  I got like Norman antivirus programs and now I move to Msn essintials. but the computer turned out to be very slow. I scanned the computer with the MacAfee Scan more and I got a message that I have more than one firewall installed, product that could create problems on my Pc I have bleive that I only have widows Firewall now. but the analysis said the contrarey.

  (1) using a router?  They usually have a firewall.

  2) go to control panel and click on security.  Click the down arrow next to firewall and windows will tell you what is running

  (3) you could also look in Control Panel > programs and features for the firewall software like McAfee, ZoneAlarm, or any that you have previously installed.  You can uninstall then from there.  Use the Norton uninstaller to remove the software and/or the traces that were left during uninstall.

  If the computer is slow, check programs and features for applications that are installed but you never or rarely use.  Uninstalling those who help you in speed.  And if you go in program files, search for files left behind from applications already installed.  If more than six months, it is safe to remove them.  Remove temporary files, run disk cleaner, empty the trash, defrag your unit.

  It is very probably a restriction by your e-mail provider, and not your e-mail program (but possible) - perhaps you might want to discuss the limitation with them and see if they offer an option or an upgrade that allows more than 5 attachments.  What e-mail you program use, and maybe, if I have, I can check to see if there is a limitation of fixation setting somewhere (or direct you to a place that specializes in this email program, if this isn't the one I have).  If the e-mail provider allows it, and the e-mail program is not, then one option or solution until we can find a better solution is to connect to your online account and treat these emails there where it should be possible to do it without getting the error message.

  I guess more than 200 photos you have on your desktop are icons related to various programs. These would affect the speed of calculation only at times when they were loaded when the computer is turned on, when certain changes in programs are made that cause all the icons to reload, etc. If you have an old, slow computer, you may notice that the icons are longer to load or reload you might like. On an old Dell with Windows XP home computer, this slow loading of icons has become a problem if you use too many. However on my Dell most recent with an Intel i7, 12 GB memory and Vista Home Ultimate, loading more than 100 links to program icon on the desktop is fast enough not to annoy me.

The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac. Then you can open the Mac App Store when you're ready to update and restart the download from the tab updates or searching through the Mac App Store for El Capitan.
