• strange behavior of FLV in swf on the web, but not of creation

  Hi all

  I built a movie which includes flvs bound animations created in After Effects. (I need to export in flv, because I need the alpha channel, so you can 'see through' the movies to the content below). These linked FLV files is located in child movie clips. I have melted these video clips goes up and down with interpolations of alpha, and then remove them (using removeChild) after that they fade down for optimization purposes.

  While building this project, I tested often in always creation mode and everything works fine: all FLV files are open and play as they should. When I delete a child clip and then add again (using addChildAt) it appears on the correct layer in the composition.

  I've also posted the film, in the early stages, to test on the web and it worked fine. Now, however, after I added some flvs that four (in clips video.. .using the same method), I see several problems that I never see when I test in design: on the web, some of these late loading FLV files. A flv ("the man in a wheelchair") appears in front of an another flv it should be behind. At any given time most flv animation everything disappears. Here's the movie:

  Yet once these problems never show when I test in creation. (For example, "the man in a wheelchair" is on the right layer: it is behind the wall instead of in front of it.) Also: The flv end appearance problem intermittently on the web.

  I am ready to rip everything and rebuild it piece by piece, tests each on the web, but I hope someone has an idea of what could be the problem before you start this process.

  I am pleased to tell you that I solved the reason for the disappearance of the MCs:

  The problem was the flv to loop code in the MC: index to increment caused the disappearance of MCs and gel and crashing of the SWF file.

  I'm new to Blackberry but love until now.  I have a questionette for you to wizzo on something that left me speechless:

  My rate is not all internet at all (I'm only a poor pensioner!), but it seems that installation is there for me to use it if I do not pay attention if I want to turn it off permanently while installing wi - fi on.  This was possible on my android, but I gave to my wife because the screen is not too sensitive to my skin.  I got the Blackberry the the guy in the store where I bought it, but all he has done is disable data completely so now I can't use it on WiFi either.

  Can you tell me if this is possible and if so, how?

  As long as your data Services (under manage connections > Mobile Network Options) are lit, you will receive data via Wi - Fi.  When you turn on your Mobile network, you are turning ON the ability to receive calls and texts.  If you do not require these two features to be active (and therefore guarantee 100% that you use not any network data), then let your off Mobile network.  As you said, leaving the disabled Mobile network is similar to airplane mode.

  I hope that clears up any confusion.  Please post back if I'm not understanding something.

  do an advanced search using the options. Once you are satisfied with it, you can save it and assign it to Alt - O.
  If you do this, remember to remove any other shortcut search which may exist.

• BlackBerry smartphone App appears in the category on the web, but not device?

  My app play book 4 PlayBook appears in the right category, other sports, the web site version of App World, but it does not appear in this category on App World the device.  Why?  On the device, it appears via research.

  I know for sure the correct category was put into product management and the unit was targeted for liberation.

  Obviously, it is a major problem, but I get the App World Support zero answer after a few weeks to complain perhaps thought that the community can help

  I found Mozilla Firefox 5 Final yesterday on the web and I have found no update, mozilla.com or other!

  Not officially out yet that that's just used jumps the gun sites, trying to look as if they were the first to report, it's just because it is listed on . mozilla.org , so it can be mirrored by releases.mozilla.org for real June 21 release date. There is still time for the output to be pulled as it happened few a few times before in the past.

  The AT & T OTA update for the marshmallow has not completed on my phone.  I let it run for about 2 hours and then a message appeared that I intrepretated like done, but it was not installed.

  The updates will appear a message with two boxes in gray:

  "Check for Updates".

  "Continue update"

  'BACK' is below which rejects the window.

  The phone seems to work fine with 5.1.1 always active.

  SO, can I recover from this and get the OTA installation or what I need to do a factory data reset or do I have to install the automatic charger for AT & T on Crackberry?

• BlackBerry Smartphones 10 problems and issues for the 8220

  Hiya,

  I got to a point where I'm a little more frustrated on my new phone that actually enjoy it, my previous phone was a XDA Orbit running on WM5, as such, I guess I've come to expect much more than phone that's good for me...

  I just got an upgrade of the O2, and since the "BOLD" was not in stock, I was sent this one.

  Anyway, here goes:

  1 SMS Message-files: is there a way I can create folders for my messages? Say, for example: "SAVED-Bob", "SAVED-Steve", etc.? At the moment I don't have a main folder of the SMS display everything and really, I don't want to save the messages in the folder "Saved messages" under "Applications".

  2 deleting multiple messages: according to the help by pressing alt while rolling on the messages of selects messages that I want to, then pressing the menu key, I would need to select 'delete selected messages '. Well, this doesn't seem to work. If I press the alt key everything I have will achieve is the trackball goes to the top or the bottom of the messages. Could someone point me in the right direction?

  3 emails sent: why are there no 'sent' folder? I expect that, with a blackberry (which is supposed to be an office-e-mail-phone), I have a kind of box to send and sent?

  memory card 4: How can I use it? The only reasonable explanation I got the phone I got a memory card has been when I took a picture and he told me that they would be stored on the MicroSD card. But how can I as a user accessing it? How can I create folders there? How can I save items such as notes out there? And if I set up a folder on the memory card with a number of word documents, PDF files and text notes, how do I access them?

It is not a huge problem, but if I see a white light shining through on the left, not the right I don't really think that it is a "function". It works and everything, but it does not appear correctly / right

  9 hinge a little wobbly? The hinge has a little movement when closed (not opening), is a movement of 2mm normal?

  10 backup complete phone: can I perform a full backup of my 8220 using any piece of software (the software that comes with it has not yet touched) completely back up my phone and contacts for a simple import into another Blackberry should I need to come back to this one for ad #8 #9?

  Hi and welcome to the forums!

  (1) Sms messages. You can go to the queue, options, General, options scroll down

  SMS AND email inboxes: Select distinct. You will have a record for you SMS messages.

  There is not a way to save the user, I know.

  (2) for 'gang' remove hold down SHIFT and defiler scroll messages, and then press DELETE.

  You can also scroll to the date line, select menu deletes before. This will remove all messages before

  on the date indicated.

  (3) Please indicate if you are setting up that BES (server) or BIS (telephone).

  (4) memory card. The media files that you can put on the media card will save the memory of your device. Most

  the device memory smooth your BB will run. The easiest way to manage files and data on the media

  card is to use the USB cable to access the PC and BB. Open windows 'MY Computer', will come the media card

  like a flash drive. You can then load the files in the directories right through the 'drag and drop '.  If you have a software for device OS 4.5 you have docs to go. This contains word and excel and powerpoint. For a good answer on how to use it, check out this link to read the Post of JERRYD:

  (10) Yes, use desktop software manager to create a backup of your phone. You can either restore

  the backup on the new phone, or use the wizard to transfer between two Blackberry switch device

  Just got the Bold 9900-OS 7.1, saved a few pictures on the web but can't find them on the phone.  The only option to save the picture was ' me/user/documents' and I can't find it on the phone.  Anyone know where I can find it?  Thank you very much.

• AnyConnect VPN connects to the work but not the House

  I tried searching for this problem, but I have not found something that I think applies to this situation.

  A University that I work uses a vpn ssl with Anyconnect and while in my office at another University, I can easily connect (even through a firewall). However, at home I can not connect.  If I connect to the webvpn then the connection hangs at the part where the installation program is to analyze the computer and nothing happens.  If I open the program Anyconnect sslvpn address in the login field and I get a time-out error.

  I tried to disable the windows firewall and my antivirus, but this is not enough, and not that he should, since both are active while at my desk. I also tried connecting via ethernet and wireless at home.

  OS: Windows 7 64-bit

  We started to see a similar problem a few weeks ago and concluded that when not at the office, users must uncheck the proxy configuration in Internet Explorer before AnyConnect works.  Once they VPN, they must of course activate the setting back on proxy.

  So far we can say, IE started to cache the proxy.pac and use it when the user is not connected to the corporate network.  We are still investigating but would be interested in hearing if this affects others now, and if this is a recent problem for them.

• Devices to connect to the airport, but not to the Internet

  Hi all; Here's my situation:

  I just bought a new Airport Extreme to replace my old router (Linksys). In our House, we have two iPhones 6, as well as the iPad, Apple TV and MacBook Pro that were all bought again this year. All these things were able to connect to the internet using our old wireless router.

  As I have configured and installed at the airport, various devices have been able to connect without being able to connect to the internet (i.e. AirPort Utility, the airport connection is a green dot, while the actual internet connection is an orange): first it was the MacBook having this problem while the phones and the iPad have been completely connected. After I simply rebooted everything several times - i.e. the modem, router, and MacBook - I finally got the MacBook fully connected (without really changing all the settings, which are all entered correctly). Now, however, it is the two iPhones that will connect the airport but not actually in the internet.

  Any ideas? I must say, these strange little problems idiopathic who seem to always pop up with Apple products are starting to really bother me... I never got my MacBook to connect to the Apple TV via AirPlay.

  Tablet Android Acer... the videos in question play on the default browser that comes with the Tablet, but not in Firefox. The notice does not say which plugin. I downloaded and installed Flash, but that it was not fixed.

  This is very probably the Flash player addon, which is not supported in Firefox for mobile. Wait 11 of Firefox, which hopefully will be released next week. It will support Flash.
