  You continue to misinterpret the contractual agreement for the support that YOU are bound to. You should contact your mobile service provider who can escalate your case RIM, how the ability to submit the report could well exist.

  All this debate aside courses... 9 times out of 10 if people just try some things in my first response, it solves their problems... normally a clean OS Reload did the trick as a "worst case"... that or update the operating system to something more current.

  I tried to run a form of parameter in debug mode, but after running successfully setting-form code, this error is thrown at the end leaving me in a dark room at the exact location of the error of debugging.

  I finally thought to it, despite overlapping each page several times for misspellings, I found that I had a field with a misspelled domain name.   I think you can try two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

  Soft reboot:
  1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
  -Alt
  -Right shift
  -Remove
  (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

  Hard reboot:
  (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
  (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
  (3) replace the battery
  (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

  There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

  Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

  The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

  Go to the home screen. Hold down the "alt" key and type "lglg". (You won't see anything as you type). This will bring up the log file.   I use a BB Curve 9360. I get a weird error "exception Eception: bridge is not ready." Make sure that the UMP is running"everytime I open the web browser or messages in the preview window of message (under the clock). I tried to update the BB system, reset the phone, but the error return finally to the point that I can't use my web browser, except when I remove the battery.

  For the record, the problem appeared after I have updated the system on my phone a few months back.

  Does anyone have an idea how to solve my problem?

  First, try these steps in order:

  1 - Save your pocket computer.

  • KB00510 : How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • You expect a registration messages in your Inbox messages.

  2 remove and return your Service book

  • KB05000 : Remove the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 : Send service for the BlackBerry Internet Service directories
  • (Wait an Enrollment Message arrives in your Inbox for each email that you have configured on your device)

  3. and then do a restart of battery like that pull while the device is powered on remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert back

  After completing these steps, please check if you receive the same error, if the error persists then try this suggestion offered by @ Cpt_Sweatpants on this thread browser help with 9320

I tried a battery pull, he starts upp and the error messages come through quite the same problem is still there. I tried connecting to the office to try an update of the operating system, but I can't connect because it connects forever. so I can't do anything at all with my phone. It all started when whatsapp froze on me followed by a few other apps do the same thing, so I tried a battery pull.

  I also recommend to download the operating system of your carriers site.  In this case, because you are with Verizon, you can access the download via this link: http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/download.aspx

  In the drop-down list, select BlackBerry Storm 9530 and in the next page, enter your mobile phone number and download the MR3 (OS 5.0) OS.

  Once you have downloaded on your computer, install, then open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and first back up your phone.

  NOTE: Do NOT wipe to FORGET to RETURN to the TOP YOUR DATA in reloading your OS will all your phone data.

  If you wish, you can use the procedure described in the article provided by sdgardne, but if you want a BONE free reinstall method that I personally prefer now more trouble, you can use the steps I wrote here:

  Problem solved.  I erased all the applications installed on my phone and reinstall when found it was whatsapp causing the problem.  Sent a quick email to them and they responded with the following: "we have been informed by RIM as an OS bug that has been fixed by the 5.0.0.838 OS or newer"... upgraded to the new system operating installed my apps and everything was fine.
