  I plan on improving my Nexus 6 p to N Android soon and would like to confirm if Hub + apps support this?

  I can confirm N is maintained on condition that its been officially released for the device you're using. Given that Google it officially released for their Nexus devices you are good to upgrade, ad if you are having problems posting here, or send an e-mail to the support address app found in the store subscription to play, then we can help you.

  "Your device is not compatible with this version.

  Hub + is currently supported by smartphones that have 2 GB or more RAM, a density of screen between 420 and 640 dpi and have a version officially released Marshmallow 6 Android from the device manufacturer.

  Based on this each fo your devices do not meet the minimum requirements of the DPI (each of your devices has a DPI of 294)

  I want to launch or to capture the Pid of the blackberry in app BB10 Hub, so far I tried to run it through PPS object, but it seems that I can launch all the applications using their package ID, but not BB HUB, also I'm tired to use the framework of the appeal, but the problem is I want to run as a separate process / application , not as a card in the same application, so that I can get its pid, need help!

  You're right, the centre can only be invoked using the AppLauncher ( https://github.com/RodgerLeblanc/TheUnexposedAPIs/blob/master/src/AppLauncher/AppLauncher.h ) code, you can use a standard InvokeRequest:
  Application of InvokeRequest;
  request.setUri("pim:application/vnd.blackberry.hub");
  m_invokeManager-> invoke (request);

  This means that two major drawbacks:
  (1) you can not call from headless.
  (2) your user interface should be full screen to call.

  I have not found another way around it.

• BlackBerry smartphones can not remove app FB of Blackberry HUB! New Z10

  I have the new Bberyy Z10.

  I don't want the FB app in my Blackberry hub, actually, I want that he removed completely from my phone. I manually deleted the application from the main application icon pages. Also, I went in 'Management Hub' and clicked off for Facebook in terms of updates. However updates still occur, on my main screen when my phone is locked even! Very annoying.

  I'm trying to get rid completely of my phones FB app, especially of the HUB. I searched for a type of 'application manager' mode where I was able to do this in older versions of the Bberry.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  There is no app handler more... the main icon pages are rather than that, so you would place this icon until they all started to vibrate, then let go and select the trash in top/right of the FB icon, then completed the process to remove the application.

  But you don't have maybe not deleted real integration account... swipe down from the top, then select settings, then accounts... If FB is in here, delete as well.

• BlackBerry Hub cannot open any contact...

  I get the error "the contact does not exist" when I click any contact in the Contacts application. On a Nexus 6 p with Android with a paid subscription of Hub 6.01 + and all installed applications...

  The only ones that I can open are those of the Favorites tab, but these even gives error even if I try to open them from the all Contacts tab or anywhere else.

  I gave all the permissions in the Contacts app, I tried to wipe data and cache, also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, still the same problem.

  No idea how to solve this problem?

  Hi Ty,

  I found and fixed the problem.

  Looks like the Contacts Android app is the default application for contacts that caused a conflict that I guess. I went to the setting / applications and clicked the app Android Contacts, clicked on "Open by default" and then clicked on the button "default clear".

  I then opened the Contacts from BlackBerry and clicked on any contact and he asked me whether the app to use, I chose the BlackBerry Contacts one and clicked on "Always".

  Seems to work fine now.

  Splat red is unique to BlackBerry applications screen.

  If you use a third party thrower red splat does not appear on the Hub icon.

• BlackBerry Hub allow installation of the Hub + chromebook please!

  So I recently started using the suite of BlackBerry applications through my Android devices. This is the best unified inbox there. I also started using it on my machines running OS Remix (Pixel C and a laptop), and it works perfectly. In fact, it integrates contacts and calendar better than the native Google Apps.

  I also have a Chromebook running Android (a 2 Pixel) applications. It's the Hub says is not compatible with my device. It's frustrating because (1) I pay monthly for Hub and (2) I know he would go perfectly on Chromebook since it works perfectly under OS Remix.

  All you have to do BlackBerry's flick of a switch, and allow Hub + must be installed on Chromebook. Please, I beg you.

• BlackBerry Hub Hub + icon is not red "spark" new messages

  I downloaded and installed the software Hub + on my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge.

  I noticed that when I get new messages and emails, it does not display the "spark," red on the Home Hub screen icon as it does for the Priv and BB10

  I looked at my notification settings and everything is turned on, I get the message icon the screen, I get the message popup, but the spark does not appear

  Someone knows how to solve this problem, or am I the only one having this problem?

• BlackBerry Z10 Cant send facebook massages through the Blackberry hub

  Hmm, I bought my Z10, a day ago and always try to play and figure how things work.

  Realized today that I can not answer facebook chat massages through the hub of blackberry. I checked the forum and found a similar problem that shows a red clock on the left side of the column, my typical massage is not visible, and the time watch Thu, 1 jan 8 "00 am for each test I tried to meet a cat. He disappears as well if I close the hub and re entry.   Try this first:

  • Your main settings > accounts (sliding down from the upper bezel) and click on Facebook.
  • At the bottom of this screen, click on delete.
  • Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
  • After the restart, return to the same location and reconnect back to Facebook.
  • Now, see if the response works in the hub.

• BlackBerry Hub - custom icon / category

  Can someone tell me if it is possible for an application save a new category in the hub of Blackberry (like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) What I'm trying to do, is to reproduce the experience we had on the older blackberries where we can specify a different icon in the message list to distinguish these messages as coming from our application.

  I find a lot of documentation on how to add a notification on the hub, but it always seems to get into the generic category of notifications with the bell icon.

  Any help would be much appreciated.

  Maybe it will come with a newer version, it's a very requested feature.

• BlackBerry 10 Blackberry Hub missing Images

  Dear BlackBerry community

  I don't know why I got this problem where I can't see images of any of my post of hub of bb.

  About two weeks ago, I did a reload of my camera and have been updated to STL100-1 STL100-2.

  Doing so I received the bbhub icon but I deleted it, I really found no use for this.

  I had done the same before when I got the update, but I never lost my images, am sure this couldn't be the cause that I'm not getting my images now.

  Someone has ideas and if reloading would be once again the thing to do.

  I guess that's what confuses me...

  The STL100-2 device is not editable to a model 100-1, or vice versa.

  Try this...

  • Open your Hub.
  • Tap on the icon of left lower overflow three points.
  • Press settings.
  • Press display and Actions
  • Scroll to "Automatically download Images" and make sure that is enabled.
  • Press return

• BlackBerry blackBerry HUB - new addition to PIN 10

  Just downloaded the new update and see an addition to the HUB called PIN.  Is this different than BB Messenger? Maybe someone can shed some light on this new addition, I look forward to using it if I knew more about it.

  PIN messages are essentially without the app being BBM BBM messages open. You can send a PIN message to another BlackBerry from your BlackBerry and it's all you can do. BBM includes voice, video Message, broadcast and other cool stuff while the PIN messages are text to one another beneficiary.
