  Hello, I edit videos in Photoshop CC (available first, but no option, see below). I edit screencasts in numbers almost industrial, and while in the aspects most Photoshop CC seems more useful than the first my specific needs, there are a few things that I sorely lacking:

  • Audio track should show the waveform
  • Mitigation, ease-out for dynamic expansion or objects in motion (as opposed to the strictly linear change)
  • To show a contour round or square drawn as if by a pencil on paper

  Is - this somehow availabe/feasible in video editing Photoshop CC? I am aware that this wish list is answered by creation, but I use it for other reasons.

  These features mentioned above should be availabe in Photoshop for the creative cloud subscribers who subscribe to the entire suite (not only Photoshop/Lightroom)?

  And I'm not going to use first, please accept. In fact, I used Camtasia video editor about 10 months, which was very nice for screencasts and addressed to all my points above. But in Camtasia, upscale footage seemed blurred, while Photoshop pixel replication value creates much better enlargements of dishes GUIs.

  Thanks for the research.  I just bought Adobe first Elements 9 and I'm working on my first project.  All of the videos that I imported for this project were shot on 8mm tape, and they all have a small band at the bottom that shows nothing but the noise or static.  Other that that, they seem to be good.

  Is there a way I can cut the bottom out of these YouTube videos in my production?  Like the place a frame around the video that hides the bottom 1/2 inch of video or so?

• Recompression video editing

  I recently downloaded Adobe Premiere CS6 and Adobe Encore CS6.  After the video to H264, I brought in CS6 again when I created a DVD he recompressed the video file again.  I've used Adobe Premiere CS3 and Encore CS3.  Still CS3 do not recompress the file.

  The format of ONLY which will focus on a DVD and will still not transcode is "MPEG-2 DVD. Your older versions still would have been absolutely the H.264 source before burning the disc, no other possibility of transcoding. Maybe older versions show different messages or something so that it was not clear what was going on. But still did ever H.264 on a DVD. MPEG-2 is the official specification of DVD, and there's no way around it.

  The main workflow is to export first as "MPEG-2 DVD", since no other format will work without transcoding. This produces two files .m2v video and audio .wav. Import both in yet. The video shouldn't transcoding and audio by default will be Dolby AC3 in yet. Construction is expected to take a few minutes - transcode audio very quickly.

  When you choose "MPEG-2 DVD" as the compression format, you will also need to choose a "Preset", as "NTSC DV Widescreen" or anything that is most appropriate for the given source footage.

  The flow must be considered before you encode it. There are bitrate calculators online, or try 560/minute = bitrate (but not exceed 8.0 for shorter programs). For example, 560/120 = 4.66 and I've rounded up to 4.5 for the margin of safety.

  If you are a beginner with a HD source, check the box of "Max rendering quality" in the export Panel as this will increase the top-down quality of the HD to SD.

  I have not read any problem of heating with the gtx 1060, only with the reference cooler on the rx 480. the series gtx 1000 added support for 4 k hdr and wcg, if you don't need those then the older gtx cards are always great to use. the 1060 gtx may be 40-50% faster than the gtx 960 and both are rated 120 watts. If your creative work who need a lot of power gpu, the gtx 1060 with a mid to low workload has a better chance to keep fans and be completely silent. I don't know if the model bill recommends is able to turn off the fan, but with a design unique its radiator fan will not be able to run passive as a biggest fan of double or triple design card. If you are more concerned with budget and plan on only using a few gpu accelerated fx and only HD projects, the gtx 750 ti 2 GB or 950 models 2 GB may be powerful enough for your needs. you would have to see what are the prices where you shop, here all the series 900 gtx cards cost too close to the gtx 1060. I don't know when will be released the gtx 1050, but it can help to lower prices on 900 gtx cards. the gtx 1050 can be around or just below the gtx 960 for the performance.

  the corsair website says the 100R will support 150mm height max cpu cooler, so it should be 90 to 120mm air coolers. you will need to check the dimensions of the cpu cooler you are looking for, to make sure it fits. It would also be good to search online if others use the casing and cooler together. cryorig h7 seems to be 145 mm in height, then he could adapt. I don't know the price for coolers here, so you will need to see those that fit your budget and look at reviews for cooling and noise levels to find the best. • Video editing with an external hard drive

  I just bought a MacBook Pro, 8 GB Ram, 128 GB SSD. I know he will give first for my needs very well, but the size of the hard drive is not ideal for the storage of video. I have two old 1 TB hard drives, one from an old computer that died and another through a mix to the top (long story), a Western Digital, the other Hitachi HGST, but both run at 5400 RPM / MIN. I know this isn't an ideal speed for video editing, but I wonder if there is a way to use one of them as a drive externally (with the appropriate forum) as a video editing platform. I also read a lot about Raid being ideal for video editing, but I admit I don't know much on not the Raid beyond what I read in brief article works. I also have a cheap Toshiba external 300 GB hard drive.

  Is it possible to use effectively the foregoing as an external video source? Together or individually. I appreciate all the advice on the issue, but please do not suggest buy a new hard drive of any kind, my budget is very tight right now.

  According to the media, if its very strongly compressed mp4 files you can get away with using a single 1 to 5400 RPM drive in an external enclosure.   I'm already a user of Areca (32 terabytes on Raid6). As you have a capable TB2 iMac that I would wait for the next version of the Areca 5080 TB2.

  I suggest you a configuration of data 3 step; for example the project files on an external drive and Fusion cache on external SSD and based on external Raid 0 and as the third step one backup (BR, external drives, LTO, basically everything what is available or practical).
