  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If no, then you will probably need to perform a clean OS reload... something in the update of the operating system that you have done have been damaged.

  Hi everyone, I recently switched my phone to a cool super BB curve under a T-Mobile account, (smartphone is an understatement...), and everything seemed to be going fine until last week when my browser stops working. It will begin to retriving all the data, but it just won't load. All my other applications that use the web service correctly, just the browser will not work. I tried to change the config of the browser and still nothing. I can't understand this. I know there are some discussions, that I should be reading right now dealing with this problem, and I will as soon as I finished it here, but I'm hoping to get a little faster will. Someone out there with anything for me, I would greatly be apreciative. Thank you!

  I suggest the following:

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  This is the Quick Launch toolbar. The part of the taskbar Windows between the Start key and the program tabs kept to a minimum.

  If you do not have a desktop icon for a program you want, find it in all programs and make a right click | Send to | Desktop (create shortcut) and then just drag the desktop icon in the toolbar.

  I am invited to a BONES of BB10 updated to version 10.1.0.4181. I downloaded and installed the OS without any problem, took about 25-30 minutes. Now I can no longer send or receive text messages (all other features seems to work very well, the email and the call). Does anyone else have this problem? How can I solve this?

  What happens is: every single conversation I had is still in the text journal/hub, however, when I select any previous message or try to compose a new one, it automatically selects my last text, opens the conversation that appears empty and when I type the keyboard appears however the rest text field under the keyboard (cannot see it) and the Send button does not work. Any help is very appreciated!

  This morning, I remember always be able to access my mediafolder in the Media folder, but now I can't find the icon of music anywhere, and when I say everywhere I mean like every folder on my phone. I can always look for 'music' and the icon music is magically on search and I can play my music, but I can't find the icon anywhere else on top of that... What should I do?
