  I just installed PS 13 items on my system Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Mouse clicking works, but how I have difficulty drag and drop works do not?   See other discussions on this topic, which suggests a conflict of startup program that might be the cause, I did some experiments.

  All the functions of the mouse to 13 PS elements worked well if I started my Windows 7 in "safe" mode
  So, back in 'normal' mode, I manually disabled all startup programs. Returned mouse problem.
  Enter the control panel "services", I disabled 'Synergy' (a program that allows me to share my keyboard and mouse between two computers). Fixed a problem.
  The reactivation of all the startup programs while leaving a synergy service is turned off, everything works still fine.
  Start all programs present and re-empowerment synergy, but turned off its 'high privilege check box. Everything is still fine.

  Conclusion: Synergy in high privilege mode service was the only culprit.
  Synergy in non high mode allows my PS 13 items and keyboard/mouse sharing to coexist.

  The strange thing is that only PS elements 13 was affected by synergy. I detect no problems anywhere else. But it doesn't matter; the new arrangement (no high synergy) works fine for everything.

  There is no such thing as disabling Lightroom 5.7. Just uninstall the software.

  Looks like you have installed 6 Lightroom on two of your computers (including the MacBook Air). In this case, you must find and launch Lightroom 6 (not Lightroom 5.7 or any other version of Lightroom 5) on the MacBook Air and then in the menu help, select logout.

  Please ask for help in the communities of Support from Apple. Looks like you have problems reading from an SD card with your iMac. Here are the things I would check.

  The first thing that you want to make sure that the data on your Mac is safe. You will need to use Time Machine to backup to an external hard drive. The recommendation is to use an external hard drive twice the size of your hard drive internal. Use this article to help make a backup: use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac.

  Then, you need to determine what you want to open or to display when you enter the SD card in. If you are looking for pictures to open when you insert the SD card, when you enter the SD card, open the Photos. On the import tab, there is a checkbox "Open pictures for this device". Make sure it is checked. If it is checked, uncheck it and re-check. It is necessary sometimes to get these settings reset.

  If you are looking for only to have a pop up on the desktop image, please go to the Finder, then click the word Finder in the next to the Apple menu bar. Click on Preferences. Make sure that you check the tab general, and that the box for the external drives. If it is checked, uncheck it and re-check. Close the Finder preferences.

  If you are still not able to find the SD card on the desktop or in the Photos, you will want to check if it shows up in disk utility. You can check by opening Finder > Applications > utilities > disk utility.   If you still have the problem, with the insertion of the card and read by the Mac, look for more updates. There may be a new update driver or firmware required to get this working correctly with the new operating system.   I got an update for Mozilla Firefox over the weekend, and since then, he's not working 100% correctly. I have version 13.0.1

  I use gmail, but now can't seem to log on. I can get to the page, log in no problem, but when I have my details it tries to connect but nothing that really happens (you can see 'connection... ("with the circle in the field title tab, it seems to be something, but nothing is really happening).

  Sometimes I get «loading [email protected]...» "with the progress bar slot, but the bar stays clear all the time. I don't even get that much, sometimes it is on the login page, even if the connection circle moves, sometimes it changes just a blank page.

  There was once when I got to the Inbox, but only the HTML version (you know one you get if you have a slow connection), but then I actually can't open my emails and eventually left the game. This has not happened since.

  I also use another account with gmail for work (which we use by logging in via a portal on our website) and have been having a similar with this problem only that sometimes the pop-up that appears just pops up as a topic: blank tab.

  Refresh the page (for an account) does not appear to have any effect.

  I can work around the problem for now by using IE, but for a variety of reasons, I prefer to be able to use Firefox.
