  Mine has done this for a while and has had this error message every time I received a call. I don't remember the exact message, but he had something to do with the java software on the phone. I took it to my local and any store they came with (after a while eagerly awaited my music wouldn't play either) was to restore the factory settings.   Mozilla currently has no intention to make Firefox mobile for BlackBerry phones. Android 2.1 + is still the platform they focus currently on. Is not to say that they will not look to other platforms in the future.

  I'm in the United Kingdom.  My service provider is O2.  They tell me that it should be possible to connect to my Wifi at home.  It doesn't seem to be an option to do this on my phone.  Is it because this model (8310) does not have this capability?  Or am I missing something?

  Based on your description, I would deduct low or weak signal from your mobile service provider. Digital devices to modulate their energy consumption depending on the strength of the signal they receive from the Tower of the carrier. Low quality/signal strength, higher battery drain. For good check, you need to contact your mobile service provider, because it is the network, which is the cause. It is possible to have a few problems in the areas that you are in.

  1. make sure that you are connected to a main REAR usb port, not a USB port on the front or a usb hub.

  There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

  Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

  The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

When I choose to open it says "Enter password" and I can't get past this screen for something else. My friend doesn't remember the password. He had introduced FIDO sim card so I'm thinking that the phone is unlocked... I have a FIDO sim card also. Can someone help me understand this? What I have to go to the KOODOO store and ask them to unlock or to anyone who makes the unlocking the phones? Or can someone here help me? Thank you

  BBs are very secure - only the password created by the user can unlock the BB. There is no password 'master' or 'ignore' to do so... only the password created by the user can do.

  But, you can maybe in luck still... refer:

  No not the password the maximum time will initiate a WIPE on the device, which is part of these important instructions. But other measures in these instructions are also important to... by the seller and the buyer. Not well fill ALL risks instructions making the BB not fully usable by the buyer (you).

  Is your PC connected to the Internet while doing this process? If Desktop Software can perform a clean reload, then we can always use the Loader .exe to recharge our device software. Please try this Knowledge Base to Reload your OS device:

Details of what you were doing before: since I've updated my device (via the software updates in the Options) to 6.0 Bundle 3049, I am not able to access my internet e-mail account set up and was able to access before the update. When I go to install the application and go to put in place an email, I have no option to change email account preferences, it simply takes me to the screen where I have to enter the password for the e-mail account, after doing this, you receive an error indicating that the service is inaccessible at this time. Hastily, I deleted the email from my device configuration application and tried to find the application online or on app world, but nothing helped. It would be very useful if someone could help me.

  If you have deleted the e-mail of your device setup application, you will need to recover. You may be able to reinstall using the desktop software, or you may end up having to reinstall the entire operating system.   Hello!    I wonder if it is possible to use the headphone jack of 3.5 mm to the music of the road since the BlackBerry Curve 8330 through speaker / stereo receiver system. I tried to use a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack to RCA stereo/video from the BlackBerry to the RCA headphone port / V ports on my amplifier/receiver, with the audio never play via the loudspeaker in the handset or the speaker. The audio plays fine in the headphones supplied with the Curve 8330. Also I noticed in another thread, someone tried to do something similar, but the car's audio system, and the problem they had was that the cable they used was incompatible somehow. If anyone has any experience with this or knows what type of cable to use, your advice would be much appreciated! Thank you. -Sladian

  I spoke with a friend who tried the same case, and he said that the problem is in the type of cable. The headset uses the third ring on the voice data sheet (line) while the other two are for audio and the ground. When using a PIN to 3 RCA (Audio video + stereo) unit seems to have a problem with resolution of the video with the microphone online. When you use the headphone of BlackBerry as a line of output, please make sure they use only a stereo (L + R) RCA (2-pin) cable to avoid the problem of the video line line mic.

  I have the blackberry curve smartphone lilac, and recently a little symbol "appeared" at the top of the screen, in the same place as the "new message", "new email address" etc. icons are displayed.

  It is a white circle with a white arrow pointing South West and black in the middle of the circle and a small red star on the top right of the icon, the same that appears in the top right...
