  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Based on your description, I can only imagine that you tried only the automatic methods of obtaining an updated operating system. These methods are controlled by your operator, no BB, as to what is available to you. If, for example, BB was released at the level of the OS you want, but your carrier delays in approval, then you will be offered through these automatic methods. Fortunately, there are tricks to circumvent this (assuming that some other carrier comes to present the OS level you want, of course). The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

  (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

  2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

  • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

  5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

When I try and BB app world it says open "finds it difficult to connect to the server Blackberry App World. Check your network connections, and then try again.   If, by 'apps', you mean these natively included in OS package, while it's complicated... There are a variety of basic applications, but each company is free to "Pack" the package of core OS with their network-specific things or they chose to push their customers.

  If, by 'apps', you hear the module and 3rd party applications that the user chooses to download, then there are a variety of resources:

  If you like everything about the new operating system but miss ringtones of your previous operating system, I suggest doing a search for "download ringtones BlackBerry OS6" (or whatever OS you had). I know that CrackBerry has always a selection of ringtones to download along with instructions to do so.

  I took a brief look at the questions on the CARDS, but none of these go to the ART GPS end does not. (I'm sure it's somewhere in the support forums, but I found nto).

  I bought this unit on 29 February. A few days later, I noticed the battery was going from 100% to 0% in a few hours, so I went in the first week to change the battery and did this and he used to work fine until a few days where the battery goes from 100% to 0% in less than an hour ago.   OK, finally I managed to make it work.
  Today I decided to use the SIM card from another provider of services, AXIS Indonesia in my case, after changing, I get gateway IP diferent and normal BBM work, then I go to previous service provider (IND - XL) and ask them to change my smart SIM card and bam! I got new gateway IP pretty much the same thing as the gateway ip of my bold work 9790. Here my new host routing information:
