  Whenever I have send an email on my phone I get a copy of it immediately... almost instantly after you send. It comes in the form of message not read myself.   Wow... it sounds as if you have an old configuration of GMail in BIS... see this article:

  This problem was actually fixed several months ago... If you configure your GMail account to provide IMAP and then delete and recreate your conduit BIS, it shouldn't be a problem. There are all kinds of improvements through the last sheet of GMail in (I have not tried, btw - I use the application add-on GMail rather than BIS for my GMail accounts).

  With respect to the acknowledgement of receipt that you get - you must go to the configuration of your BB Messages and which turns off:

  • Home screen > Messages > BBKey > Options > e-mail settings > (choose the GMail account if you have several) > delivery confirm > set on no.

  I have a BlackBerry Curve 8310. I installed the software of BlackBerry Desktop Manager ver.4.2.2. Roxio Media Manager 9 is included in the software of BB.

  I tried to reinstall the software. I always get the same error message.

  I don't have or don't want the BB package which comes from my carrier (AT & T), I just want to be able to download and upload photos from my desktop to my BB. My children send me text messages that contain pictures of my grandchildren I want to save.

  Just prepare a direct employment to customer preview tomorrow and AE threw me a curve ball.

  I have an object able to evolve from about 200% 70% about and it changes position at the same time. On a lower layer there are a blur value of the camera that is changing. So nothing too taxing, I got thing. When I render - scaling the object appears at the top and bottom and seems twinkle big and small for some images. I tried to make it again, but more or less the same thing is happening.

  Purge the cache using the edition > Purge of orders. Also purge the cache to disk.

  Make sure that you have installed the latest updates ( http://adobe.ly/lsrkmJ ). They solve many problems.

  OK... just tried to remove the BDM AW again.  This time, he said "downgrade" so I chose that.  He ran and of course reset.  The device is restarted, I tried to use it and it froze.  Pulled the battery for a few minutes and then put back.  After this restart the new version of AW has shown on the home screen.  Connected to BDM again to check the version and it's news.  Very strange events here.  Still convinced that I have faulty hardware.  Thanks for trying it.

  My latest lamp died with a JVM. I just replaced today and I want to retrieve my downloaded applications. After I restored the device of BlackBerry Desktop, any of my downloaded apps are there. I have a brand new 9860, together running 7.1.  I run the App World. He told me to upgrade.   What do you have?  There was a problem when the tour is out, but when they have upgraded to 5.0 that fixed it.  However, the last update brings back the problem.

  I recently changed from seven years of Windows Mobile to BB. I am on a BES and the changes I make on the prospects to your desktop or Blackberry (Bold) are not synchronization in both directions. It's frustrating. My COMPUTER helpdesk advised me to "clean up" the BB a couple of times and we did it. Also my manager office of BB is not configured for synchronization as by their advisor who they explain everything is wireless.

  It of frustrating and makes me think how it was easy with Windows mobile. Help, please.

  Your BES admins should work on the issue of synchronization.

  For the issue of the separate boxes of Messages, see this...

  By default, BES email is made only in posts emails BIS icon/App are placed in their own icons, but they are still contained in the main Messages application. This is how it works by default. It is not redundant - rather, think that Messages like the Tote place, with the BIS independent icons being a filter, traction (from message) to them only messages that relate to them... but if you act on an e-mail (read, delete, etc.) in one, the change will be reflected in the other.

  Your BES Admin can push an E-mail BES icon only to your device. This solution is free, but must be conducted at the level of the BES server and will affect all users on the BES server.

  Or you can get the application to empower BES Inbox. This solution costs (per user), but does not require a change at the server level and affects only a single user.

  Neither solution would do anything on Messages - will continue to contain what it contains today. All they will do is activate an additional icon on your home screen that is a filter for your BES emails only. You can hide or move the Messages icon/app out of the way, but beware - there are more that just the emails that arrive in Messages... it will come a day when you have a new message indicator and only by digging through Messages that you will be able to find this message.

  Or, if you have the correct device OS version (I know for sure it works on 5.0.0.32 8 of the storm), the device gives you options for what to display in Messages and you can remove BIS email accounts.

  The answer depends on what type of element you want to pin.  The only type of element you mentioned being a folder, you can easily do what you're wondering now and does not need to wait for a later version.

  In the 8 Windows desktop, when you drag an executable file (or shortcut) on the taskbar, a message appears that says "PIN to the taskbar.

  If you drag a document file (or a shortcut), the message will say "pine [associated application]"-in other words, "[name of the default browser] pine" for a html, "Pin to Notepad" file to a txt file, etc..

  For a folder, File Explorer is the associated application.  Therefore, if you open a file Explorer window, look for the desired folder and drag it to the taskbar, the message that appears is "PIN to the file Explorer."  Just click on it, and it will appear in the jumplist FE, above the frequent places, in a separate section called "Pinned".  You can drag things and down from there to order at your leisure.

  (The Control Panel, even if it is displayed in FE as 'File system', only let you pin on the desktop, for not not FE jumplist.)  There may be other special cases like this; I don't know, but it works usually as I've described, including for other system folders.)

  Just to be clear, I am a new user of Windows 8, far from being an expert.  I only know how it works because I heard today by trial and error.  So there may be more to what I can't help with.

  I have a similar problem with the Mail application on Surface 2. Inbox does not all the messages that I can see through the Web browser. I chose E-mail download of any time in the account settings. But when it sync randomly takes messages in the Inbox to display. I uninstalled the app, restarted the Surface and again installed in the Windows store. But the problem remains. It's frustrating. I think the app is not fully developed.

  His works now. I did the sync and other things with no results. Then I noticed that my missing messages are somehow appearing in the file of the Newsletter. Then, I moved all the messages in the Newsletter folder in Inbox and unchecked it parameters. It's working now. There are apparently some bugs in the software that allows for the Newsletter to divert messages. In any case thanks for checking.
