Between in contact with vs 'My Contacts': what are they and how do I get rid of them.

In my Contacts (OS X 10.10.5, Contacts 9.0), I somehow ended up with FOUR groups under "iCloud":

All the iCloud

Contacts

My Contacts

Phone

I don't explicitly consciously create these groups.  Can someone explain the difference between them?  AND can someone tell me how to combine them.  I would like to have all my contacts in a group, in iCloud.  I've searched documentation mac and tried all sorts of searches on google, but nothing helped.

Thank you

Hello bdzz,

It would be difficult to explain the differences between them, such as those that have been created by you. I know that all iCloud will be a list of all your contacts as others would have been created by you. Now you can delete the Group and it will not erase the contacts in their breast.

Select the group in the Contacts application and then click on remove. You will be asked if you want to delete the Group and click on delete. This will then remove the Group and if you look under all the iCloud, contacts will always be there.

I have 14 cookies with 0 bytes that settle 12-30-5000, how do I get rid of them?

In Windows, usually if you can find and see a file then right click with a mouse offers options including rename this file. Rename cookies.sqlite to something like cookies.sqlite. Old1 updates the file out of use; while leaving open the possibility to rename it and re-use it if necessary.

The easiest way to find the file, (it is located in your Firefox profile) is to use:

    • Firefox Button-> help-> troubleshooting-> [folder opened] profile information

Firefox will rebuild a file the correct name of the next time you restart Firefox. Delete or rename the files deletes cookies and that you continue to use the cookies of Firefox will be added and updated as usual.

I work in Windows Mail in Vista.

She might have to do with the encoding of the message.  Is that a particular user or any user?  Try emailing it yourself and check if it happens then.  If its a HTML message, do a CTRL-F2 on it and see what the police is specified.  It could be that you don't have this font.  Otherwise, if its text, then it might be the character encoding, and you can go to view | Encoding or in the main window of WinMail, tools | Options | Read | Fonts and see what is default and compare with the way the message is encoded.  Some e-mail programs are also defective, and it may have nothing to do with your system.

  • Recent messages "gibberish". What are they and how (and why you should) report

You probably see many of these posts on the forums and I was wondering their purpose:

These types of positions are designed for the driving position and validation of a scam or scam site in a results of web search engines and leaving them alone or does not does not prevent the scammer to obtain the desired goal:

By posting this garbage repeated on legitimate sites someone looking for support may fall on this phone number of rogue in a higher class web search results and be inclined to think that the outcome is legitimate

The end result is a person who unknowingly comes into contact with a scam fake support and is fooled and took their money, or worse.
