  I'm on a UC540 that I installed the customer of the United Nations and it would like to be able to block access a certain web sites and instant messaging applications type live Messenger.

  I think pour ca url blocking should happen at the level of the ACl but is not at all an expert I don't know she procedure put in place to achieve this. Idem pour applications.

  I saw that by switching the FW from one level to the other, it blocks certain services or not but I do not know what create or modifier.

  I have Vista Home Premium, 32-bit, Service Pack 2.   Since last week, I get the message from Avast: 'Malicious blocked URL' popping up every few seconds.  2 Commons are "hxxp://oldschoolzz.ocm/x/" and "hxxp://newgenerationp.com/x/".  I ran all the scans of security of Microsoft, Avast, Malware Bytes, somethng called aswMBR and divert it.  I also did some scans boot. I ran newspapers of them and so far support Avast tells me that they can't find any virus or infections.  There were moments where I scan and horses Trojan or register of items here.  Can I remove them, but right now when I reboot, I get these pop - upd again.  I've also restored to a point before this happened, but it does not solve either.  Sometimes it comes even to the top when I'm not on the internet.  Any other suggestions besides reinstalling Vista: (.)  Any other suggestions.  Please let me know if you need other information.  Thanks for any help!

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste gfx and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference gfx.xrender.enabled to change its value from true to false

  It takes effect after the next time you exit and restart Firefox.

  I use E1000 2.1.02 firmware that I am trying to block youtube site between 14:00 to 15:00 in all of my network

  I have added a rule matched under settings in the tab retsriction access

  restricting access = allow
  days = every day
  time = 14:00-15:00
  blocking url 1 = youtube.com Web site

  This works as expected within 14:00 to 15:00, but outside this period of time, all Web sites are blocked. How to make all Web sites such as youtube, accessed outside 14:00-15:00?

  In the 7.x code all customizations without client was included in the running configuration.
  However, referring to this document from cisco:- http://goo.gl/XRkrcO, you can see that this command has been deprecated in 8.X ASA codes.

  The best way to configure the bookmarks will use the ASDM or create them on a server and then bring import them to ASA.

  Why we can not create bookmarks CLI?

  With the introduction of 8.x many more options have been added, allowing greater flexibility.  These new options would make the running configuration passes, so they were moved into separate xml files.  Indeed, it eliminated the ability to configure a list of bookmark via the CLI.

  I followed our Watchguard firewall for refusal & nothing showed for my IP. Use the network log in the Web Console, I got blocked URL. Adding the URL to the list of exceptions to the firewall & now everything is good.

  There was a similar question posted earlier, but this isn't exactly the same thing. When all 'text' has been reached and appears in the URL address box - it is characterized by rectangular, green, black, or gray boxes (instead of letters, numbers, etc.). I can always navigate normally using the browser window, the text always appears in this format "hidden". In safe mode does not change the appearance. I updated the software, Firefox, using Linux (Terminal).
  This problem is specific to Firefox only... no other browsers show this way.
  It has been a consideration for a while, now. In fact, I got to use another browser, although I have Firefox in favour (including Linux) and wish to use it.

  What you need to configure is to imitate the configuration on the tunnel-group and group strategy and to configure access to specific network you need.

  Currently, you have configured the following:

  What you need is to create new group policy and the new tunnel-group and configure the tunnel split ACL to allow access to specific access required.

  Unless you need people to connect with a global service like Amazon, Google account +, Facebook or other, AWS has no way to authenticate users and extractions of the standard URL that can be copied and mutilated in some fantasies in ways that, even more during the incorporation in an iFrame where URLS would be readable in the clear and the people could not understand the location of storage in the cloud S3 based on the path native URL access under your domain mapped. Or even not at all, you will need to go the full mile and build a complete unit of the server using their tools, access you all things good for blocking URLS and IPs or prevent access outside the domain.
