  Being new BB I was wondering if there is a pack of default icons available for download so that I can get the BB specific icons and create them before my passport arrives? I read that it is quite easy to change them on the phone. Basically, I want to transfer my theme manually. Thoughts?

  No themes on a BlackBerry10 device. You can what I shall call "pseudo subjects" in App World which fundamentally change the wallpaper and a few color options... not a current topic. Some of them are pretty cool... but they are not the real themes or anything - you can keep the same icons.

  I bought a Red BlackBerry passport of Amazon.com in October. Everything worked fine until what verse January or February of 2016 the unit starts glitching. Initially as a flicker of the screen. Then the camera blacked out now it's opening apps on its own, typing on its own, change keyboards launches the camera, zooming in and out, etc.

  I contacted the seller, and they said they can't do something. I would like to either join BlackBerry directly on this issue and have my camera replaced by another that works properly.

  Basically, I'm now unable to use the phone because of this issue.

  Therefore, your path for formal support is as listed in your original contract for the purchase. Normally, it's via the reseller you used, unless you have agreed (in your purchase contract) another mode of support at the device level.

  I know you already reached out to them and they told you that they could do nothing... you need find out more details on this topic, as there is no direct support for BB for you (free not at least... Incident support, which is specified in the previous link, I've provided, is paying... the dealer can aggravate your case for BB without cost to you).

  On its own? This is news. Security wipes do not occur "on their own." They are started by the user, by a COMPUTER administrator in a company, or BB Protect environment.

  Encryption must be disabled before wiping. If encryption is on, then the media card will be unavailable after the wipe. Read the article below:

     • According what you shared, the device when you had first the command flag as stolen was not online, in other words that she turns the unit off. When one who has the device turned on it back however, and she got a network connection, the command of the flag as stolen was waiting on the network. reached the device and safety © e. So, you can have 100% confidence that your device's memory has been erased. This command does not erase the SD card yet if all data on the SD card can be access unless it has been encrypted. If the SD card has been encrypted, no data can be obtained it given that the device has been deleted.

     • It's not, BUT if you have encryption turned on press card, the content of the SD card won't would be not readable because the encryption key would be have been cleared when your device has been destroyed as a result of the order of the flag as stolen

Also, I'm a Blackberry user for the same time.  I've been dying to get new Balckberry classic, however, told me that Verizon does not her due to a type of different network transmission or something like that. This, it is not compatible with their network.

• Game blackBerry google Passport Services does not work

  I am very disappointed after knowing that there is a lot of useful apps that are not available in Blackberry World.   If you can get guaranteed support, that sounds like the best approach at this point. It is always best to try to fix it yourself first, and I think it's an easy fix, but if you can't do it then you can not do. Good luck.

  I am connected via my network WiFi and umts.

• BlackBerry personal passport, work Z30 - Questions before I make begins.

  My Q is on how to better implement my new passport (personal Sim) with Z30 (working Sim).

  GOAL - have all things running through my passport (personal Sim) any transfer of calls to Z30 (Sim works) because I only use calls for communication with the work. (Can connect in the future the work email) for now it is ok on Z30.

  History - receive a Z30 of work about 4 months (LOVED IT!).  I have basically everything (emails, social networking, applications) who are related to it and gave it a test drive, including the mixture.  Company's BES so I turn back on (personal work) BONE (working Sim) device.  I have a life on my (personal Sim) and need to keep the number (daily driver).  I have only to say 12-15 by phone with loads of emails to a large company (working SIM).

  I want to undo what I've done with the Z30 (emails, social applications, which should be easy) but Blend?. If I decide in the future get the emails from work to my personal HUB it will affect the passport and the mixture too (BES)?  Not sure if I want to keep the entire staff on the working device or working on the personal device. Can you use 2 BB phones on the same mixture for 1 PC?  Is not a question continue to have e-mail sent to (work Sim) but if BES, is that I think that it is, this shouldn't be a problem.

  So my options are

  1 cancel everything and use Passport for personal use, personal mix, 1 PC. Z30 for work so that the calls redirection to Passport and no work Blend.

  2 (I hope) - passport to use for personal use, with BES sent up the personal phone for email to work. Calls forward since Z30 passport and use of mixture if possilbe as I do on Z30 right now.

  Reason is 95% of personal time communication with the work of 5%.  Unless I get a dual sim phone but I'm back for Blackberry and should not otherwise!
