  Need help with this

  I am trying to install new OS 6 for my blackberry pearl 9105, it allows me to run the file, but when you go to Device Manager it shows no new updates.

  I'm a little confused by the present, I searched everywhere for a solution but can't find anywhere

  I am currently running windows 7 on my laptop but I don't think that's the problem.

  Also to explain...

  I run the application it asks to connect my device and then "check updates" I wait and it brings nothing.

  Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

  2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."

  You have probably installed a 64 bit version of Flash for Firefox plugin.

  Automatic update of Windows attempted to load 4 updates recently, but an error message came up saying that it could not install SP2. The code was 0x80070b7. I tried to install SP1, in the case who had not worked for a long time, but the message is that the 'SP1 Setup is already running.   It happens on my PC and laptop. I uninstalled both Live Mesh, but no change. I removed the other Windows Live from the PC programs. Laptop doesn't have these. Still no change.
  Both running Vista Home 32-bit.
