  is it possible to report the BIOS problem so that a person of HP it will read and the problem will be solved if all goes well?

  To be concrete, there seems to be problem in BIOS F.02 installed on HP Mini 5103 causes of freeze if it has plugged the USB key with 'recursive partitioning' at startup.   Hello

  Go to the BIOS.
  Disable secure boot and pass the CSM UEFI.
  Save the changes and now you should be able to boot from the Windows 7 disc.

  I recently updated my BIOS to 1.6
  After the update:
  -If I select "Shutdown" or "Restart", I get a 'blue screen of death' (a whole bunch of text too fast as I can't read), and restarted my laptop.
  -If I select "Logout" instead, followed by "Stop" or "Restart", while the laptop seems stopped, etc., correctly.
  However, even if it looks correctly stopped using the "Logout" approach, my laptop is now not sync'ing properly with my server.

  I am convinced that it is the update of the BIOS, as nothing has changed since the update (or even before the update).

  Is it possible, or rather, how downgrade / format / restore my previous BIOS?
  I would like to make an update of the previous BIOS (to Oct 2006), as well as the backup BIOS the BIOS before this 2006 update.

  Any help will be appreciated.

  When you install Microsoft XP, I seem to be a BIOS problem.  The error message loads up once the disc loaded files, but until you're able to partition the drive.  The error message indicates that the hardware and BIOS are not ACPI compatible.  After reading upward, I tried to correct the problem by what the error message says to do.  First of all, try to update the BIOS.  I called my computer supplier and received the last update for the BIOS of the computer.  I installed it and nothing happened.  I resorted to the second option listed that would press the F7 key. that was supposed to disable the ACPI and force the installation. It does not yet.  I then read a few forums and they said to update a file on the disk XP (TXTSetup.sif).  So I did but nothing seems to happen.  You have other options to get this facility by?

  Ok. You have not provided this information before. So my previous post was a waste of time. You will need to buy HP recovery media. If you are available and active recovery media recover image factory, it would be to delete and recreate the partitions on the boot only disc not the secondary hard drive.
