BlackBerry screen like paper Z10 phone number painted?

So I'm assigned a Z10 society.  This is my first 'smart phone' brand or model.  I use it almost exclusively to receive incoming calls.  Is there an easy way to display the number of phone as wallpaper, so I can read it easily when asked for the number?  I really want to peel this Post-It (tm) on the back.

Thank you.

Thank you.  I am disappointed there is not an option for this built into the operating system.

It is integrated into the operating system, Notifications - settings lock screen - Lock Screen Message - enter your phone number, when the screen is locked, the touch screen and drag upward (not slide).

    My wife uses Mr. number Call Blocker, she likes it.

    You can not do this blockage in the native operating system.

  • Adding a '-' in the name field for things like SS # or phone number

    This seems to be a simple question, but a search is not just do what anyone.  Maybe I don't know what to look for?

    I'm doing in the fields with the hyphens "-" already in place for the fields as a social security number or phone number.

    Example of phone:

    A person in the field of 5555551212 types and fills "555-555-1212" automatically by moving the cursor to the next empty space when this section of the field is complete.

    Example of the art:
    A person types in 223233923 and the same thing happens with dashes: 223-23-3923

    I have the same question for Dates too, but with slashes: 07202012 would result in the 20/07/2012.

    This is probably a simple framework, but I don't know where to look.  Help, please!

    PS. I know how to change the 'format' to force the user to ENTER the '-' or ' / ', but what about automatically place there for them or have aready here?

    PPS. I found the Script 'Auto-onglet' here: http://www.planetpdf.com/developer/article.asp?ContentID=javascript_setfocus_method_f & gid = 6267 however, which forces me to cut to the top the field in 3 different areas and I would avoid it if I could.

    You can use the following to format your SSnumber:

    Put this in a document-level script:

    function formatSSN () {}

    var s = event.value

    var re = /^(\d{3}) [---]? (\d{2)} [ -]? (\d{4})$/;

    If (re.test (s)) {}

    var match = re.exec (s);

    Event.Value = match [1] + '-' + match [2] + '-' + match [3]

    }

    }

    Put this in the Script of custom Format for the fields that you want to format:

    formatSSN)

    Only, I imported my contacts from my phone to my Macbook Air, but whenever I get a notification of text at the top right of my screen, it shows the phone number, not the name of the contact. Check system preferences > Notifications > view Message

  • (E-mail) Message with a phone number

    Hello

    I wonder if there is a way to emulate the blackberry feature when a valid phone number appears in an e-mail message that you can highlight and call the phone feature. Is it possible to enter the phone number with some better than opening a textstream and legitimate analysis through the body of the message for a phone number?

    I noticed in environmental JDE that a class called DTMEchoField is instantiated at somepoint during the example that I have just described. It is an inner class, but I hope that there is something available that would work similar.

    Thanks in advance.

    Well in the end I found this one for myself. For all of you who are interested, I went the use StringPattern road to perform the management of phone numbers as they appear.

  • BlackBerry Z10 writing new Messages - Contacts combines a Mobile phone number, home

    When I chose to compose a text Message and select by a Contact who has multiple phone numbers stored, the phone selects the telephone number of the Contact homepage default rather than their Mobile phone number. I'm doing something wrong?

    I did a little experiment, created a group with 1 contact, send a text message to the group, sms went to the house number.

    I deleted then house number (which was at the top of the list) then added a new home field. After that the number of publishing house has yet shown on the top of the list, but sms now went to the Mobile number.

  • How to make a screen like this on Blackberry

    Sorry for the title but I don't know how to summarize the issue.

    I need to make a screen like this:

    As you can see, it shows these 'boxes' with elements of user interface inside each of them.

    Each 'case' is placed inside something like some sort of table cells.

    I thought it would be a good idea to represent the 'boxes' as individual screens inside a TableLayoutManager with vertical scrolling, but I don't even know if it's reliable.

    Please someone tell me how to do something like that on the BlackBerry because I have no idea where to start.

    I use JRE BlackBerry 4.5.0

    Thanks in advance!

    I would not use TableLayoutManager for that.  In fact, I would write my own Manager specific to each "Box" that you see and then just add the number of these 'boxes' that I needed.

    But since you are new (and welcome to the forums!), I think that you can get pretty close to what you want by using standard controls.

    You use a screen - and setTitle allows to set the title of the screen.  In your setTitle you would define a LabelField - and before you set, you will specify the size of the font you need.  For font color, you will need to override the paint.  In object, you just set the color of your choice

    .setColor (.)

    and then call the super.paint.

    The tips are:

    (1) setTitle is that at a certain level of the OS, it changes to be white to be black, then you will need to override paintBackground() to set the background on the color you want.

    (2) you must specify thje USE_ALL_WIDTH style for this LabelField.

    This kind of thing (change the color and the background color of a LabelField) is fairly widespread, the forum for more search tips.

    On this screen you will add each box.  Each box will be a VerticalFieldManager - you can use setMargin (...) to space out these as you wish.   Call everyone your 'BoxManager.

    Each VerticalFieldManager you will have been given the title bar.  Title bar is an another LabelField as you added under the title of the screen.  Once more you will crush object and maybe paintBackground() to get the colors you want.  Again use USE_ALL_WIDTH.  But to get the Bitmap image, you must expand the LabelField class and provide a setBitmap for this class.  Then in painting, that you have overridden it to set the color, you will also need to use

    .drawBitmap, to paint the image on the right side.

    This, after the call to super.paint ().

    The footer bar is very similar, but this time you will use the DrawStyle.FIELD_RIGHT for the labelField painted himself on the right.  It is in the constructor.

    Finally the trickiest part, the lines and the button.  Leave this for last...

    The simplest option is to add to your BoxManager and HorizonalFieldManager.  Then add a button and a RichTextField (not a LabelField) to that.  This will give you the button first.  Not what you want, but until you have worked a little bit more, are the best option.  You can us back later to get the button on the right side.

    OK, enough, do this step at a time and ask questions about each control separately that you have problems with.

    Good luck.
