  Interesting. I have installed Google calendar using www.google.com as the server and it syncs perfectly. I put the synchronization interval to 30 minutes. When you enter a new event that I have to select the Google calendar in the menu dropdown. Google sync add on for PC also lets you synchronize 2-way. Phone, ical on Google and all PCs remain in sync.

  I also have AOL setup calendar and it syncs great with the z30 in both directions using caldav.aol.com as the server.

  I recently got a Blackberry Z30 phone.  My husband has an LG Optimus G Android phone.  Anyone know if there is a calendar application that will work on both phones so that we can send nominations to each other which will load in our respective calendars?  Right now, each of us must begin the events of our individual phones. I love the Blackberry (RIM) calendar that came pre-loaded on my phone since you can customize recurrences, for example every 3 weeks more you can have the views day, week and month.  I really want a calendar with customizable recurrences feature Android app to schedule my husband does not. Thank you.

• BlackBerry Z30 Z30 calendar does not display meetings

  Z30 calendar displays rarely my appointments. If so, it takes a long time to display. I can add a new appt and click 'save' and then disappears, perhaps for days. Then sometimes everything on my calendar appointments appear very well.  For the most part, not good.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It is a fall on the sword for this Blackberry phone and maybe BB question all together.

• BlackBerry Smartphones calendar events

  The only issue I'm having is with my calendar of events. Those that I've marked as 'all day' in iCal find strange on the bb. They are not marked all day on the bb. They run from 05:00 until 23:59... Any idea whats up with that?

  I used to have this problem with the synchronization of previous programs. If all data is mirrored on both sides before doing synchronization, click on advanced settings (with calendar) and then select "replace all the events calendar on the BlackBerry smartphone. That should fix things for you! Subsequent synchronizations should work as expected.

• Z30 Blackberry Z30 blackBerry calendar not syncing not properly

  I use my BBZ30 for a while and love! I also like my MacBook Pro and iCloud. I am able to synchronize my husband and my calendars on iCloud and if I make an entry on the calendar iCloud it get pushed to the BBZ30. The problem is when I add an entry on the go with my BBZ30. The entrance of BB Z30 calendar doesn't sync to the iCloud calendar no. I use the p03 server address - caldav.icloud.com. Is there something I'm missing here?

• Watch shows current events rather than next event

  This may be nitpicking, but I'm counting on my Apple Watch to remind me of my calendar and events every day.

  What I find very annoying, it's that the event on the dial of the watch will continue to show the current event as my "upcoming event" until the event is over.

  For example, today, I had a demonstration at noon, lets call it as 'lessonNoon '.  I have another event, "Lesson1", which begins at 01:00 my watch shows if space "lessonNoon" up to 12:59.  Only 01:00 should then show 'lesson 2' is really isn't very useful.   Is there a way to display the next event instead of the current event?

• BlackBerry Z30 incoming calls NOT Ringing - Z30

  I recently did a quick reset on my Blackberry Z30 (outfits the two buttons for volume 10 seconds), this fixed my initial problem to experience the shift answering calls.

  When I get calls, now, however there is no ringing sound... I can see the incoming call and I answer the call, but there is no ringing sound.

  I tried to ensure that the volume buttons have turned up full, I even checked my notification settings and made sure that they are on normal. I checked also double the settings on the normal setting, ensure that the volume meter is full.

  Yet even after that, then by restarting the phone several times, still me the same problem.

  Does anyone have the magical answer, I would really advice, because miss me calls because there is no ringing sound.

  I tried to change the notification setting of 'silent' to 'normal' to see if it helps... but it did not help.

  I have not changed anything in the settings or downloading apps, I even tried to reset some default functionality and he still refuses to make the Bell Rings when someone calls me.

  Open the calendar. Slide down from the top and go to manage. You will see other calendars in there. My guess is that you add your events to your local calendar.

  Go to the home screen and swipe down to settings. Access accounts. Click on set as default and make sure that your Exchange calendar is listed and not device-home.

• Calendar of events more than two years in the future?

  So, I just found out that the calendar app appears events in two years, which is ridiculous, IMO, for a feature called "all events".

  Like making a feature request seems to be the equivalent of spitting in the wind, everyone discovered the either a hidden parameter or can recommend a replacement calendar app that can give me this feature?
