BlackBerry Smartphones Music Album Images on 8310 Media Card will be not displayed

I thought maybe wrongly, that the part of the music of the 8310 would be similar to my mp3 player it would display the cover of the album during playback of the album.  Different albums are on the map and the album art for each image is located in the respective folder.  The file name for each image is simply 'album art.jpg' images were in the respective folders files have been transferred and when the pictures are on the map.  I can see them in the directory, and if I move music, images, all images are displayed.

Although I'm not technologically challenged, I am frustrated.  I tried everything I could find in the user manual and help screens.

I'd appreciate any help.

Thank you

Connie

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Under the current CEO of media, you cannot display the album. There are several applications of part of thrifd that can help you do this. Flipside is a. There is a free trial for this product.

Here's a link: http://www.electricpocket.com/flipside/

Please let me know if it helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones 2 weeks with BB 8310 & problems & learning will not disappear

    Hello

I bought my first BB (8310). It was about 12 days and the problems do not seem if go away (new rather keep popping up)... and new solutions keep help out me... (courtesy this forum)

This is an unlocked t mobile handset in which I use a GSM SIM. Instead of running around in circles, I'll just to the bottom of problems which are produce to the phone.

    a. I have upgraded the software for the device of 4.2.2 to 4.5.0.69 provided by T-Mobile Germany. Everything was fine, but the next day the phone reboot began between calls (3 - 4 times). My only relief was this forum where I learned that if you have a card inserted in the phone, should be reformatted. I did and thankfully he stopped restarting since

    b. now something new began to arise - there is a lag of phone.

    i. I use the theme today on the phone and when I want to block it, the hourglass appears. Then I scroll through the menu, the screen freezes and starts again some seconds (15-20) later... Is this a feature?

II. SMS Messages I deleted still show on the theme of the screen while they are not in the folder

    c. a large number of solutions around the BB were centered around the part of the memory. Is there a permanent solution at all (I mean, some optimized setting for BB 8310 - for example to keep only those programs and don't keep others)

    d. is there a simple way to view folders...

    e. There are several other things like...

Sincerely wish that there are solutions to these...

    1. I recommend that you upgrade to the latest OS for the 8310:

    http://www.BlackBerryForums.com/General-8300-Series-discussion-curve/164898-latest-OS-8310-4-5-0-152...

.69 was one isn't a good version, in my opinion.

    2. for memory problems, read this: http://www.blackberryforums.com/general-blackberry-discussion/112029-losing-call-logs-sms-emails-opt...

3 view the folders on your BB to Media > Menu > go.

  • Sync blackBerry Smartphone Music Sync and media on "BOLD"

    Hi all

When I get the link to download on my PC for the media sync... It does not seem to do anything.

Anyone who has tried this and got positive results?

Get it solved!  Just need to reboot my computer for the program to take effect.  Thanks for your help gents

  • BlackBerry Smartphones music stops playing and analysis of media after unlocking

This issue has been addressed in the other two positions, but does not solve the problem of scanning on my "BOLD" or my Curve 8330.

Current phone is a 9000 "BOLD" through AT & T v4.6.0.167 (Platform 4.0.0.157) running with a 8 GB Micro SDHC.

I activated the password via the options-> password and lock my phone with the side key or a timeout.

When I unlock the phone the media application will be to rescan all media files, and if I was playing music the music stops.

I tried to disconnect the battery when the phone was on, wait a minute and reinsert the battery. By not properly turned off the phone, this resulted in three errors in java.lang after reboot. The icons for SMS/MMS, messages, a personal record and the context was different - it was as if the operating system was not completely initialized. After you restart a second time by the power, cycling, or left alt + right shift + delete, phone recovered to its state before the draw of the battery. I would not recommend pulling the battery on the phone without turning the power off from the first.

I've always had a disabled content protection. Allowing protection content adds a task of encryption on the phone lock. The first time I activated the content protection that he brought a dialog box after that I locked the phone who said he would take a few minutes to complete the encryption and the phone was insensitive until the task of encryption has been completed. There was also an icon animated animating during the task of encryption.

I wiped the phone and restored without any change of behavior.

I switched from Sprint to AT & T because the 8330 did exactly the same thing as above. When I upgraded to "BOLD", I used the same card support for 8 GB of my Curve 8330 with the same data and there is no scanner to unlock until a few days later. I have no explanation why other that upgrading the OS but I don't know how to move to a previous operating system that can solve this problem. I also noticed that since I've updated the operating system, I had a ton of busy icons that appear very often where as before the upgrade I have ever seen one.

Is this a bug with the latest OS for 9000 on AT & T?

Anyone know how to fix this?

I found the solution to my problem. This is a bug in the three versions of the OS, I used.

The cause is to set Options-> memory-> encryption Mode that uses the password of security as the option.

Setting Options of-> memory-> cipher any Mode or device will fix the scanning and music to curb the problem to unlock the phone.

This problem has been me angry too long and I hope this helps other people who were not able to limit.

  • How to print music album art in Windows Media Player

How can I print music album art?...

I have Win XP. It is supposed to be a tab to get more from your media center, but I'm not. . I installed a windows program to allow me to get and print the album art to music, but I can't access the program.  None of the support tools help here.  Can someone tell me how to print my CD album covers?

    Hello

Microsoft does not help you print the album art to music. You can use any third-party tool to do the same (if available). Use your favorite search engine to search for such a request.

Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  • BlackBerry smartphones cannot save images.

I try to take a picture and get this message:

Hardware encryption does not correspond to this device

My default save location is the press card.

You have enabled encryption on the card either the device or media. Unless it is a requirement for your job or you keep sensitive information on your press card (why?), turn off! Simply set a password on the device is sufficient to protect the data on the device and the media card is not sensitive information.

To disable encryption device, go to Options-->--> General Settings Security Optionsand value Content Protection disabled.

Before you disable encryption on the card of support, you'll want to try to copy anything on this subject on your computer - if you can.

To turn off media card encryption, go to Options--> Media Cardand set The encryption Mode voice against zero.

Once you have disabled all the encryption, you should really reformat the card to erase all data encrypted on this subject. Go to the --> Media Card Options, click on the [Menu] button and select format the card. This reformatted the card properly for your BlackBerry.

  • BlackBerry smartphones are missing Images after upgrade to OS 4.5

I have upgraded my handset of OS 4.5 today and noticed that examples of photos with my phone (or images provided with my phone in the device memory), are no longer there. Before my update to the OS 4.5, the images were found under photos photos/preloaded.

Summer moved to another location (they aren't on my media card), or have they been removed? I really liked these images as a background on my handheld and I'd like back them.

    Thank you!

I do not remember si.77 had images preloaded or not, casual.

Allowing the mass on the media card storage will allow you to treat the card as a removable drive when connected via USB to the computer.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones where can I find the Media Manager for my office?

OK I just looked at my records that I received with my BB Storm the other day.  It's the 9530.  There is only the VCast & BB media sync, but the button for Media Manager does not work... I watched the disc and there no Media Manager... now what?  I am running Windows Vista Premium Home OS, and I have the Desktop Manager 4.7 version.  Where the hell is the Media Manager and since I can't find it, y at - it a downloadable version of it somewhere on the net?  Please HELP I am ready to pull my hair!

I had to talk to the reps to Blackberry and apparently some discs did NOT have the media for a reason Manager any.  The option was left aside.

After much frustration, I finally got my answer.

Format your card of media phones first, it on your phone.  Once done you will have a folder on your computer, when the phone is plugged into the computer, which said device BLACKBERRY and BLACKBERRY Media Card.  You can simply drag and drop into specified folders (for me it was the videos).

If you already have a converter media it is the perfect way to do it and the video should be MP4 (at least that's all so far, I have converted)

For the Media Manager, go here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ but make sure you that you have uninstalled the Manager of the desktop of your computer first, and then re - install using the download from the link above.  I did it and it works fine now.

FYI - the Roxio is slower than the second coming during the conversion.  First use the reformat your phone option, and then use roxio if you do not have a Media Converter.  There are other media there converters that are much faster.  I have one for my Zune that allows to convert a movie in about 20 minutes or more and then it's in the right format for the phone.

    Good luck.

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to transfer Audio files to Media card microSD?

I bought music online and dowlnloaded, then created a playlist in Roxio Media Manager. I first tried to transfer them to my phone (device), but there's enough disk space. So I bought a microsd card and have tried to put music on the card with no luck.

When I consult my devices it not show the phone with records: music, pictures, ringtones and videos and then show it a separate "reader" that says media card. However, I tried to copy the music to this player, but said that it cannot transfer files as it is a read only by car!

I looked through the help pages and basically did what he was told to do, but it simply does not work. Expected media map being displayed in the list itself?

    I'm going crazy!

Don't know if it's important, but I'm in firefox and windows 2000.

    Hello

Please try to connect the device with the usb cable to the PC.

then go to 'My computer' and select the drive for the memory card. so, you see folders that are currently on the microsd card.

Select the audio file, and then copy the songs in there.

and then disconnect the device from your pc and go to the media-> audio. You can find the files.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones music player goes into mute after every song?

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me with a problem I have with my Storm 9530. Whenever I listen to music on it (which is most of the time), unless I'm actually in the form of playing under the application of the music, the sound cut when switching to another song. It is not only stop or pause playback; It actually cuts the song, so if I don't notice it happened for a few minutes, half of the song will be played and the sound does not return unless I increase the volume. Someone at - he heard of that happening before? I know it's a relatively minor issue, but it is rather annoying. She also can't when I'm listening via speaker - I have the problem if you are using the handset speaker or headphones.

It didn't happen straight out of the box, either - it just started happening a few weeks after I loaded my music on it. I ran diagnostics/security analysis on my computer and on the media card, and both are free of malicious software or corrupted files. I called Verizon Wireless and their technicians could not offer anything that either short-term to Exchange my Storm for a new - I did, but, now, a few weeks after I had a new, I started having the same problem, so I think there must be a setting that I've accidentally changed - but I went through all the options and I can't find something that seems like it would be applicable.

I really appreciate any insight or help someone of you can give. Thank you!
