  I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums, you have an active subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom CC.

  6 of Lightroom is a version of the Adobe product serial number, the same product is known as Lightroom CC in the case of a subscription.

  Without knowing the full text of all messages or the real names of 18 viruses, there not much I can offer precisely.

  It may be better to use the Dell brand XP reinstallation CD and perform a clean installation. Of course, this must not be done until all the important files (documents, emails, photos, browser Favorites, music, etc.) were backed up somewhere safe.

  Download, Malwarebytes Anti - Malware (MBAM) is a great anti-malware program. (Then again, it might not be enough.) Here's where you can download:

  A single user license for activating facilities on both machines. A license of elements allows for each platform in many cases (recently not the case from what I've seen).  If you have the disc, see if it contains the Mac installation files... If not then you should be able to install them via download as well.  I can't answer with any certainty to the last question because it depends on the previous question.  Personally, I wouldn't let an inexpensive piece of software not dictate a decision to purchase expensive equipment.

  I had the trial installed, purchased the Adobe membership. I am running windows 7. Acrobat does not recognize the subscription and my trial run out in 4 days. so I am not left with many choices. No one was able to help fix it, so I'm used to this. At least the computer will run perfect again, if I can get Adobe works correctly.
