BlackBerry App battery App object

Hello. I'm new to this forum of the community. I would like to know the pros & cons by installing battery apps that are available in the BlackBerry world. I know there are details and comments in every app. But my question is, is this essential app? Thanks in advance for all those who share their views on it.

Is it essential?  Absolutely not.  Having an app battery will give you useful information such as how much power you have left, the temperature of the battery, if the battery is supported properly, etc.  I have never used such an application and I have survived long.

As you use the Z10, I suggest you get the bundle of battery charging.  It consists of a battery charger and an extra battery.  With it, you can recharge a battery while your phone is plugged into the charger and the battery of your phone can be charged at the same time.  In this way, you will always have a fully charged battery with you and you will not need any information from an application of battery.  Just a thought.

    If you encounter a problem with the version of BlackBerry World, then download BlackBerry World version 4.0.0.55 which is the best solution now available for BlackBerry World, first uninstall any existing version of the BlackBerry World from your device, options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry World, then do a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered.

  • BlackBerry App Blackberry app world Z10 does not

    Since the last version of the software to update, Blackberry App world on my phone will not work.  I open it and it tries to load but never beyond this stage.  I pulled the battery to see if it can help, but still no luck.  I can't remove it because it is part of the new OS 10.  Any information would be appreciated.

    • Tap the icon to overflow on the left three points lower and touchscreen BlackBerry World.

    I had this problem for about a month now, whenever I try to access the app store, I get the same error (there was a connection error, shut down blackberry app world). I tried everything to an erasure of data on my phone, to battery pull. I've also updated for BlackBerry 10 most recent operating system. I looked on the Internet and cannot find any solution. Is this just what happens to me, or is there a problem with the actuall BlackBerry app world.
    Help, please.

    Have you tried your App World when you're connected to WiFi, or vice versa, not connected to Wifi.

    Sometimes, which will solve the problem.

    Please uninstall AppWorld options > device > application management.

    Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

    Perform a restart on the BlackBerry this way: with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a min. and then reinsert the battery of waiting until it reboot.

    Now, since your browser BB go to thewww.blackberry.com/appworld and install again.

    After installation go to app world and see if you are able to download on a PC, you can also try to scan the barcode of this application, it will request a download link on your device. Please try it and let us know. But like I said try to download Over the Air.

    Gotcha: when you say reboot, does mean that you tried a battery pull?  If you have a WiFi connection available, try using this connection then the open app world.  You can also try reinstalling http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/download.jsp AW

    App world tells me on the right side of the page that my machine is connected (which is) via the USB port. I tried the phone turned off, taking the battery for more than a minute to be sure, restart the phone, restart the computer and try again with no luck.

    I also tried several browsers, Chrome and Firefox.

    I therefore disabled my firewall and still had no success. This gets really annoying, and my blackberry seems to have stupid questions like this forever.

    I tried in IE and it works. Went back to Firefox and Chrome, and it does not work. But the interesting thing is a friend tried his blackberry on my computer and it works fine in Firefox.

    EDIT: I found the problem, I deleted the App World Plugin from my computer and reinstalled Firefox and it works. Why it does not detect that I use a plugin obsolete?

    Anyway, problem solved.

    Hi all!

    As you can see my name I am relatively new to the blackberry family. I use blackberry bold 9900 which I bought from a guy on the internet. I wiped it via the security settings and had a back up of my old blackberry contacts then I restored the contacts through blackberry desktop software. Now the phone seems to work fine, except that an icon appears when I press the button bb permanently. This icon is a question mark and the application is called "Blackberry App Advisor". When I click on it it wont open that neither she closed. The phone stucks when I try to open it through this selection and then I have to press the bb button to return to the House. The phone works normally in spite of this app.

    Please be kind enough to suggest how to kill this app and delete it.

    Sorry, very busy during the week. If the battery pull did not help, uninstall applications, 3rd party, one by one. Check if this "advisor" disappears once you delete an app. In addition, remove your SD card and see if it makes a difference.

    If the problem persists, wipe your phone again, but does restore nothing from your backup. You can synchronize your phone contacts to MS Outlook or Windows Contacts. Your contact is to save in your computer and you can transfer them after deletion via BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Once you have downloaded an app from AppWorld, even if you are not invited to do, once the app is installed, make a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Also, all this time, the global icon is found in running applications.

    By clicking on the icon in the screen of the applications currently running does not help.

    Try this... options > device > Applications, remove the current AppWorld.

    Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Then:

    1. Open the BlackBerry browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
    2. Go to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
    3. After downloading, please reboot your BlackBerry smartphone when you are prompted.
    4. Check that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

    1. in an accidental action a rash skin and not calculated, I deleted the Blackberry App World, (who had hitherto worked perfectly on my Bold 9700).

    2. I found a link on the site Web of BlackBerry to download the App World and the download/install seems to work, but when I tried to activate the App World icon, nothing happened.  Even after a reboot sweater and battery system.

    3 I deleted App World again - intentionally this time-"BOLD" connected to my PC and download App World via the site Web de BlackBerry again via the PC.  This version of App World was as insensitive as the first download.

    4. I deleted App World again--again--and for the devil, downloaded again via my 3 G network connection, this time choosing an option of different language: French.

    5. the French language to download/install seems to work, and I could not even the icon App World to launch the App World app, when I clicked on it.   Despite App World seeming to know who I was and accept my payment for an application, it would display just NOT a list of the applications that I have bought/downloaded in the past; It would display only the two apps I had downloaded with my last (French-but-en-English) version of the App World.

    6. then the App World icon has stopped working too: the screen would Flash when I clicked it, but would not launch the application itself.  Not only that, but some piece of it continued to run in the background, draining the battery: the App World icon would not leave my screen Application Switch.  Even after system reboot and full battery pull, the icon remained in my Application Switch screen.  But by clicking above all remember to screen all Applications.

    7 so now I deleted App World again, just so that my "BOLD" is not run out of juice before that my day job is completed.

    All suggestions/help someone on this forum has to offer will be welcomed.

    Well, it was a bit of a drag, but I solved the problem by reinstalling my OS.  Thanks for your interest to help me solve the problem!

    I would say this:
    Go to Options > device > advanced > Applications then highlight the AppWorld application IF it shows up as installed and do not click it, just scroll to it. Click Menu > delete and remove the application.

    Now, do a restart: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Finally, use your BlackBerry browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install again.
    After installation and restarting possibly another, check your download folder or other frolders of application.

    I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

    1. open the App World

    2. go to my world

    3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

    3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

    3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

    3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

    4 AppWorld must close.

    5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

    6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

    If (4) stage arrives not as described, then the empty the cache failed.

    About trip BlackBerry, what version you currently have, can restart you your device by removing the battery and then choose update, see if it helps.
