  How blackberry trying to compete with the other smartphone when it come to applications when the tools cannot anti same compatible with the latest version out there like Eclipse 3.6 or their plug-in for Visual Studio 2010.

  As a programmer I'm really disappointed in a business this way this long to release an SDK to the developer and not even are ready to be used with the latest tools.

  RIM has never been the fastest when it comes to development tools.

  A great tool that many people want is the GUI Builder, he announced last December, said he would come out mid-2010 (so ~ June) and we are still waiting.

  Can you please clarify what you mean by rebooting to hot, double soft reset and hard reset?

  I would say that your database of sounds/profiles of compensation and set up your notifications again manually, without restoring these settings from a backup file. This article provides the steps to do this. 'How to clear data from the BlackBerry Smartphone user' http://bbry.lv/JtQKcw

  I tried many different methods without success. Finally, I found a solution.

  It's the recets:

  (1) create a backup of Office Automation in the desktop client

  (2) wipe the blackberry device

  (3) Re-install the account in the blackberry device

  (4) restore the backup of the office... but PreAttetion here! way in advance... one by one the various option in the list of control... because when I tried to do a restore complete (all at the same time) the problem were the same

  I don't know if there is a better alternative... but in this case, it was very good.

  Hi, I bought the new BBQ5 about a week ago & keyboard backlight does not one.is day it hardware or software problem.

  I also downloaded the BB virual expert to check the sensors.i did not notice this light sensor sensor & proximity is not available. my version of the BB OS is also 10.2.1.3247.

  Please help me to resolve this issue. I use a lot in the night for mails etc.it composition is quite irrerarting with the backlight on the keyboard.

  Yay for me, I guess... Here's what fixed him... try to stop [email protected] with dit filter but had a filter that says to pass [email protected] to the device... when I deleted the filter doyle, this has also stopped the rondoyle be passed... hope I have not confused everyone... always think that doyle and rondoyle should be treated with their own separate filters but apparently not!

  I hope I can get help here. Since January, I use my new Q10 with ActiveSync on Exchange 2010. It worked well from the first minute.

  Two days earlier, the synchronization stopped. I deleted the account and tried to create new, but I get an error meassage that my account information is not correct.

  If I use "Touchdown for Exchange" on my Blackberry, the connection is fine. Also, if I connect with an Ipad, it also works.

  It must be something with Activesync on the BB.

  Any ideas?

  Is there a change to see what is the problem for my BB (like a newspaper or journal)?

  Well, he was still forbidden to use Active Sync with BB10 in our network. They have not said why.

  Android is permitted only with the touchdown.

  The only way to use BB now is to install Touchdown on it. But it is not available (except if you drag load it).

  I need to sell my BB now and need to upgrade to iOS.

  I have a Blackberry Curve. I think it's a 8520 but can not find the real model number as the center slider/trackball won't let me enter any folder when you press. It will navigate but don't work or 'enter' when you press to open a file for example cannot open text messages, cannot Mange connections, cannot access the Setup etc. etc. etc. have tried re-booting several times. Phone goes through the usual set-ups and check OK. Screen glue on ' confirm current date & time ' as the cursor from the Center allow me to OK or change.  Can someone please advise.

  The device has a physical keyboard? If so, you can navigate to the menu with the trackpad item and then press "enter" at the bottom right of the keyboard. It looks like an arrow pointing downwards and to the left.
