  I have 3 different calendars on my "BOLD", but when I sync with Outlook, it syncs only one of these calendars. Is anyway to combine all 3 caldenars to one on the Blackberry, so all appointments will be synchronized with Outlook? I have 3 calendars in error, not by design.

  From my understanding, Desktop Manager will be synchronized to Outlook, not BCM.

  My problem is with the company address book.  I was expecting when I compose an email it will go automatically pick the employees of the company when I start typing their name, as it happens on my outlook 2007.  But it's not.  All the time I have to type the full email address as [email protected].  However, it's looking for my personal contact to my contact list outlook 2007 personal.

  If you are on a BES you have to do what is called a search. So if you're writing an email you can start typing in the name of a person. This should display a drop down menu where you can choose between 'Email ' or 'Search' If you choose search it will search for the name on the Global address book, and then you can select it. You should also have the option after he found the name to add the name of your contacts if you do not have to search for this person yet

  BlackBerry does not sync software of office for use with PRIV, or DTEK50.

  While some third party options exist in the store to play for wired synchronization, I always ran wireless so I can't make all the recommendations. Therefore, I suggest to review some of these types of applications in the game store and see what kind of feedback people left, etc.

  I was sync my BB 8310 with my office for over a year without any problems.  For some unknown reason, my calendar in Outlook has all cleared but 19 of my appointment, however, all appointments still exist in my BB.  I am trying to sync w / my Outlook and we tried a lot of new things, including sync on another computer.  Synchronization of 19 appointments even on both machines with anyone else who appear and there are at least 100 with the BB.

  Ive tried a lot of solutions using the Office Manager, but I'm at a loss.  Help, please!

• BlackBerry Smartphones to synchronize with Outlook

  A few days ago Windows Update installed updates to MS Outlook 2007 and since then my Blackberry Torch 9800 won´t synch any longer. No error message - it's just up to a point on the synchronization and the feezes bar it. Even when I click on cancel synchronization it won´t answer.

  I ve uninstall updates of Outlook, but the problem persists.

  Can someone help me?

  Oh my... Windows does not work like that... MAC systems work like this (most of the time), but not Windows. For Windows, you must install the device drivers and other before attaching the unit to the system.

  Try disabling Mass Storage. Is encryption always enabled for media files on your device?

  If it is, Roxio should ask the encryption password to allow you to access the media card.

  Hi my boss directs the Pearl, I put delete on victories both phone and mailbox and mailbox.

  BB Pearl syncing w / Oulook recurring appts please an hour earlier on device on PC.  It worked fine until about a week ago.  Tried to reload/update of software of Office BB, same problem. Also verified that time PC and Windows are well positioned to update for DST.  Help!

  Thank you, actually spoke to a representative at RIM today and cleared the calendar on the BB, and then re-sync and it worked very well.  I hope that this will be it and it will never happen, but in any case the same should fix it if it isn't.

  I'm not a great tech, but I have some skills good enough for a girl, if I say so myself... but I'm so frustrated... I need help.

  This is my first public post... So I hope that I give all the information but who will help, if I missed something, please let me know.

  Here is some background info:

  I have a BB "BOLD"

  I use it NOT on a company (network)

  I sync my bb with my dell

  Windows Vista (UGH!)

  Outlook - Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001

  My calendar and my contacts are the most important reason, I have a bb

  My contacts are FINE

  My schedule is a MESS

  I have 2 separate email addresses work well my bb... For the purposes of his post, I will refer to them as

  [email protected]

  When I do appointments in my work calendar, I do one of 2 things to get all my appointments on the BB

  Plan my gmail as a participant in the designation address or

  Prior to the appointment to my gmail from my work email address

  When I make an appointment directly from my BB I do it by selecting Menu > new = my default settings of the account gmail under the 'send '.

  BB News:

  When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

  Default device that has (157 results)

  [email protected] who has (429 entries)

  When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

  That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

   

  When I sync with Outlook

  There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

  I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

  Can someone help me to get them all on my gmail calendar? or in my outlook so that I can then sync back with the BB

  I will not sync my bb with my mac

  Here's what I tired:

  • Yelling at the computer
  • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
  • ignoring the two
  • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

  I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

  I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

  Age of your device is not relevant. If your usage patterns consume a lot of resources, it's the situation. But I have no way of knowing what your habits are, so I can't guide you.   It is always important to correctly close applications when you are finished with them. Using the back or on the red button won't do that - those leave the app to decide what to do... and some let themselves memory-resident, consumes resources on your BB, slowing down the overall performance.   1. In the real Contacts and Calendar applications, check the options for them and make sure wireless synchronization is disabled.
  2. Then check the configuration of e-mail BIS ensure that also has many Contacts and calendar sync turns off.
  3. Finally, if your actual data are already completely in Outlook, you must destroy the databases on the BB and then enable synchronization with Outlook (who will first do a one-way synchronization, subsequently, it will be 2-way).

  I have synced my MS Outlook Contact list with my BB Curve 8330.  All my contacts are showing in my BB, but they are not in alphabetical order.  I have the BB address book set to sort by last name.  For example, when I look at my BB address book, contacts appear in the following order: A to F, then he starts A to P, then m to Z.  None of the contacts are repeated.  Can someone help me understand what the problem is?
