BlackBerry Q10 November 14 was the day j! "D" for 'disaster '...

Yesterday, I was prompted to upgrade my software Blackberry Q10.

I have this FEAR every time. My phone is out of combat for hours (the last time that it was almost a day!) or something goes terribly wrong!

Yesterday, my 'Hub' decided that he was not going to load. As a last resort, I had to pull the battery. Then, I had no access to emails, texts. Battery fired again. E-mail, text returned, all wiped THE Contacts! I am a independent and it is a disaster.

You are trying to add my Contacts again tonight - at least the numbers I know - and now they do not save.

@blackberryhelp do not take into account of my Tweets. Can anyone help? I have quite high and on the point of the evolution of phones.

    I had the same problem - the gesture (swipe left/right) is correct, but I guess you drag too far up. Stay in the bottom quarter of the screen.

    The problem is resolved.
    It had nothing to do with the data plan. In fact, I got a data plan, cause I use the browser to open sites without wifi.
    The problem is that kt Korea did not support blackberry very good service. You can use anything but not points blackberry 4 next to signal and no BBM.

    Today I went to SKT and got a SKT 3G usim card, now all goes well.

    It is only the problem of the carrier.

    Try this Brian... Once you open the e-mail, type the name of the sender, it will then show the email account and to which it is sent in an expanded view. Now tap and hold on the sender name again, the right vertical bar should now appear, select copy name. Head to the new body of the e-mail, press and hold in the body of the email right vertical bar appears, select Paste. Note that it will also stick the name next to the email address, so you can delete if you do not need.

    This problem started with no changes made on my PC.  I used a Webroot antispyware and combination product of anti-virus for more than a year.  The shield icon now appears in the lower right corner with the message that I need to download the update.  When I did the update, the shield of gold disappears for 20 seconds approximately and then reappears.  Concerned and confused about this issue.  Have spend most of the day trying to research on the problems of the various online sites.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

    My "BOLD" 9900 stopt working mysteriously this morning and I got a hold of a Q10. The problem is that my "BOLD" (and all previous models, I had before) work with 'Bb Desktop'. Q10 asked me to download link "bb".

    To add to the problem, my "BOLD" went on a rant and blow instead of "Troubleshooting" as I expected, he did a factory reset.

    Now, I have a wiper on "BOLD" and a Q10 who used to restore data "BOLD" for the new Q10.

    I can see several files on my computer (macbook pro) where all the previous backups are; but the bb link will not let me restore files? !!!

    I'm lost here seriously. Would appreciate ANY help.

    "BOLD" data backup will not restore a device as the Q10 BB10. There are methods to transfer data, but still need the device contain the data :

    What I would do is to restore a backup on the "BOLD" and then follow the instructions in the KB that I posted above to transfer the data to the Q10.

    You cannot change what he begins... It is always the Center. But what you can do is control what accounts/services to display in the hub. In the list of messages from hub, press 3 points at the bottom right of the screen. Select settings. Select Management Hub. Select each item, and then choose if this account/service is displayed in the hub, in the separate accounts only or both.
