BlackBerry smartphone sync contacts with Outlook

Hello

in recent weeks, I can't sync contacts with Outlook. Can anyone help? Thank you.

It almost works. Intellisync was told she can't end sync, but without the error code. But, when I try it again, then it works. It's strange, but finally it works.

So, thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate (and sorry for my English, I use to speak French, but it seems that you have been able to understand my needs.)

  • Sync blackBerry smartphone Curve 8310 with outlook address book

Hi guys, I'm very new to blackberry and need your help.  Recently my company gave me a BB Curve 8310, all set up by them.  We have a BES.  My calendar and email works great.  No problems.  It's also good (round trip) sync with my outlook contacts.

My problem is with the company address book.  I was expecting when I compose an email it will go automatically pick the employees of the company when I start typing their name, as it happens on my outlook 2007.  But it's not.  All the time I have to type the full email address as [email protected].  However, it's looking for my personal contact to my contact list outlook 2007 personal.

    Help, please

If you are on a BES you have to do what is called a search. So if you're writing an email you can start typing in the name of a person. This should display a drop down menu where you can choose between 'Email ' or 'Search' If you choose search it will search for the name on the Global address book, and then you can select it. You should also have the option after he found the name to add the name of your contacts if you do not have to search for this person yet

  • How blackBerry smartphones to synchronize with outlook business contact mgr

have the 9530 model was buying and using the service from verizon.   synchs well with Outlook 2007 contacts.   However, I added Bishop contact Business Outlook because it fits my needs better.    But I can't figure out how to get the 9530 to synchronize with BCM instead.  I want the 'soft contacts on the blackberry to display account information, as well as the list of individual contacts who work there.   It's the way it is displayed in Outlook BCM.    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

From my understanding, Desktop Manager will be synchronized to Outlook, not BCM.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones log DTEK50 with Outlook calendar

    Hi all

I would like to order the DTEK50, and before that, I need to know if there is a solution of Office BB to sync my Outlook calendar and contacts with the phone (no wifi, no exchange server, no cloud service, no outlook.com, just Windows 7 and USB connection). If this is not the case, what product is BB recommended?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards

    admundi

    Hi @admundi

BlackBerry does not sync software of office for use with PRIV, or DTEK50.

While some third party options exist in the store to play for wired synchronization, I always ran wireless so I can't make all the recommendations. Therefore, I suggest to review some of these types of applications in the game store and see what kind of feedback people left, etc.

    Thank you!

  • iPhone not syncing Contacts with Outlook 2010 on Windows PC

For years, I have synced my contacts (and calendar) with Outlook 2010 Professional on my PC with Windows 7 Home Premium via the USB port.  (I don't want to use iCloud - I want to sync with the PC).

Suddenly, all my contacts on my iPhone 5 have disappeared.  I think that they were deleted when I synced my phone today.  They are always in Outlook on my PC.  My phone favorites are still on my phone, but they are only numbers with no name.

I tried to synchronize.  I tried to reset sync history.  I tried a hard reboot on my phone.  I made these several times in different order.  No dice.

My Calendars always sync, but no contact.  This is not good.

The only change that was made was recently an update of iOS on my iPhone last night to version 9.3.4.

Because I believe that all my contacts are on my phone yesterday and now they are gone today after the iOS and/or sync, I strongly suspect not syncing contacts is somehow related to the update of iOS.

Everyone knows this?  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you much in advance.

    Hi tednovak,

I'm sorry to hear that you are away from your contacts after update your iPhone to iOS 9.3.4.  Since you do not use iCloud and instead to synchronize your PC with iTunes, you did a backup of your iPhone before updating?  If so, you can restore your iPhone using iTunes:

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

If you do not have a recent backup of the data on your iPhone, you can try to resynchronize your Outlook data on your iPhone.  The resources below provides troubleshooting for this process steps.

If you are unable to synchronize your calendars and Outlook contacts on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch via iTunes for Windows

    Take care

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Sync Yahoo with DM 6.0 bundle 2949

I just updated my bundle version 6.0 DM 2949 and find that it doesn't offer me Yahoo more sync in my organizer.  Everything I am offered is Windows Contacts, or icalendar for the calendar and tasks.

The latest update, I have installed lost calendar sync, but I lived with it.  But it's much more important to me.  I saw advice from forum to the effect that the version 6.1 supports Yahoo.  Is this fair?

Oh... Sorry, you did not reveal what you had already seen... my apologies to provide redundant information.

In any case, Yes, you need a version which supports Yahoo, if you want to continue to use the desktop software to achieve the calendar sync between your BB and Yahoo, so 6.1 would be appropriate... but, as 5.0 supported also Yahoo, it could be assumed that 6.0 is so... so once again, your report would conflict with that.

But... What are you want to accomplish? If, for example, your contacts are on Yahoo and you want to synchronize with your BB and now, with the latest versions of the BIS, OTA, avoiding the need for Desktop software to run anything in that regard... see this:

  • Multiple Blackberry blackBerry Smartphones and synchronization with Outlook calendars

    Hello world

I have 3 different calendars on my "BOLD", but when I sync with Outlook, it syncs only one of these calendars. Is anyway to combine all 3 caldenars to one on the Blackberry, so all appointments will be synchronized with Outlook? I have 3 calendars in error, not by design.

  • Treo 650, not sync contacts with Outlook 2007 Vista machine

Hi, I have a Treo 650 with happiness synchronization with my old XP Pro machine. When the computer crashed, I bought a Vista Home Premium 32-bit with Outlook 2007 on it. I installed Outlook 2007 duct after installing Palm Desktop 6.2. I'm not configured as an administrator for the security account. When I sync it no errors appear and sync is successful and all my photos on the phone and sd card and all prc files are backed up. But there is no contact in Outlook copied from my old phone. Outlook 2007, basically intercepts not anything from the phone. Even the Palm desktop does not save the phone numbers and addresses there synchronize photos from my phone. So, how can I get all my phone numbers and e-mail addresses in Outlook. Thanks for your ideas.

    Several things:

    1. the version of Palm Desktop 6.2.2 has integrated Outlook 2007 lines.  DO NOT install the update for Outlook 2007!   I've seen several threads lately where users have installed the update and things scrambled.

2 palm Desktop to install properly if you have Admin rights!    It has always been recommended to grant temporary administrator rights when installing, perform a HotSync, then remove the rights.  I find it strange that you managed to get anything to transfer!

3 did you say Palm Desktop to synchronize with Outlook?   Look here: Palm/programs/PIM Start Button / All Conduit Sync / syncing with Outlook.

If #3 doesn't help, I everything again with a "clean uninstall" and start over.

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Sync phone with laptop

I had phone for more than two years and it synced several times. Now the BB software does not recognize the phone.

I have not stopped internet service for the phone but still need to sync it with the laptop, could this be the problem?

    The questions do not.

Restart your laptop, try a different USB port on the laptop.

Restart your 9800 so and try it all again.

  • BlackBerry Bold 9700 Smartphone Sync calendar with Outlook 2007

I recently changed my Bold 9000 Bold 9700 phone. Using the Desktop Manager 5.0.1.37 and on the sp2 of Vista and Outlook 2007. I used to be able to synchronize perfectly ok with my 9000 "BOLD", and since I changed my Bold 9700 phone, he used to synchronize my calendar - as if it ignores the calendar completely. I tried a number of suggestions in this forum, including the removal of the intellisync folder and reset the configuration of the synchronization, hard reset the phone, and nothing works. I'm out of ideas. So if anyone could help it would be much appreciated!

    Hey adharma.

This is exactly why your calendar is not properly synchronized, you should have a 'calendar' and ' calendar all.

Do you have any setup of e-mail accounts on your BlackBerry?  If so I suggest you to send again to the bottom of your service books if you can return a default calendar.

    To send service directories: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402

You can also try merge you with calendar entries to try, then get your default calendar again: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402

If these two options do not restore your calendar, then I suggest to do a wipe handheld.

One wipe Handheld will remove all data on your BlackBerry, so, create a backup before doing this option *.

I ve uninstalled the software in the hope that it would reinstall just by plugging the torch into the PC

Oh my... Windows does not work like that... MAC systems work like this (most of the time), but not Windows. For Windows, you must install the device drivers and other before attaching the unit to the system.

In any case... then try here... I was going to then advises you to remove and reinstall the Desktop software, but it would be perhaps more things to do for removal to go... but we will add more later if we...

    (1) obtain a new download of the RIM Desktop software:

    (2) install the software on your PC Desktop

    (3) start the configuration Organizer:

    • KB23681 How to configure settings to synchronize Organizer data using BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0

Good luck and let us know!
