  Please check the php script to which the web form submits to that open with a text editor and change the verbiage you want here.

  

  PS - You will need to make these changes after each export of Muse as Muse will override them on each export/download.

When I watched the news of follow-up, it appears that the form was sent by a 'visitor' who came through one of our sponsored links campaigns.   The checkmarls are simple images. If you to scale to the top of the box or look in a higher magnification, it seems of course fuzzy.

  You can replace the checkmarks by graphic of your choice (perhaps scalable SVG)

  I've sorted this problem myself.  I realized that it was the 123reg hosting account that was the problem.  He didn't like the form of muse transmitting emails to a gmail account and not a fixed e-mail address domain.  I have created an e-mail address with the hosting company, inserted it into the form and then transfer the mail automatically to the address that I wanted.  Bit of a work-around but sorted.
