BlackBerry Curve 9360

Smartphone (3G, WiFi)

7.1 bundle 1133 (v7.1.0.336, platform 9.6.0.51)

3G bands 1,4,8

I got a Blackberry Curve 9360 during about 3 weeks now and until a few days ago had no problems wih it. The problem is with applications such as Blackberry App World, BBM and Facebook. When I try and BB app world it says open "finds it difficult to connect to the server Blackberry App World. Check your network connections, and then try again. "On Facebook, he said"we cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (100)' and when I try and send a BBM it has a red X next to him immediately. Oh and I am also no longer receive emails. Yet, I can browse my internet no problem with or without Wi - fi. How can I fix? Thanks in advance

Managed to sort, rung by virgin and they said that my blackberry services were "inactive" not sure how it happened, but there you go. Thanks for your concern.

    Hello world. I just fixed this problem. You need wipe your phone and as soon as its reset back, start the update on the Desktop Manager with the handheld is connected. Do a wipe, Options > Security > Security wipe > click on "Emails, Contacts etc." > check out two other options are unchecked > then type "blackberry". Once it did, run back and update of the Office Manager. It does not freeze so . Hope this helps

    Hello

    I need help. So far, I used a BB bold 9700 and because of the design to BB curve 9360. Apart from the 'low battery life' and 'phone heating upward' issue I am facing another issue - problem of identification of the appellant.

    When the phone is locked and someone rings me (whose number is stored in my contacts list), the phone did not recognize the appellant and only displays the number. Although when I see the call log (once the call is finished) I am able to see the name of the appellant displayed against the number.

    However, when the phone is unlocked and I received a call (from a person whose number is stored in my contacts list) phone reconise the number and displays the name of the appellant as stored in my contacts list.

    Can someone help me to ressolve this phone number, do not recognize the caller when the phone is locked.

    I can check all of the above, except for the drivers USB BlackBerry. Can someone tell me where I can download it? Moreover, I did not have a SIM card, I do not know if that plays a role in the present.

    Have a SIM won't matter for what you are wanting to do.

    1. make sure that you are connected to a main REAR usb port, not a USB port on the front or a usb hub.

    2. one. Go to Options > Media Card
    (some themes or BlackBerrys can call this ' settings > Media Card ")

    b. check the following parameters (if they are that way, then changes according to the following:)

    • Media card support: on
    • Mass storage Mode support: on
    • Auto enable mass storage: Yes

    c. save the settings and exit

    I have a weird problem with my Curve 9360 which began this morning and I'm at the end of my mind on this one.

    INSTALLATION: I have email set up on my curve 3 addresses:

    • an address of BES (MS Exchange) for my work (works very well!),
    • a GMail account (works fine), and
    • an e-mail address POP3 my Internet/capable/TV service provider, advanced cable communications (that problem).

    PROBLEM: all addresses worked well until this morning when all electronic messages in my email POP3 address showed the same message ""Message truncated due to size" regardless of whether the email was large or small (no email has been more 500Ko) or if the message had a piece attached or not. "

    I tried my GMail and MS Exchange accounts, and they work fine.

    DIFFICULTY ATTEMPTED: firstly, I out the battery and reinserted it. It does not work.

    Second, I removed the account, rebooted my curve and then reinstalled the account. It does not work.

    Third, I've deleted the book of service associated with the email account, rebooted and re-registers the curve on the network. Which doesn't work anymore.

    Any email message that I receive on this address still shows the same error.

    I don't know what else to do at this point.  I did not any changes to the parameters of the curve.

    Any help on this curious problem will be appreciated.

    There is nothing you can do on your side... (other than calling your mobile operator and have the recorded problem and see if they give you ETA).

    Hi, so I have been charging my phone and went out. Would not work when I came back, its not even showing the bright when LCD connected to load and would also not connect to a laptop.     This is for UK limited warranty Pocket . However, there are a couple of taps called Incident support but I'm sorry it's not free it will cost BlackBerry Incident based support . But we all know that the best possible route is always through your operator it will cost you.

    Okay, so I got this phone for 9 months to the day. It was working fine until I went to bed last night. I woke up this morning, it does not charge, not switching to find, and when it is plugged into the charger, no red light makes his appearance on. Absolutely no response whatsoever.

    Your problem is you Pocket drained battery (no charger). Please follow described mentioned measures to make it alive.

    Take out the battery and fix it on the pricing (via wallcharger)

    I had a problem with my phone reboot every two minutes.  I followed the resettlement process and now the general policies screen shows, but I can not move in the direction of Ant using the touchpad.  By pressing select things, unlock and OK when I get the password, but that's all I can do.  Just got it in July.

    I have a Blackberry Curve 9360

    I have the latest version of the Desktop software installed and when it starts it ask me to update my OS 7.1

    I'm trying to update my camera above the BONES of 7.0 to 7.1 so I can get the hot spot option (as I successfully for our other 2 blackberries at home) and I get the error below:

    "An error occurred when downloading software for your device.  Please check your Internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists. »

    I tried the update of BONES from the site Web de Blackberry without desktop software being run but same error and when I try to update phone that only it says OS already up-to-date.

     

    I have same phone to default settings and tried reset but did not work.

    There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

    Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:
