I canceled the first go after 20 minutes and the second thumb has been blocked again 40 minutes later. Will I be impatient or is there a problem?

  Fiona, in the desktop software, go to device > backup > select data and deselect the RMS database to back up.

  Click to continue and see if the remaining backup works ok?
