  IIRC, you can't use both. If you Application.cfm and Application.cfc in the same folder, CF will ignore Application.cfm.

  I like to use TCP/IP, but sometimes (when data loss is not critical) I use UPD (quick and dirty).

  If the ADMINISTRATOR is concerned about B access to DBA_SEGMENTS (or by creating DBA_SEGMENTS views that belongs to a user who has access on top and then grant access to this view of B), it seems pretty crazy allow that kind of database connection.

  Thank you for posting. You use LabVIEW? If so, what version of LabVIEW FPGA do you use? You use a host VI, or any deployment of code at your target to run? The file IO VI probably won't compile to target because they are not intended to be used on your host computer. Resources and the paths of files do not exist on the target FPGA, but rather on the side of the host. I have included a link below that describes how to transfer data between the FPGA and host.   In the folder tab property shares.

  Click on 'Share' - choose people to share with, click on the drop down tab, select 'All', click 'Add', in the table below, to the right of everyone, click on the "Permission level", we choose 'read '.   Click on 'Advanced sharing', [x] check share this folder. Click on 'OK '.

  Then, click on 'OK' to the folder property.

  Then, your folder is shared on your network working group of Win 7.
