• How to fix my PDF Pro to print a blank form?

  I use eCopy PDF Pro Office 6.1 I created fillable forms in front and was able to print with all their contents. However, now they are completely empty print - and only the content that is typed in the fields print.  Usually I create the form in Word template, save it as a PDF, then PDF Pro, I use the "FormTyper" option in "forms" - it automatically creates the form - I make changes (as the deletion of the text boxes where didn't need, expand a text box, etc.), and then I am able to print the blank form (print only the basic information) , or I am able to type in the fields and then print the full form.  Like I said before, now nothing prints except what is written in a field.  Please, any help would be GREAT!

  In the print dialog box, under the option "Comments and forms", make sure "Document" is selected, "are not only fields.

  Have spent days by completing a grant application 22 page on my powerbook to partners. Ive opened, closed, he saved several times without problem.   Did you use Acrobat or Reader to fill out and save the form, or have you used the app on Mac? This PDF reader that you use on iOS? The default PDF on iOS Viewer does not support forms at all, so you should be sure to use Adobe Reader or something capable as Expert PDF.

  Please check the php script to which the web form submits to that open with a text editor and change the verbiage you want here.

  

  PS - You will need to make these changes after each export of Muse as Muse will override them on each export/download.

  A scanned form is just an image, not a PDF form. For what you want, there no need to OCR, just to create your own form fields that you can achieve. Simple open the form scanned into Acrobat and do TOOLS > interactive tools and select the text tool or another if transferred form. (the tools maybe wrong, I'm on the wrong machine for AA XI, but the process is still valid).

• Create a button to insert an image in a pdf form which disappears once the user hits, a form submission or form reset button?

  I am updating a form of company which was created in Livecycle Designer, by a user who has left the company, which has an image button to join.  The Acrobat of the company bought dc pro for me, thinking that I would be able to update the form, but it is not able to be edited, and I therefore re-created form in ms pro.

  I can get the user to insert an image PDF using javascript

  However not being is not familiar with javascript and still learn acrobat, it's that I can get in the previous forums before I lose myself.

  The javascript works fine to get the image, however is not immediately clear the reset form or submit buttons for forms are used.

  Can someone please give me simple and clear instructions on how to do it?

  P.S. Adobe website does not mention anything not being able to edit livecycle designer forms in other versions of acrobat, so I'm already very frustrated.  So please do replies newby friendly.

  You cannot delete directly. What you can do is a kind of a hack, which is to copy the icon of a button that has not applied to icon.

  If you create an image button (it can be hidden), set it to an icon, but don't actually select one.

  When you want to reset your other button, you can use this code:

  I get a problem during the presentation of any form with the muse from adobe site.

  When I click on the button send, he simply says "the server has encountered an error.

  I'm trying to create a web form for my website that allows families to report the upcoming absence from the student. Muse made incredibly easy web form design, but I still have a single point of friction I'm having some difficulties with. When an absence is recorded, it must receive its own unique number. This gives a way of following each absence and finally connect it to the lesson of makeup that the student is enrolled in. It is also how the student ensures that they receive the credit for this makeup lesson, as a way to confirm/prove that failure has been reported.

  So far, we have been assigned those numbers ourselves. It is incredibly long. What I'm trying to do is once the absence is sent via online web form, I would like a confirmation number or reference number automatically generate and display for the customer. I don't have any specific number style or anything like that. Just a specific kind of unique registration/application ID number.

  Any help would be a great help. I'm still very new and I use the wrong language or terminology, so I apologize if this is something that has already been addressed. I can't find anything.

• Why segment would not match form submission #?

  We do a simple segment to shoot anyone who filled in a specific form. The data in the segment are about 200 lower contacts submits the real form. Am I missing something obvious? Why would this happen?

  Hi Sarah,.

  You are watching a segment based on a filter showing who sent the form you looking at a shared list?  If this is the first there are a few reasons as to why you do not see the same indictment.  The filter is dependent on the activity on this contact record, which in turn depends on the cookie for that contact when they submitted the form.  If the person submitting the form has disabled cookies, then we will not be able to record the activity of the contact (sending the form) and so would not appear in the filter.  This could be why you see an anomaly in the accounts.

  If this is the last you look shared list (adding to the shared list form processing step) and who is not, it would become a different problem.  It is possible that the form may have been submitted with a space in the email address and which would prevent the record to be created in Eloqua. This would cause the gap or if there was a form number present before this processing step that is configured in the form.

  Anyway, it looks like to get in touch with support would help to confirm what is causing the difference.

  Yes.  Passing the value of elqCustomerGUID as a "field of form' will work.

  If your script is not triggered on the computer of your visitor (email address), make sure you also pass elqCookieWrite with a value of "0" to make sure that your server profile is not related to the subject contact.  The value in elqCustomerGUID will serve the profile in Eloqua.

  I would like to send the same shape to 15 + people at the signing.  This is because I need each person to fill out the form and send it to me.  I don't want many people to sign the form, and I don't want a person to be able to see the shape which has signed someone else.  Same shape, the individual signatories.

  How can I do this without sending applications 15 + distinct signature of the same shape?

  You can use the MegaSign function which can be used to send the same document to several signatories and the individual signed copy. Each signatory can not display the signed copy of the other signatory and information. Here is the link for reference:

• Form submission E-mail data order - can it be changed

  The order of the fields of data sent via automatic e-mail on a submitted form can be changed? I need to add fields when they are completed and submitted, they appear in the order I have them. These forms tend to fragment the order when the mail comes back to me. It is also annoying you cancan change ' things don't like "Name" and create "first name and family name" fields. There must be a way. Thanks in advance

  Notification of the form will include the order of field data fields have been added, if some fields are newly added and removed, then they would be calculated in the order of the original design.
