BlackBerry Smartphones watching videos online

I have a blackberry 9300 3 and for some or other reason, I can't watch videos online more. I have the phone for about 8 months and already I was able to watch videos on the internet without problem but now it loads like forever and when he finally starts it pads all the time. Please can anyone help with this?

Hello and welcome to the community!

Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

Best!

  • Re: Laptop wide screen goes blank when I watch videos online

    Hello

Just bought a Toshiba Satelite laptop. I installed windows 7, 64-bit in the car. A works well apart from when I watch a video on sites like youtube it sometimes works for a bit, sometimes not at all and the screen goes black as it is turned off.

The computer is still on, but it's just the screen is disabled and any buttons I press it remains empty, forcing me to shut the whole thing.
I installed Internet Explorer 9 and also Adobe more recent flash player for 62 bit drivers. I'm so frustrated! No matter that I just can not read video online!

Have you tested with different browsers?
I recommend you to check this with chrome or firefox.

  • My Windows 7 (64 Ulti.) breaks down to watch video online or playing games online.

My Windows 7 (Ultimate 64), m9058n, Pavilion Elite HP, seems to have serious problems. Whenever I'm playing games such as (TF2/steam games) or try and watch videos/flash things online, it appears to hang. What is happening is the monitor turns off, then the round ends. Just browse web pages or by looking at the Office does not this at all. No idea what this could be. Supposedly, my drivers are up to date, please help! Thanks in advance!

  • I can't watch videos online?

I got a Surface RT today and I started to try to watch a TV show online. I was under the impression that the surface was a PC with Tablet like qualities (like apps). Normally, you install some players or update something.  I don't really know much about these things, I just follow the instructions on the screen as if he needs to Java or DivX etc. My brother has an ipad and it can broadcast programming from TV to Web sites without any problem, so I assumed something like microsoft could easily be able to. I want to install updates at the moment to see if it makes a difference, but I do not.

I hope this isn't windows RT who does this because if this is the case, XP is better than that. The technology is intended to move forward not backward. I made a huge mistake here? Does anyone know how is possible to watch TV shows online? Cannot yet download google chrome. Some sites seem to have video players that work but if I go for a visit somewhere and I'm bored, one of the main things I would do is watch online stuff. Nobody in the world of PC said I could watch stuff online on him like a laptop, so I don't really understand what is boredom. I'm not that tech savvy when it comes to such things.
Update: I watch most videos with a link gorillavid although I do not know what file type which is.

Well, gorillavid is one of these sites to false, of smuggling which uses DivX.  Cannot install DivX on the RT, but there are a few video players (those that are not free) in the store which can play the format.

After reviewing the website, I think you may need to get a new one!

  • Sound stops while watching videos online

I have windows vista, and every time I watch a video on my internet, the sound stops working after about 30 seconds.  I can press the volume upward or down, and he'll be back for another 30 seconds.  I don't know how to fix it.  Someone please answer my problem.

    Hi Maria_robi25,

    1. what web browser do you use?
    2. the problem when you play a video file that is stored on the computer?
    3. don't you make changes before the show?

We assume that you are using Internet Explorer (IE). Try these steps and check the result.
    1. Click Start, type inetcpl.cpl and press to enter.
    2. click on the tab advanced and then click Reset.
    3. click on reset.
    4. When you are finished, click Close, and then click OK.

For more information, see this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

NOTE: Reset the Internet Explorer settings can reset security settings or privacy settings that you have added to the list of Trusted Sites. Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings.

If the problem persists, visit the website, download and run Microsoft fix the following: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Tips-for-fixing-common-sound-problems
