  The phones come with the base installed OS. Once the phone is activated and working, you should be able to install the updates. Make sure that your carrier is allowed for the Blackberry service. Make sure your phone is on a Wifi hotspot to make updates. The updates are rather large and if your plan isn't big enough it will eat your data and can be costly. The updates can be 1 GB or more.

  I have a job and a personal e-mail on my Z30 account. In the hub, when I select 'New message' and then click the icon for the contact information of my wife, an e-mail form opens with my personal account already selected. However, when I try to share a web page in the browser, the 'Share' screen with the touch of my wife up icon as a "Suggestion". By clicking on that icon opens an e-mail form addressed him with the link to the web page in the message, but the default e-mail account is now my business account, not my personal account.

  Is it possible to share my personal account by default for the web page from the browser?

  Never mind. I discovered that I can put the default email for all these purposes account in the settings > accounts > select the default accounts at the bottom of the screen button. Sorry for the false alarm.

  You must as KB says... wait and keep control of the KB for the updates. If you want to push harder, your channel is to push to ATT, since it is they who are in control of this last stage of the cycle version operating system.

  The water is not destroy the phone. Try to run while wet the destroyed. You must turn the unit off immediately if you can, remove the sim card and multimedia card. Dry it as much as you can. Put the phone in a bag of rice and some desiccant sachets if you can find them. They often come with an electronic when new. If you have one of those laying around, throw in the bag.

  Leave the bag for at least three days with the phone in it, preferably in a warm place like on a stereo receiver.

  Don't "check it" to see if it works until three days is in place.

  When the three days are up, turn it on and try to reload. You will then know whether or not the device is fried.
