Bing HP toolbar

I tried on many download the toolbar Bing HP to activate Smart Print, but continue to spread the message that the Bing Bar donload service is not available, then it will become available

To a certain extent, I believe that Hp have listened to their users. I was too angry to have to install the toolbar Bing to use smart printing but with IE9, which is no longer necessary. I uninstalled Bing and the intelligent print icon is in my command line and works well.

  • I have a Bing VAF toolbar I don't want and have lost my Google bar.

I am running Windows XP on a Dell PC. I accidentally downloaded VAFmusic2 when downloading an update to Adobe Flash Player (I think). The VAF is presented as an add-on. I "took it" of my extensions add-on. I also "removed" a program called VAF since my registration on the control panel.

After I restarted my computer... I had the VAF-Bing page open by default in my Mozilla Firefox browser. I can't get rid of it and I lost my Google search page.

I also tried to "hide" lucky bar... No. VAF tool out there either.

What to do now? I'm so frustrated!

I also had a problem with VAF direct me aka overtaking their research on my firefox I did go to options, general tab, I used the restore default button and it worked like a charm... BYE BYE VAF

    Hi, Donna.

What is your Windows operating system?

    What browser do you use?

Scan of malware by restarting your computer

Start typing the F8 key at the manufacturer's logo

Select Mode safe mode with networking

It is better to download another analysis tool or online Analyzer allows to eliminate malware.

    Try one of these:

Start > Control Panel > everything on the control panel > programs and features > uninstall or change a program

Look for the Bing or Bing Desktop toolbar

    Click on one to select

    Select uninstall

  • Windows Update cannot find the new updates!

    Hello

I have freshly installed Windows XP with SP3 on my new computer and I'm trying to fully updated.

I never rely on the updates to work, so I am go to the Microsoft Update Website in IE 8, and there I went through a few cycles of updates, especially for the different versions of the .NET framework. At this point, there are no more left except the junk like Bing and Bing Desktop toolbar!

I'm confused: where are the 126-or-so security updates that should be appear?

I installed some updates manually (like the Windows Update Agent 30, that has caused me problems in the past) and rebooted several times, but nothing helps!

    Halp!  D:

What is a "windows update agent 30 '... No microsoft.

Try to remove, and then reinstall the update, the latest version is

"microsoft update", you'll see that in the Download Center. In addition,

    XP is saved.

Windows Agent 30 comes from Microsoft. He made sure the last Windows Update is installed.

  • Windows 8: BSoD random-ing

No idea why, my cell phone 6 months old was blue screen-ing on a random basis.

    System Specs:

    Manufacturer: ASUS
    Model: K55A-HI5014L
    Processor: Intel iCore i5 - 3210M @ 2.50 GHz
Graphics card: Intel HD 4000 (on-board) graphics card
RAM: 8 GB 4 GB enhanced
    OS: Windows 8

RAM chips both (two 4 GB sticks) have been tested on an identical system. Same manufacturer/model/specs. No problems in the same terms. This has happened in the past before adding the second stick of 4 GB, both of which were exchanged for other sticks, tested, replaced the two primary sticks and continued on.

All the drivers are up to date according to the manufacturer.
Intel HD Graphics 4000 (64 MB by default) has been updated with generic drivers of Intel.com.
^ Has been increased from 64 MB of RAM of 512 MB dedicated with the BIOS in stock

BIOS is updated according to the manufacturer.

Laptop is at the top of a computer laptop cooling pad - connected via external power supply - on a constant basis. Once where that is not the key is when I'm away from my office, at a friend's House, or travel.

Devices in use is a Logitech wireless mouse (mini-dongle is not removed unless they be stored in the bag, in which is stored inside the mouse's), Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989 and OEM micro USB cable and wired controller Microsoft Xbox 360 brand. Headphones I use fed current by a free USB port on laptop and has 3.5 mm headphone/mic separate jacks. Tested with USB power and external spare slot. No difference when BSoD that happens.

CPU fan only turns on and begins to "work hard" by playing the games graphics-large. Web browsing, chat on Skype, watch videos (Youtube/Twitch.tv/whatever), the cool rest - same system using do not block cooling - for an extended period of time (5 hours on and off battery voltage)

Power management is set to Power4Gear High Performance while it is plugged into an external source and energy savings of P4G while on battery.

Not really sure what more to say, my laptop suddenly BSOD on not the case. He had moments when I watch videos youtube or casual browsing for hours with Firefox and all of a sudden - BSoD. Several other times I was in the middle of a game (Dead Space 3, Prototype 2, Team Fortress 2, to name a select few) and a Skype call with a friend when all of a sudden - Yes.
↑ Firefox is up to date, and to my knowledge - Flash is also updated. I don't use Internet Explorer, and Chrome.

Temperature wise the bottom of the computer is frozen with the cooling pad and the CPU fan is not in overload.

I even leave my computer in the middle of the night to update Windows as needed with the periodic BSoD - just came out of no where. (Wake up to the beautiful sound of BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR is not exactly a wake-up call that I want to hear before it restarts at 03:45 in the morning). The spirit - I keep my laptop in the middle of the night - sitting at the top of the computer laptop cooling pad - without worrying in case someone needs to put a hand on me through Skype, I can hear the tone in my sleep.

Around the 5th of this month (August), I tried to reformat (not with update of Win8) with ASUS recovery partition, but unfortunately the problem persists, as it happened 8 times during the month. I have 8 available minidumps if requested.

I tried using a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition on the same computer through multiple startup in the past and had no problem with BSoD for a full month until I switched to Windows 8.

To my knowledge, Windows 8 is updated to auto-updates, and most of the optional updates is installed without Bing and Bing Desktop toolbar. Alongside this, Malwarebytes reports nothing wrong to a complete and fast analysis.

Probably a little too necessary info, but can get the details worked. Got this laptop in February as a laptop replacement for my previous. Works well. Only stickler is Windows 8 blue screening out not the case.

Not really what else. Would really like to have a response out to reinstall Windows 7, which now seems to be the only other choice.

    Edit:

I forgot to mention: recent BSOD were SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, as well as one selection of others that I don't remember off the top of my head.

As well as the recent BSoD I have captured, has been a fairly long list of errors in programs (Bing, weather, Photos, Zune Music/Zune video/Xbox Live games, etc.) - programs I don't USE even - with a Kernel-Power (41) (63).

  • Engine search toolbar Firefox search guard reseting to bing, the closing of firefox

So I just reinstalled firefox on your laptop brand new Windows 8.1, and I noticed that the search bar in the upper right corner is set on bing as a search engine. I try to change it, but he refused to change, then I deleted the search engine and set it to google.
I noticed that whenever I am close and re-open firefox, the search engine in the search toolbar resets to bing, despite me having deleted bing as a search engine. What can I do to make sure she stays permanently on google?

Remove integrated search engines would be to remove his file browser\searchplugins XML file in the Firefox program folder, but these changes are not guaranteed to survive an update of Firefox.

Search engines are installed in the searchplugins folder in the installed Firefox profile folder custom.

  • I can't stream video to my sites favirute more, I uninstalled a few programs try to get rid of the stupid bing toolbar

I'm still on XP on this older PC, this all started because of this stupid bing toolbar that has infect many computers, and I started unistalling some programs that looked like, they do not belong, I ended up getting rid of bing, but now I have a much bigger problem, I still have my adobe flash player of course all of a sudden when I go to a site like wiziwig.tv for streams baseball games he just doesn't. I tried restoring the system to an earlier date, but that erased all my favorites and everything. I just think that there is a file or program that I need because I've been streaming shows to sites such as watchseries.ch until today. If this bing toolbar was not out of nowhere I want to watch right now!

OK, I will consider about this plug-in, but everything I did last night seems to have fixed, I restarted today and have a game right now and that plug-in streaming is still there, so for now I'm not touching anything thanks for the input, I'll mark this as "resolved".

  • Need Firefox & Bing and when I open Firefox I ref A and string; then when I get to Bing, no bookmarks toolbar, etc. or way to access messages.

I did my browser Bing and it was working fine until today. When I open Firefox I get a message: Ref, then a long string of characters. I click on the Home icon and string changes. After doing this several times, I get the Bing search page. I don't get the startup of Firefox bookmark with the toolbar that has my book, history etc.. I can't clear the cache, if I can't the history tab. If I'm going to the mozilla firefox program folder and open it, there are a tool bar but can't erase recent history, etc. it. I don't have an administrator and a password on my home desktop. It's just me. I tried to follow your suggestions, but they do not apply to my situation. I don't really know if it is a firefox problem or bing. I've used google before bing and had no problems; I just wanted to try bing.

    You can attach a screenshot?

Use a type of compressed as PNG or JPG image to save the screenshot.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe or make changes.
  • How to remove bing toolbar and don't let him get what you type in the URL of goto

This isn't really a question, but I hope this will help some people. I got the bar of bing tools appear at the top of firefox, and I tried all the suggestions that I have found to remove it, in addition to the ways that I already knew. Nothing worked... until I looked in tools/options and found that my homepage had been changed. I just changed it back to what it was before that bing took over. Now, everything is back to normal.

Hi I do not know if I'm in the right place or not, but this thread seems to be closest to my problem, which is the following (see picture):

Everytime I type something in the URL (address) bar, the first options are Bing search results.

Now, the more funny thing is, that it is the ONLY symptom that my present system as part of the Bing struck by lightning. There is no additional toolbar, no change in default search engine, no change of default home page, this is not supported my new tabs; He is not anywhere among the modules etc (I guess you would say I'm lucky for that, but "just ignore it" is certainly not the answer I'm looking for.)

I tried on different solutions 8-10 posted on various forums, but nothing helped. I did the thing "manage search engines"; I looked around the Add - ons & Extensions for anything remotely suspicious; I tried the key word. Solution URL; I went to the System32 folder to change the hosts file (hell, I don't even know what it is). I even reinstalled Firefox from the Mozilla homepage (!), and nothing happened.

So what now...? Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
