  If anyone can help, I sent my phone and entered my email as you are supposed to do, but I get a lot of jokes and emails that are not local on my phone, I would like to delete the e-mail from my phone part, but can not find the place to shut it down or remove my e-mail from the phone.   I have service with bell mobility and sympatico.ca if that makes a difference.

  Thanks to everyone for their responses.

  It is how I ended up deleting the pdf files. I have connected my BB to my computer, opened upward my Desktop Manager and then clicked on Media Manager, found the files that are located on the map and deleted in this way. Through the program I'm using "RepliGo reader" to read books in pdf format, I am unable to highlight and click on the small folder (envelope)... with the X.

  My problem is that when I delete the email from the z10 does not delete it from the server

A few weeks ago, I bought an iPhone because my 9300 began to turn to a blank screen on a regular basis then the trackpad began to scroll on its own without touching myself. Now I have a big problem with the phone, the trackpad stopped working, what is not cool. I like 30 bbm messages I can't read! I did a lot of research on this subject and it seems that the only solution is to perform a clean reload of the operating system. There are a lot of tutorials showing how do with BDM, but I tried to run with BDM v.7.1.0.41 nothing works. New BDM version doesn't seem to have the features detailed in all tutorials.

  Can someone tell me exactly how to perform a clean reload with BDM v.7.1.0.41? Or point me in the direction where I can get information.

  Activate the sidebar of accounts, so you can see the hierarchy of depot.

  You should see a section here which says on my Mac. Click to show it, then right click to add box to the letters it. Call it something like old Gmail 2008-2014. Now you can select your old Gmails mainly Gmail Inbox and sent boxes and drag them to this mailbox on my Mac (folder). If you move hundreds or thousands of emails, here could be a delay before they appear in the new location, so don't panic.

  Note: Many users choose simply to archive old emails, but do in Gmail, still continues to them on the server, if you're not reduce used storage space.
