  For Bing Maps to stick, you need to use WebOS Doctor, assumming that at one point, you downloaded the Updater of Bing Maps app.

  I was having problems is because the process of provision of sw of cards which is taken in charge through the catalog app does not set the palm pre to replace the existing Google Map application correctly.  To do this, Palm (or HP) had used ANOTHER application called "Maps Updater."  It was that when you got the error of googlemap prompting you to upgrade, it you linked to a Web site that would allow you to supply the Bing Map app WITH this update of map app.  Now, something has changed, and what you get is a Bing map application installation.  Map update application is one that removes the references to the Google Map of default and directs to the cards instead.  Download Maps of the catalogue is NOT synonymous with downloaded Maps Updater application.  Once I run WebOS Doctor, and connected to my profile of webOS, he proceeds to download aaaaaall the apps I had already downloaded, and at that time there he downloaded and installed the backup app Maps Updater, which took place and restarted my phone and my camera set up correctly.

  Settings > Applications > manage Applications

  Click menu, and then choose Filter > all

  Find the Maps app and click on, and then choose clear data.

This possibility seems today disappeared and directions are only available between your current location and your destination.   The functionality is still there. Type the words "My position" in blue. It will bring to the top of the search box.

These applications provide us the type of call that we are sent to more comments of the call. It also gives us the address of the call. Right now, Google maps is the default mapping. However Google maps is not up-to-date in the area. We noticed that Bing maps are more current. However, we have a problem with the help of Bing maps. When I map the location of the call using Google maps it will automatically zoom in to about 200 feet from the location given by the Cadpage, but using Bing maps I should zoom in manually. Is there a way to fix this?
