  Hello!

  Seprate on the TEXT of Messages with the messages app open (the list of messages displayed), press the BB button and select Options. Then select General Options. It is near the bottom of the first section-'SMS and email Inboxes' change to 'separate '.

  To hide sent Messages... same screen... just above the separation of the boxes.

  Thanks a lot for your help.  However, while "playing" with phone trying to fix discovered that somehow (!), my input language had been changed to Turkish!   Changed back to English and hey presto all corrected.

  I have a Z10 paired with my charger of 2013 with uConnect (RE2).  I can make calls, but I don't get notification of SMS messages through the system.  My old Curve 9360 used to work properly with my Grand Caravan 2012 and uconnect for texting.

  Is there an incompatibility between BB10 and uconnect?

  I have no way of knowing... I don't have a UConnect system, do not not an identical experience. But on my Honda Civic, 2013, everything comes through in the car very well display/voice system. Thus, one could guess that indeed there is an incompatibility between your specific UConnect system and your specific version of the BB10... but, as the KB has suggested to, check the compatibility of Chrysler could be a useful thing to do for you.

  Hello. How to select a text in a text, e-mail or the BBM message and copy it and paste it elsewhere?

  The copy process is somewhat the same in all three of these bodies.

  E-mail: Touch and hold the word or paragraph that you want to copy. You will see a selection for the word highlighted in blue, with small blue points of beginning and end. touch and drag the blue "handles" to include all the text that you want to copy. Then then tap all the highlighted area and the pop-up side will show you a COPY function.

  Then, in another field, tap in a text input area and hold a second, and you'll find pop to PASTE the right side.

  For a BBM message, tap and hold a BBM message and you will see a pop right to copy this message in its entirety, then you can paste it elsewhere.

  And, the same process on the SMS. Touch and hold.

  Sorted it, thanks to vodafone. After 2 unsuccessful calls to vodafone, I got on their site and submitted to support, configure your phone, I found that the url of the proxy was not on the phone. After changing to the recommended settings, it sends and receives mms without problems. All sorted.

  I recently acquired a Z10 by labour.  It has been set up to use my work Outlook account and has BlackBerry active Balance.  My Outlook contacts appear in my 'Contacts' personal and work on the sides of the device.  However, no contact doesn't appear if I want to call from phone dialing screen or send them a text message from the hub.  It makes no difference if I am enrolled in the side work or not.  I can only communicate with people via the 'Contacts' application  It is certainly not correct?  Can someone help me or explain where I'm wrong?

  My Z10 BlackBerry seems to be to send text messages to short number #46246. But I'm not initiating them, or that they are displayed in messages on my phone. How can I know it? I have a texting plan and pay by text. These texts are showing up on my Bill. I have contacted my provider which confirms that they are definitely launched from my phone and say a few seconds, they can see later text received my phone to dial #46246. Usually, this happens once or twice a month in a group of 3 or 4 texts the same day. So a myseriously text is sent from my mobile to 46246 then a reception 46246, but none of it appears on the device. I fought this for a long time, send SMS 'STOP' to 46246, I contacted the company which I found 46246 is registered in the name. My carrier is ideas. The usual restarts, remove the battery, remove the SIM card, has been tried. At one point, I removed all applications of third part of the unit and there are always random texts sent. I don't know what these texts, and why the Z10 is their sending and costs me money!

  You indicate that you know who or what it is. You say that you have contacted the company. What is the company? What did say?

  You specify also is not your actual carrier. I read functions of carrier involving SMS, but it doesn't seem to be the answer that your carrier has an explanation.

  You can do a security wipe. In these conditions I'd be careful what I restore. I really start over from scratch and not restore from a backup.

  If somehow you have installed malicious software, the security wipe will clarify this point. If you do not restore, you don't put the malware on the device.

  I don't know what malware there might be. It's just one if given the opportunities and your comments.

  Thank you for your question regarding SMS notifications on your smart phone BlackBerry Z10.

  As a test, having someone you know sends you a message test SMS to confirm whether or not it is received. It may be possible that your new notification SMS of a previous message has not erased.

  If the message is not received, reinsert the battery as a test and if this fails to solve the problem, contact your mobile service provider for assistance.
