  The other day I found my blackberry curve, I don't remember what model it is because I have not used for at least five years. I tried to turn it on, but of course, the battery was dead. So I found that the charger is plugged in a little red and fire came so I thought it must have worked. Twenty minutes later I came back and the red light was now off. So I kept it plugged in all night and at about 10:30 the next morning that I went to turn it and nothing happened. nothing is broken, but it could be because of non-use.

  I've never had problems with my BlackBerry... no load delivers, no power issues but yesterday I turned off my curve to remove the SIM card to check my daughter Pearl.  When I replaced my SIM card in my curve and I replaced the battery that has nothing past.  The phone has been loaded before that... about 75%.  I removed the battery again and don't see anything wrong, which is nothing on the connection bars gold and pins gold of the phone are not folded.  No water no damage either.  But, every time I press and hold 'end' nothing happens.  I tried to charge with a wall charger without result.  The phone is about a year, granted, but it is well supported. Any suggestions?

  Leave the appliance to charge 2-3 hours and then, still connected to the charging cable, remove the battery from the camera a few seconds and plug it back. If it starts - let - the charges to 100% (check the Options > status for the percentage). If it is not restart on the first attempt, leave several hours. I had a charge for two days before, she came back to life after extreme exhaustion of the battery. Every 3-4 hours with the device plugged into the charger, you can remove and replace the battery to see if it restarts.

  Please try these steps and see if it helps:

  First clear the Cache of your browser: open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > scroll down to clear browsing data (mark all the field) and then click clean now. Once it is perform a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered, wait for a min. then reinsert back. After reboot check your browser if the problem resolves.

  Try it and tell us.

  I just did some kind of update to my BlackBerry Desktop and 9790 and now BlackBerry Desktop does not recognize my Bb .  I deleted and reinstalled the office and still have the same problem.  Is there a way to do a factory reset on my Bb? I think that to nine will be the best course of action.

  You can wipe your BB completely, but make sure you have a saved backup file!

• iPhone connects to the wifi but does not connect to internet

  I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 6s (last updated).

  The phone connects to the wifi network, but even if it's to show the signal strength is good, the phone does not charge any internet content (weather, FaceBook, email, etc.).  If I disconnect WiFi and use the data, it works very well.  We have no problem connecting to the computer or a smart TV network wifi and internet connection.

  This also happens with my daughter 5s iPhone and iPad for my son.

  Sometimes it will work fine on wifi, then a little while later I can't get anything to load. And it can be like right now when I'm at home alone is not as if there's a big load on our wifi.

  We have high-speed internet by cable (25 MB/s download speed) and a router Lynksys EA3500.  Encryption is set to WPA (not WEP).

  I tried to go into my phone settings and reset the network.  Always problems.

  It's really frustrating because you eventually switch to our mobile data and use it instead of our data ' wifi '.  And then to go on our data on our phone plan

  Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

  (1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.

  (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

  (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).

  (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

  (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

  (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

  (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

  (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes (ask for more details if you wish).

  You did that mobile data is turned on in the settings/phone/cell data?
