BlackBerry Email configured z30 Z30

Hi all.

I just bought several z30 for our society. Model STA100-2, 10.2.0.224 software
Our phone company sold a plan with data and not BIS or BES as he says his running os 10 doesn't require not BIS or BES.

My headquarters in Europe to host our e-mail so for the implementation.

Settings > accounts > add a new account.

Type in the email address and a password to the server > well.

Type password device > well.

Z 30 will, however, its installation and creates a "workspace" and indicates the full Activation.

Head office can see my phone of their server but I don't have e-mail.

Headquarters keep tell me and send me screenshots, after I put the device password, I get my password by e-mail. However, I don't get this prompt. After the device password, the installation ends and look back at the main screen. The only difference is that I now have a working space.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Sounds like him did not apply an e-mail profile for your account, easy to miss when you send an activation

If she really didn't know the password of his BlackBerry ID, then, from a computer, visit http://www.blackberry.com/blackberryid , click Reset password. then she got to try one by one with each Email ID, you enter the same password for all. For each incorrect Email she will get a message that " enter a valid BlackBerry ID username". ". • BlackBerry Smartphones using Blackberry email home address?

Is it possible to set up my Blackberry email address to my home computer?  I use a Mac and use Entourage and cannot quite figure out how to implement.  If I add to my Gmail account and bring it in this way, then it will not split on my Blackberry so I can't do it.  If anyone knows a way I would be grateful.

    Hello!

I'm not sure I quite understand, so let me explain (forgive me if I go too far).

Unless you have your own server, your system accesses your e-mail provider via POP or IMAP... but your home system is simply an e-mail client. Similarly, BIS is an e-mail client that facilitates the communication between your server and your BB email. The Setup instructions to do this are here:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB10154&SLIC...

Now, if you use this, then you must configure your home email client to leave messages on the server for a certain period of time - so that when the BIS polls for new messages (every 15 minutes), they will be on the server for it to recover and push to your BB.

However, if your question is one of recovery, using your system, your emails that you have set up for a @bb e-mail address, I don't think that there is a way to do... I think that those who are exclusively for your BB itself.

    Hope that helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Email

I just had to replace my 8350i (because of water damage), and I can't get my blackberry email to restore. The record is still playing on my phone but it can't receive or send. I tried everything I can think of. Thanks for any help.

Indeed - if Sprint have not migrated your old BB PIN BIS account to the new, so nothing of your old configuration work. Call them to confirm that everything is correct with their configuration for your replacement BB.

  • Smartphones blackBerry BlackBerry Email Setup asks to reload

    Hello

I accidentally deleted the Blackberry email setup application in my BB Torch 9800. Therefore, I can't set up email on my BB accounts.

Anyone know how I can reinstall this application so that I can set up my email on my BB accounts?

    Thank you

I don't want to step on the toes of Boomer56, but you have been unanswered for six hours, so I'll take a shot at it.

If you connect your phone to your PC and open the Desktop Manager, you can reload your current operating system from there.  Firstly, open Desktop Manager and do a backup of your phone.  Once it is done, click the device in the upper part of the DM and update the menu drop down.  You could say that your phone is up to date.  At the bottom of this box, it will show view other Versions.  Click on that and make sure that your current version is the one that is checked.  Keep it checked, and then click Update.  This is going to re - install your current operating system, as well as all the bells and whistles with which it came.

  • Smartphones blackBerry Email Setup icon does not

    Its been very frustrating.

The configuration option of Internet e-mail in the installer of my bb torch 9800 is unresponsive. I tried to restart, wipeout, reinstalling the operating system, twice, but nothing works. And when I try to exit the Setup program, the phone hangs. I have read many users facing similar problem, but looks like RIM is NOT in the mood to solve this conjecture as an I can call my smartphone a Hynek instead or is there any resolution to this?

This question is actually not a resolution. Follow the link below and follow the workaroud downstairs. This problem normally occurs when you do an update your e-mail through your operator client wireless. You will have to contact your carrier to find out if their . Also make sure the EmailClient has the E and the capital M.

  • Log of calls to Smartphones blackBerry email inbox? How to remove?

    HI - need help!

In my blackberry email inbox, my call log also shows. This is annoying - how remove?

    Thank you

Hi there and welcome to the forums!

You can resolve this problem by following the steps (I did the same thing on my Storm for the same reason you):

    • Open the phone application, then press the BB Menu key and select Options
    • Select Call Logging and then change the calls to zero logging options.

This will still show an icon for missed calls, but it will remove the calls to your main message folder.

    I hope this helps!

Yesterday, I deleted emails before in the two accounts.  This morning was a message App Error 523 - did a Hard Reset.  This morning, I get emails from one account even if I had new messages on my computer for both accounts.  Emails test sent on both accounts.  No new messages (in accounts) have been picked up by the "BOLD" since the action delete previous Emails.  Please consultant - thank you for the help.

  • BlackBerry Z30 BBID deleted, cannot configure Z30 on 10.3.2

I deleted my Z30 yesterday and went through the initial configuration. When I got to the point where I had to enter the BBID I used to set up the device (10.3.2 anti-theft protection 'feature'), I put in the correct information and click identify you. To my surprise, my BBID was not accepted. I thought that maybe I forgot the password (even if I log on a weekly basis.) So I pressed "forgotten password". As soon as I get a pop up saying that I have provided incorrect information.

I jump on the BBID site and try to create a new BBID using the same credentials. I thought that if my original BBID has not been deleted then registration would not go through.
Unfortunately, this was not the case, accepted check my email address and I got a new BBID. I crossed my fingers and hoped that the Installer only checked to match e-mail addresses. Yet once again, I was disappointed. I received is no longer a bad password error, but an error in the sense of "Please identify yourself to the BBID that allowing you to configure the device.

If at the moment I'm in a difficult position, reset the phone will not work. My BBID origin is lost in the vacuum (which is probably not good as I am a supplier of application on BlackBerry World * thoughtfully *). Not to mention that I'm locked in my backups and and BlackBerry World purchases are lost.

Basically I have an expensive paper weight. I blame BlackBerry wholeheartedly for the removal of my BBID in the first place. If there is anything I can do to at least set my phone, let me know.

Never mind, was to the wrong e-mail address.

But this raises the question, what will users if they cannot connect to BlackBerry services?
