station is new and empty data.  (Yes, I delete all data from the backups half completed after each time windows tried to back up my computer).

I thought maybe it was a question of the zip/compression program that I am using, Stuffit. While I downloaded the free trial version of Winzip, restarted my computer, but still it will not save properly.

    Anyone know what is happening?

Uninstall Stuffit and then try to backup Windows.

StuffIt is a third-party program that is known to create problems for Windows backup.

  • Impossible to install El Capitan Mediakit does not enough space on the device

Impossible to install El Capitan - dialog says:

MediaKit does not have enough space on the device for the requested operation. I have a 250 GB with 53,99 GB available HD. Has anyone else had this problem?

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It makes no changes to your data.

Please triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:

{ diskutil list; echo; diskutil cs list; } | pbcopy

Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination.

Launch the Terminal application integrated in one of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

Paste in the Terminal window by pressing the command-V key combination. I tested these instructions only with the Safari browser. If you use another browser, you may need to press the return key after pasting.

Wait for a new line ending with a dollar sign ($) below what you entered.

The output of the command will be automatically copied to the Clipboard. If the command produces no output, the Clipboard is empty. Paste into a reply to this message.

The Terminal window does not display the output. Please do not copy from there.

If any personal information appear in the output, anonymize before posting, but do not remove the context.

  • Sansa Fuze 2 GB keeps closing "not enough space for music db" then it stops?

Not say 'enough space for music DB'... then it stops is not allowing me to remove?

Connect the player to pc and delete some songs in the player using the pc. Be sure to always leave a reasonable amount of free space on the drive (perhaps 70 meg?) then the player can build the database. If I had written the firmware, I would probably have reserved a certain amount of memory for the database, so when people full of songs as much as possible in the drive it would not encounter this problem.
